Chapter 132: The Brave, The Bold vs. Debora

The ground quaked beneath the weight of the battle. Smoke curled across the blood-soaked valley, blotting out the sun. Parasites screeched and tore at the sky while weapons clashed and bodies fell. And at the center of the chaos, three warriors stood against a monster.

Her eyes glowed a sickly violet as she hissed, "You insects think you can challenge me, I am the youngest daughter of King Modoki, ruler of the surface parasites?"

  Kellix "Ruler of the surface?"

Rufo "Not, sure what she means."

  Kellix "Who knows, who cares!"

Her skin split open with a wet tear, and from her back erupted dozens of writhing limbs, tendrils lined with jagged teeth and spines. They screamed through the air, whipping toward Kellix with bone-snapping force.

Debora "You two are insignificant, pees on a palte, and I'm going hearing you both beg for mercy when I'm chewing on your flesh"

  ABI: 3470%

Her body mophed into a parasitic abomination.

Kellix lunged forward, clay cleaver flashing like a storm.

one by one the parasite limbs were severed, spraying black ichor into the air.

Another tendril shot low, Kellix leapt over it, twisting midair and hacking it off as he landed.

"Too slow!" he roared, boot connecting with Debora's chest in a brutal kick that sent her staggering backward.

  Kellix "THunder Clay"

He severed another limb. Debora screamed, swinging multiple tentacles in panic, but Kellix moved faster than her eyes could track.

Rufo observed "Kellix is amazing, when did he get so strong?" He titghtened his grip on his fishing Rod, "Even still, he must be depleting his abi given that those strikes are at the speed of lightning."

From behind her, the ground erupted. A towering clay warrior rose from the earth, its body glinting in the light. It moved with Kellix's will, swift and merciless. Before Debora could turn, the clay warrior drove its hand into her back.

  ABI: 175%

"AAARRGHHHH!" she screamed, the sound raw and inhuman, ichor spraying from the wound.

"Your regeneration means nothing if I can tear you apart faster than you can heal Paris, crush her!" Kellix shouted, charging again.

  ABI: 160%

Her flesh twisted and reformed, limbs growing back in grotesque spirals. "I am endless!" she shrieked, lunging with a forest of new tentacles.

"Then I'll end you again and again!" Kellix roared back.

The clay beast Paris punched hercausing her to crash into the ground.

  The Fisherman's Wrath

Rufo "Kellix, you're wasting to much Abi, if you waste it all on her you'll have nothing left to use on the King."

  ABI: 325%

Kellix registred Rufo's words and reduced his Abi output.

The battlefield shook as Rufo stepped forward, his fishing rod glowing with wild Abi energy. A massive portal swirled open behind him, the air vibrating with power.

"Alright..." Rufo grinned, planting his feet. "Let me show you, King Shark!"

The ground split as a colossal shark, easily fifty feet long, exploded from the portal with a deafening roar. Its eyes burned with crimson fury as it soared through the air and bit into Debora's torso, ripping half her parasite body apart in a single, earth-shattering chomp.

"W-what...?" Debora's eyes widened in pure shock as steaming black ichor gushed from the wound. Her twisted body convulsed, gooey parasite mass sloughing off her frame and splattering across the dirt.

"You... dare..." she rasped, stumbling, half her form gone.

Kellix pointed his cleaver at her, his expression carved from stone. "I dare. And I will slay the king."

With one final surge, he and the clay warrior lunged in unison, a blur of motion from opposite sides.

  "Clay Execution!"

  ABI: 135%

The warrior impaled her through the chest as Kellix's cleaver carved upward, and in one clean, merciless arc, he severed Debora's head from her shoulders.

Her body twitched violently, then collapsed to the earth with a wet thud. The light faded from her eyes as her parasitic mass melted into the soil.

  Silence fell for a heartbeat.

Then Kellix lowered his cleaver, breath heavy. "One down."

  The Cleansing

Around them, the battle raged on. The parasites Debora had spawned screeched and flailed without their queen, swarming the battlefield in a chaotic frenzy.

  But Grinex was waiting.

"Out of my way!" he roared, swinging his massive axe in devastating arcs. Each swing crushed and cleaved through hordes of parasites, scattering them like leaves before a storm.

Above, Gibbons hovered, cannons glowing as Lionice guided its wrath. "Lock on... and fire!"

A thunderous barrage of Abi shells rained from the sky, detonating in brilliant flashes. Parasites disintegrated under the relentless bombardment, their bodies burning away before they could reach the front lines.

Lionice shouted through the comms. "I wont give them time to reform!"

The Animal soldiers surged forward with renewed strength, cutting through the disoriented parasites. Spears impaled, blades slashed, and Abi blasts ripped through the horde. The field that moments ago had swarmed with monsters was now clearing, slowly but surely.

Kellix wiped parasite blood from his face and looked up at the carnage around them. Rufo stood beside him, fishing rod still glowing faintly from the summoning. The clay warrior crumbled back into dust behind them.

  "It's done," Rufo said quietly.

"For now," Kellix replied, eyes narrowing toward the distant battlefield where Maegan and Edgar still rampaged. "But this war's far from over."

The wind howled through the ruined valley. Black ichor pooled around Debora's fallen corpse, the ground itself scorched by acid and blood. But the brave and the bold still stood.

  And this battle was theirs.
