The Beginning of Missions (Season Finale)

Episode 30 — The Beginning of Missions (Season Finale)

  The training hall was quiet.

Golden details ran along the metallic walls, and beyond the panoramic window stretched a vast ocean of stars and glowing nebulae. For once, the holographic systems were turned off. No alarms. No tension. Only silence.

Leon and Lara sat side by side at a table.

Between them rested an open Bible.

Soft piano music played faintly from the room’s speakers.

Leon traced a line of text with his finger.

“Everything starts here, Lara,” he said quietly. “Before we win battles out there… we need to understand who stands with us.”

Lara gently turned a page, her eyes thoughtful.

“The more I read,” she whispered, “the more I realize Jesus already knew every battle before it ever began.”

The reflection of a small golden cross shimmered faintly across the table’s polished surface, merging with the starlight shining through the glass.

Not long after, Lee stood inside the Alpha’s main command chamber.

Massive holographic maps floated in the air, displaying star routes and danger zones across multiple systems. The stars outside the colossal windows gave the room a solemn grandeur.

  A council member spoke first.

“Lee, it is time Leon trains in the field. Real training… with real risks.”

  Lee did not hesitate.

“I agree. I will personally lead the missions.”

Laura crossed her arms but nodded.

“Fine. But I want daily reports.”

Elsewhere, aboard the Beta vessel orbiting the ruined world G10, Darian stood beside his father, reviewing data screens.

Unauthorized use of content: if you find this story on Amazon, report the violation.

Beyond the windows floated shattered debris and silent wreckage.

  His eyes briefly glowed red.

  “This isn’t over…”

The low hum of machinery faded into darkness.

Across the universe, countless worlds existed—each carrying its own story.

Spilri shone beneath a vast energy shield. Metallic forests and floating cities glowed with blue light, a technological paradise beyond imagination. Centuries earlier, Krizardians had invaded it, but the Spirian scientists created a deadly gas that wiped out every invader in a single night. Now the planet was protected by a weapon capable of erasing worlds—something it had already done.

Today, Spilri was the greatest technological power in existence… yet its weapons fueled wars across the cosmos.

  Krizand was the opposite.

Mountains of fire, black oceans, and burning crystal cities stretched endlessly across its surface. Slave ships constantly arrived and departed. The Krizardian race ruled through five elemental kingdoms—Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning. From among them rose one supreme ruler.

áris, the Lord of Fire, now sat upon that throne.

Billions lived in chains to sustain the most feared empire in the universe.

  Then there was XP.

Beautiful crystal structures and floating gardens hid shadowed corridors beneath. Its leaders proclaimed peace, yet secretly sought to reclaim the power they had once lost. Every alliance with XP demanded a price… and few survived long enough to pay it.

  Videu lay in ruins.

Gray deserts and violent electrical storms swept across its broken lands. Its people once saw the future, a gift so coveted that entire civilizations hunted them nearly to extinction. Now only a few remained, living under uneasy protection.

Arena was a world of spectacle.

Colossal coliseums burned with eternal flames. Crowds roared while warriors fell in combat. It was here Leon had taken his first step into destiny.

  And finally… Earth.

A quiet blue world floating peacefully among the stars.

Here, Jesus had already set a plan in motion. Humans had no natural powers, but Leon was no longer simply human. Against his chest rested the necklace that sealed the ancient entity Kairós—bound by the One who had chosen him.

Back aboard the Alpha, Lee gathered the team.

Holograms of planets rotated around the room.

“We are few,” he said, “but we will rebuild this ship and this crew. With God’s strength… we will become something greater than before.”

The nine warriors rescued from the arena chose to stay.

  Leon smiled at him.

  “That’s right, Lee.”

In the hangar bay, mechanics prepared transport ships. Sparks flashed as engines were calibrated.

Lara handed Leon a humanoid android identical to him.

  “For emergencies,” she said softly.

  Then suddenly…

  Light filled the hangar.

  Jesus appeared.

“I watch over those you love.”

A golden portal opened behind Him. Far away on Earth, Leon’s parents would mysteriously receive monthly deposits from an unknown account.

  Leon closed his eyes, overwhelmed.

Soon after, the team boarded the transport vessel.

Lee stood at the front of the ship.

“Our first mission… the Planet of Giants.”

The ship detached from the Alpha and accelerated forward. Stars stretched into lines as it entered hyperspace, leaving a trail of light behind.

Darkness filled the screen of space.

  And the universe waited.

The journey had only just begun.
