A lot of screaming was heard from behind the bedroom door. Lily suddenly felt a chill down her spine. In her heart, a certain emotion is surging through her from Light. It was anger, deep and hateful anger.

  "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!"

  *SPLATS*

  The screaming and the sound of splatting and crushing continued for a few minutes. Lily and the other girls were shocked. She had a fearful expression on her face, as she was the one standing the closest to the door, and she heard everything clearly. All of the other girls were also terrified.

  "Girls! Grab your clothes, put them on, and get out of here. I'll handle the rest." commands Lily.

  "But our clothes are inside the bedroom."

  Lily points to their behind.

  "Don't worry, I made sure I picked everyone's clothes. That room belongs to a boy, so I just grabbed everything that seemed feminine."

  "Th-Thank you again. . .uum, what's your name?"

  "My name is Liliana Aiha. You can call me Lily. I am part of the Seven Layers of Judgment. I am the Support of the Judge of Lust, which is the guy who's inside the bedroom."

  "Then, Lily-san, once again, thank you!"

  Lily smiles at them. The girls picked up their clothes and put them on hurriedly and escaped the house afterward.

  "(Now then, I have to aid Lig--)"

  Lily realized that the bedroom behind her was a little bit too quiet. She doesn't want to doubt Light, but she can't help to imagine what those screams and splattering earlier were all about. Lily slowly stands up and turns around.

  "L-Light-kun. . .?"

  Lily talks to Light from behind the bedroom door.

  ". . ."

  There was no answer. Lily slowly pushes the door open.

  "Light-kun. . .?"

  Behind the door, Light was standing in the center of the room; however, the male students were nowhere to be found. The room itself is cloaked in red. There was blood splattered everywhere, and it almost looked like the room itself was originally painted red.

  Light then crouches, transforms his right hand, and touches the floor. The blood in the room floats and is absorbed into Light's right hand. In only a few seconds, the room was clean and there was no more blood. He himself doesn't have any blood on his body or anywhere else.

  Lily enters the room and slowly walks towards him. She approaches him slowly. Then she puts her right hand on Light's left shoulder.

  "Light-kun?"

  Light turns around, and the look on his face terrified her.

  Lily was an assassin. The murderous expression on someone's face should never be intimidating for her; however, this murderous expression comes from none other than Light, the person who saved her and the very same person who has many other expressions that she has come to love. He is currently making an expression that says he genuinely enjoyed what he just did. She's scared because it feels like she's looking at an entirely different person.

  ". . .Lily. . .?"

  "W-What happened? Where are the male students?"

  "Dead."

  *!!!*

  Light has been telling Lily that a Judge must save people. That is solely the mindset that he planted in Lily's mind. He keeps telling her that saving the bad guys is the Judge's duty, no matter the circumstances.

  "Aren't we. . . supposed to save them?"

  "Save them? . . . . . Y-Yes. . . I was supposed to. . . save them. . ."

  Light's body is shaking. He starts to limp as he tries to stand still. Lily grabs him and helps him stay still.

  "You alright?"

  "Y-yeah, I'm alright. . ."

  There's a blank look in Light's eyes. Lily immediately became worried about him.

  "You should sit down!"

  Lily moves his body to make him sit on the floor and makes his back rest against the side of the bed.

  "Take a breath. A deep one!" Lily insists.

  Light inhales deeply and exhales slowly.

  "Tell me, what happened to you?"

  "I. . . lost myself. . ."

  "Please tell me in more detail!"

  "I was angry, so angry. And then everything went dark, and when I woke up, the first thing I saw was you."

  Lily can't even say anything about what she just heard.

  "That reminds me, what about the girls, Lily?"

  "They're all fine. I rewind their body to a state before the rape happens. They still have their purity."

  "You can do that?! I see. . ."

  After hearing Lily's explanation, he felt relieved. Light's head falls towards Lily's chest, and he falls asleep.

  "(I never see this side of Light-kun. Did something happen to him in the past?)"

  Lily had no choice but to stop their Judge activity for the day.

  On that day, Lily got a peek of a little bit of the darkness inside Light's heart.

  The next morning. . .

  Light opens his eyes.

  ". . ."

  Light wakes up, gets up, and sits on the bed.

  "This is my bedroom. . ."

  Suddenly, the door to Light's bedroom was opened.

  "Light-kun! You're awake!"

  Lily approaches Light towards his bed.

  "Lily. . . What happened? I don't remember much."

  "You were asleep since noon yesterday."

  "WHAT?"

  Then everything that happened in that house came back rushing to Light.

  ". . . I remember now. . ."

  "L-Light-kun, is there anyt—"

  "Lily!"

  Lily was suddenly interrupted by Light.

  "Let's go prepare for today!"

  Light smiles as he turns his glance to Lily.

  "Y-Yes. . ."

  She immediately noticed how fake that smile of his was.

  "(I understand, Light-kun. I'll wait until you're ready to talk about what's been bothering you.)" said Lily in her head as she put her right hand on her chest.

