"DROP DEAD, SEVENTH !!"

  Light hurls down the giant black sphere towards Quroe. The massive black sphere falls and moves at 50km/h. It's slowly but surely moving towards the ground to doom everything in existence. Quroe flies straight towards the massive black sphere. Given how large his aura now is, it creates a very long trail of black and red aura that resembles a comet rising from the ground towards a descending black hole.

  Quroe flies directly into the giant black sphere and enters it. He keeps flying until he feels like he reaches the very center of the sphere. Quroe raises his right hand, and the large aura on his body stretches out upwards from his right hand. From the top of the massive black sphere, a giant blade of black and red comes out. Quroe does a full 360-degree spin twice, both vertically and horizontally, and he splits the gigantic black sphere into 4 pieces.

  Quroe begins to stretch his large aura into multiple gigantic aura blades towards different angles. The four parts of the gigantic black sphere were pierced by multiple giant aura blades, and they stretched out further than the size of the entire black sphere. The gigantic black spheres are now cut into several smaller parts.

  Quroe switches his ability again from his aura blade to his aura wing. The black and red aura on his body disappears, and the wing-like aura grows from his back. Quroe summons countless amounts of his blades that fill up the entire sky above the city. It was as if countless amounts of red lanterns were put into small hot air balloons, which then released and floated to the sky to fill up the night with millions of red light shows.

  "(This is my fault. . .)"

  Quroe's wings are signaling the blades to move towards the remaining parts of the massive black sphere in the sky in harmony.

  The countless blades fly and pierce through the smaller chunks of the cut black sphere and split them into even smaller parts, little by little. It went from the size of buildings and sliced more into the size of many houses, then into the sizes of cars, then eventually, the earlier gigantic black sphere was turned into the size of dust.

  Quroe has successfully stopped Light's world-ending attack, and it took him 10 seconds to entirely decimate that gigantic black sphere. Quroe's countless blades disappear one by one until nothing is left.

  Light flies down fast towards Quroe. Quroe activates his other ability as the Judge of Wrath, the Wrath vision. Quroe's eyes glow in a dim red, and he sees that Light is engulfed in an intense red aura, the visualization of wrath in his eyes.

  "(You are kidding. . . His wrath is visually even bigger and larger than the black sphere he just generated. . . I really hit the jackpot with that assumption about his past, huh?)"

  Light grabs Quroe's face with his blackened hand. He pushes him down from such a height towards the ground at full speed. It takes only five seconds for Light to descend near the ground while he drags Quroe down.

  As Light lands on the street between the houses, the impact is so massive that it cracks the entire housing area. He landed on his two feet instead of making Quroe hit the ground first. Once Light properly stands on the ground, he slams Quroe with all of his might towards the ground while still grabbing him in the face. All of these were for the sole purpose of not outright killing him.

  *BAAAM*

  "UUUAAAARGGHH!!!"

  Without giving Quroe a break, Light immediately lifts him up as he grips his face harder.

  Quroe didn't answer. The back of his head is bleeding due to the slam earlier. He almost fainted from the sheer impact, but he held on to his consciousness.

  Quroe still didn't answer as he's trying his best just to stay conscious.

  "(The back of my head stings. I see, this is the punishment I got for carelessly mocking someone's past. If so, then I don't mind. . .   Light throws Quroe away, and he bounces off the ground multiple times until he lands and lies on the ground with his face facing the sky.

  His breathing gets heavier. Light walks slowly towards Quroe, who is lying on the ground. Each step he took was heavy as if he were ready to stomp his head with his foot.

  Light takes another step. His foot stomps the ground and cracks it.

  Light takes another step. He is now 3 steps away from Quroe. He clenches his fist, and a black sphere forms, engulfing it. When he was about to lift his foot to take another step, he suddenly stopped. Someone puts their hand on his left shoulder.

  "Light-kun. . ."

  In reflex, Light swings his left fist backward as he turns his body around.

  "KYAAAARRGGHH!!"

  What Light saw was yet another nightmare. The person behind him was Lily, and he blasted her entire right hand, and a bit of her shoulder also got chopped off, and it flew quite far away from their location.

  "Li. . .ly. . . Urgghhh. . ."

  Lily immediately holds her right shoulder with her left hand. She falls and kneels on the ground. Light has a terrible look in his eyes.

  Light keeps walking forward until suddenly, something rises from the pitch-black floor. It was a human figure covered in black, slimy liquid. The black slimy liquid slowly disperses and it reveals a girl, butt naked. The girl's back faces towards Light.

  "What? Who are you?"

  "Huh?"

  "All I wanted in life was to make my parents happy. I came from a poor family. I study hard at school. I was finally obtaining a path to secure my future. I was going to walk that path. I was going to obtain a job that would sustain my family financially."

  The girl slowly turns around and grabs Light's right wrist with both of her hands.

  "But why did I die after I was raped??"

  And then there's another figure rising from the darkness. It was yet another female, stark naked. It was a different female with a more mature body.

  The woman figure approached Light and grabbed onto his left shoulder. Her body has a disturbing number of scars, and she only has one eye left on her face.

  Light's expression worsens. After that, countless other female figures, ranging across ages, rise from the darkness.

This time, the figure didn't rise from the darkness. The figure itself came out of him, and it was the one who killed all those people before him.

  "Enough with the sorry! It's time to act!"

  Light looks at the figure in front of him. It was his own self. His most honest, deepest, and most personal thoughts.

  "What do you suggest I should do?"

  "Simple! We'll solve everything with the one thing that we're so good at!"

  "What is that?"

  "ANNIHILATION! BEFORE OUR HANDS, HUMAN FLESH BECAME MERE PAPER. CONCRETES BECAME MERE PEBBLES. EVEN THE TOUGHEST METAL IS NOTHING MORE THAN TREE LEAVES.
