The system had identified the creatures as Aptonoth, and they were worth a measly two years each, and there were only enough of them to bring her Bioenergy reserves up to twenty years. She clicks her tongue, annoyed.
It seems that the less dangerous a creature is, the less bioenergy it's worth. Suspecting diminishing returns, Hanna took off into the air and checked her traits, curious about how far she'd come.Traits

Hanna put a hand to her chin to think. Right now her Strong Body and Wings are her strongest traits, with the fsh being her weakest. She was unsure of the difference Ranks were, but could assume it meant the higher the number the stronger or more effective it was, based on her two new Breath attacks being retively low Rank. Not to mention the Fsh trait is unranked and grows less effective as it's used. Not that she's used it until now. All that aside, she needed to curb her growling stomach, and fast. Her head tilted, her ears picking up heavy footfalls coming from within the forest. Her eyes focused, senses thrown open wide as she no longer suppressed them. There. She spots it, a red lizard-like hide with dark bck fur around its shoulders. The System identifies it as an Anjanath, and she decides it's prey. Hanna flies up higher and higher before she folds her wings and lets herself fall. More and more. Faster and Faster, her form a speeding bullet as she cocks a fist back and sms it into the beast's snout. Something cracks and crunches under her blow, the creature giving a roar of pain, spewing fire and...snot everywhere. Ew. She rolled off its muzzle, and flew up and around, nding on the giant beast's back and tearing into its skin, her cws leaving red gashes on the beast's back, the wounds immediately turning red and infmed as her envenomed cws delivered their payload. Her onsught was short-lived, as the creature willingly rammed its back into a tree, sending her flying off before she took flight. The Anjanath growled at her staring her down as she floated upright in the air, arms folded over her chest as she activated her Alpha Aura. The entire forest immediately fell silent as an oppressive air bore down on all its Inhabitants, None could move, the fear of the Alpha, the dominant life form, suppressing even the urge to soil themselves from fear. The Anjanath for its part did not balk. Its fear led to fury and challenged the monster before it with an ear-splitting roar. Wordlessly, Hanna rocketed towards the beast which foolishly opened its mouth to snap her up. Hanna had her cws extended in front of her, her flying speed such that when she collided with the inside of the creature's mouth, another loud crack was heard as the creature was sent reeling, the upper part of its muzzle now completely severed thanks to the attacks from both the top and bottom parts to the upper jaw. Dispatching it after that was simple, tearing into the creature's throat, devouring it as it choked to death on its blood. The Anjanath was much rger than the Rathian was, and had more devastating fire, but was less diverse in its evolution. The bioenergy gained from it was another solid twenty years, which went a long way to filling her stomach. But she was still hungry.