  15.00, later today. . .

  As usual, Light is flying above random cities with Lily on his back. They encountered yet another case of lust. Light commands Lily to stop time, and they descend towards the scene and land inside an alleyway.

  *!!*

  They saw yet another case of someone is in the middle of being raped. Light's anger immediately peaked. Lily felt it directly, and it shivered her.

  "L-Light-kun! Let me handle this, okay?"

  ". . .alright. . ."

  Light takes a deep breath and relieves his anger. He calms down a lot. For the first time, Lily takes the lead in the Judgment. She pulled the girl away, and restored her body to a state where the rape hasn't happened. She then returns the flow of time while leaving only the rapist frozen in her time-stop.

  "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP--!!" the girl suddenly screamed.

  "It's okay!"

  Lily calms the girl down.

  "I've restored your body. Your body is in a state before the rape happens."

  The girl shed tears.

  "H-How did you do that?"

  "My Faith power can manipulate time. Do you believe me now?" said Lily as she points towards the rapist that isn't moving even an inch.

  The girl hugs Lily tightly.

  "Huh?"

  Lily suddenly knocks the girl out. She also rewinds the state of her brain to before the rape happens thus rewinding her memories as well. She puts the unconscious girl on the ground. She stands up and turns around. She walks closer to the rapist, raises her palm forward and undoes the time stop on the rapist.

  "YES, TAKE THAT YOU SEXY--!! WHAT?"

  The rapist immediately puts his pants back on and falls to the ground. Lily looks at the rapist with anger.

  "Judgment time!"

  "W-WHO ARE YOU?"

  Lily clenches her fist, and her hand glows in blue light.

  “AAAAKKKHHHH!!!”

  She punches the rapist down towards the ground on his cheek. The rapist bounces multiple times off the ground and he fainted. Light was supervising everything, and he felt relieved that Lily could be counted on. Lily approaches the rapist and summons the Sword of Purification.

  "Lily, wait!"

  Light stops Lily before she even began to stab the rapist.

  "Remember, the emotions and memories from the Sword are only transferred one way, from the Judge to the Support. I won't get any memories if you were the one to do it." said Light as he also approaches the rapist.

  "Ah, now that you mentioned it."

  Lily unsummons the Sword of Purification. Light opens his right palm and summons it.

  "Here goes!"

  Light stabs the rapist's chest. The Sword of Purification turns black after a few seconds, and he pulls out the Sword.

  "You ready, Lily?"

  "Yes!"

  Light stabs himself in the chest with the blackened Sword of Purification. A bunch of the rapist's emotions and memories is surging through Light's heart as well as Lily's.

  "Ah, I'm horny!"

  "Wow, that girl looks sexy!"

  "That's it! She is my target for today!"

  "Thank goodness I still have that drug I used on the girl from yesterday."

  Light and Lily are at a loss for words.

  "L-Light-kun. . . where is the part where the bad guy's horrible memories show up?"

  Before Lily expects a reply, Light was already grabbing the rapist with his blackened left hand on his neck. All of his limbs have already transformed. He lifts the rapist as the rapist's body is hanging unconscious.

  "Light-kun? What are you doing?"

  Without answering her, Light shoves his blackened right hand directly into the rapist's left side of his stomach. His blackened hand easily went through as if his body were a plastic bag. The pain immediately wakes up the rapist.

  ". . . huh?"

  After only a few seconds, the rapist felt the rapidly surging pain on his stomach.

  "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!"

  Light moves his blackened left hand from grabbing his neck to grabbing and covering his entire mouth. He absorbs any sound that comes out of the rapist's mouth, muting him altogether. Light's gazes were murderous; he's also smiling towards the rapist. He starts gouging the inside of his stomach with his blackened hand.

  *SPLATS*

  He pulls out the rapist's left kidney violently.

  ". . . . . ."

  The rapist screams but no voice comes out.

  The rapist is flailing and struggling violently to escape. Light drops the kidney to the ground. He then shoves his hand inside again.

  *SPLATS*

  This time, he pulls out his intestine and snaps it off him.

  ". . . . . ."

  The rapist screams again but to no avail, his expression, however, giving off enough portrayal of the intense pain that he's going through.

  Light proceeds to grab the rapist's left leg with his right hand. He puts his blackened foot on the rapist’s kneecap. He pushes his kneecap with his blackened foot while he pulled the rapist's foot with his right hand.

  *ZZZRRRAAASSSSHHHHH*

  *SPLATS*

  ". . . . . ."

  The rapist's leg snaps off. He throws the snapped part of the leg to the ground. Light shoves his blackened right hand into the rapist's chest. He grabs one of his ribs and pulls it out.

  *STAB STAB STAB STAB STAB STAB*

  He uses his rib bone to stabs the inside of the rapist's stomach multiple times.

  ". . . . . ."

  Light pulls the rapist's entire lower body away from his torso and snaps it off. Blood splattered everywhere, some of it landed on Light's shoes and pants, but it immediately got absorbed into his transformed body parts. He drops both his torso and his lower body to the ground.

  "It hurts. . . it hurts. . . please kill me. . . it hurts. . ."

  The rapist can finally speak as he crawls on the ground without his lower body.

  "Save me. . . save me. . . please. . . if not. . . then kill me. . . help me. . . help . . . me. . ."

  The rapist continues to beg as he crawls away from Light.

  Light approaches the crawling torso of the rapist slowly with the same murderous eyes.

  "Where do you think you're going? You're going straight to hell after this!" said Light with a very deep and threatening tone.

  "no . . . save. . . me. . ."

  The rapist's voice got weaker and weaker. He crawls slower and slower. His breathing is fading away.

  "Rewind!"

  The rapist's body glows blue, and rapist's torso and his lower body reconnect. All of his wounds are gone. Lily had saved the rapist's life. The rapist realized that he has been save, he immediately hugs Lily's leg and thank her for saving him.

  "THANK YOU! THANK YOU! YOU SAVED ME!" said the rapist as he cries.

  Lily looks down towards the rapist. She clenches her fist and punches him again on his head. The rapist fainted yet again.

  "Lily, what are you doing? MOVE!" said Light as he threatens even Lily.

  Lily stands in front of the rapist and blocks Light's path.

  "Light-kun, this isn't like you. Stop this!"

  "Out of my way, Lily!"

  Light's eyes were serious.

  "NO! You told me that we have to save the bad guys specifically. No matter the circumstances! You taught me this!"

  "OUT. OF. MY. WAY!"

  Light threatens Lily seriously as he clenches his blackened fist.

  "LIGHT-KUN! I WON'T MOVE AWAY! I TOLD YOU TO STOP! CEASE THIS AT ONCE, LIGHT-KUN!"

  "LILY, I AM SERI—"

  *SLAP*

  Lily slaps Light on the cheek. The sound of the slap reverberates through the alleyway. The alleyway quickly fell into a deafening silence right after.

  ". . . ."

  Light stops as he undoes all of his transformations. Lily immediately pulls back her right hand and puts it to her chest as she holds it on the wrist with her left hand. For some reason, Light's cheek didn't transform automatically, meaning either Light doesn't recognize Lily as 'harm' anymore, or he actually wanted to be slapped.

  "(My hand was the one that slapped him, but somehow, it's my chest that hurts the most.)"

  "Light-kun. . ."

  ". . .I. . ."

  Light snaps back.

  "I. . . I'm sorry. . ."

  Light realizes that he wanted to hurt Lily. He puts his hands on his head.

  "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

  "I'm fine, Light-kun."

  Light walks backward slowly, creating a distance between them.

  "I need some time alone. . ."

  "Wait, Light-kun!"

  "You can go home. We're done for the day!"

  "Light-kun!!"

  Light turns away. His face is full of regret and fear, and Lily noticed that.

  "Don't follow me!"

  "LIGHT-KUN!?"

  Light blackens his feet. He gathers the fabric of space and warps away, disappearing instantly from Lily's vision.

  "LIGHT-KUN! LIGHT-KUN! LIGHT-KUN!!!"

  Lily kept calling his name, yet Light did not come back.

  ". . . ."

  Lily was left alone. She looks down and closes her eyes.

  "(Light-kun. . . What happened to you?)"

  Tears start falling from her eyes. She can't stand seeing him in pain. His earlier expression planted horrible assumptions about what Light doesn't tell her. She starts crying.

  *sobs sobs*

  "(Ah, I see. . . At first, I just went with it because I owe my life to him. I expected to be treated as a mere subordinate. That I have to obey every single thing that he told me. . .)"

  Lily remembers everything that happened in the past two months together with Light.

  "(. . . yet he treated me properly, not just as a human being, but even as a girl. I began to feel blessed that I was saved, that I was alive.)"

  Lily wipes her tears, but they keep falling.

  "(Looking back, you showed me everything that a person could do. You have so many expressions that I began to love seeing them every day. We even began to argue over trivial matters. You treated me equally. You don't hold back at all. I feel so happy.)"

  Lily keeps wiping off her tears, yet they keep falling.

  "(Originally, I thought I felt this way towards you because I got carried away with how things were. However, the more and more I looked at you, you began to show some pain, something that you never showed me. From that moment, I realized I don't ever wanna see you making such a painful expression ever again. You can even say that I'm attracted to your pain. You succeeded in mellowing down this cold-blooded assassin's heart to a mere normal teenage girl's.)"

  *sobs sobs*

  Lily keeps crying, but this time, she also smiles.

  "(Light-kun, I've fallen in love with you. I thought this feeling was disingenuous at first, but my chest hurts when I slapped you. Thankfully, I do have feelings for you.)"

  Lily cries for a few minutes. After she's done, she finishes what she started. She prays and casts a blessing upon the rapist that is still lying unconscious on the ground. She leaves the scene and heads home.
