Reeve and Pomlh walk toward the first years. Pomlh readies his katana whilst Reeve lifts his hammer higher. Reeve dashes at Mia and Felix whilst Pomlh goes for the other three. Reeve swings his hammer at Felix. Felix reacts quickly and grows an extra 2 arms in order to catch it in its tracks. It slightly down then It stops in his hands.
“Nice try, a hammer like that isn't going to stop me!”
Mia shoots out her kai towards Reeve, but because of her weak control Reeve Dodges upon seeing the kai move towards her hand and preemptively Dodging while pulling the hammer away and at the same time Felix is hit by the kai.
“Ouch!” He says as the kai hits him in the newly grown arm.
Reeve throws the hammer at Mia and it knocks her in the chest. Meanwhile Reeve jabs Felix in the right side twice then throws a left hook at his face. Mia grabs the hammer. Why is it light? Most war hammers are heavy to increase impact. Whatever. She throws it back at Reeve and he catches it with his left hand while fighting Felix.
“Try to stop it this time!”
Reeve says as he slams the hammer into Felix's chest. Felix tries to catch it with all of his arms but it can't even slow the war hammer. Felix is thrown back and out of commission. His extra arms disappear.
“Naive fool. He didn't use kai reinforcement because he thought he was safe. Stupid mistake.”
He turns his attention to Mia. She shot out kai. It's usually weaker but fast and easy. It wouldn't be used in combat in a 2v1. And it looked to be stronger. She must have a kai craft that enhances Her kai output shot abilities. That perfectly matches the description of the ‘kai shot’ kai craft. Closing the gap, I have the advantage. Reeve thinks as he dashes at her, throwing his hammer at her face. She catches it but before she can react he throws a right hook at her face, staggering her. He grabs back the hammer and swings it at her. She has just enough time to move kai to reinforce her chest so she takes less damage in order to prevent the same fate as Felix. She is pushed back a little bit. digging a trail into the ground with her feet from the blowback. It felt like it had grown in power. No, it wasn't light anymore. That's why it was light earlier. This kai tool must have the ability to switch it's weight on command. She goes back into battle going for a hard punch with her left Hand to his stomach. He sees this coming and sidesteps the punch and she stumbles past him. As she stumbles, he hits the hammer down on her back, leaving her on the floor and out of the battle.
“Foolish yet again. Only one place was reinforced. Must have been only a reaction to the first hit.”
Meanwhile Pomlh is fighting the first years. As soon as Reeve splits off at Felix and Mia, Pomlh readies his sword in left hand while a card deck appears in his right.
“You guys are weak so I won't even activate my permanent oath and say how my kai craft works.” He says as he runs towards Jason.
He's fast! It's hard to keep up. Jason thinks to himself as the Everchanging blade becomes a shield. Pomlh's katana slashes at the shield, then goes for a punch to knock it out of Jason's hand. The instant he goes for the punch the shield gains a spike that impales his hand.
“OUCH!” He yelps as he jumps back.
“That kai tool is so annoying!” He says as some cards shoot out of the deck.
They shoot into the air and turn into ash. Glowing numbers and letters replace it. ‘J’ ‘J’ ‘7’ ‘2’ ‘4’ Pomlh chuckles.
“Looks like luck isn't on your side! Paired jacks!”
He goes after Jason again. This time faster. What just happened! Did he teleport!? How is he so fast? The Everchanging blade changes to a bubble around him. Pomlh reacts quickly and slashes his katana At the bubble over and over until it starts to Crack then break open.
“That won't hold me during this boost!”
Pomlh says smiling.
He slashes The katana at Jason 3 times across his chest. Jason suddenly feels his kai draining as well immense pain.
“AHHHH!!!”
He screams out in anguish.
“It burns! Leo and Andrew, can you guys help Please!”
He pleads as the bubble loses form and returns to a sword in his hand. Andrew runs at Pomlh to help, swinging the staff at him. Pomlh Dodges as slices Andrew on his chest. Andrew feels pain for a tenth of a second then grows his staff to hit Pomlh. Pomlh's eyes widen in fear. Impossible! This katana burns Kai! If he's not feeling the pain then he must be out of kai already. But if he has that little of kai then he shouldn't even be a kai user. Unless he's like that one kai manipulator. If that's the case then. Pomlh shudders in fear. I need to get rid of him right away. If he's anything like them, then he has s+ rank potential if not higher.
“Stay away from me!”

He grabs Three cards from his deck and throws them at the floor in front of Andrew.
“You missed!” Andrew shouts smugly.
The cards explode right after he starts Gloating. Andrew is blown back and hits a tree. At the same time he hits the tree, Pomlh throws the katana at his shoulder and pins him to the tree with it.
“Begone!”
Pomlh taps the deck as he goes after Leo. Leo is caught off guard by the ridiculous speed advantage. In Leo's point of view it looks as if Pomlh is teleporting with each step. Pomlh then appears behind Leo and holds him up by the back of his neck. Leo starts to feel drained as Pomlh's kai levels grow. After 3 seconds of holding him, Pomlh punches Leo away so hard he bounces on the ground 30 feet away. Pomlh then moves so fast that he catches Leo as he bounces back up and throws him on the ground. Leo is knocked out of the battle. In less than 30 seconds, all of the first years were taken out of battle by only 2 third years, The human radar and the card shark. Pomlh moves towards Reeve.
“Let's grab the flag and leave. It's on the kid I pinned to the tree.” Pomlh says hastily.
“What about your kai tool, Swordsburn, Pom?” Reeve responds.
“We can replace it with the Everchanging blade to keep him there.” He says as he goes over to Andrew after getting the Everchanging blade.
“This will hurt.”
He pulls the katana out of Andrew's shoulder and puts the Everchanging blade in its place quickly Then he grabs the flag. Meanwhile two of the remaining three third years are being chased by all of the second years.
“We just need to make it to Sirius then we're safe Violua! If we get to him then we win even with it being a three versus five!”
She says to Violua with her voice wavering and brown eyes shaking, worried they won't make it in time. Violua stares at her with his hazel eyes glistening in the light peeking through the trees and brown hair being pushed back from running and his white skin having slight sunburn.
“If we don't make it in time however?” He asks in response to Annabeth.
“Pray he makes it to us, otherwise we will lose.”
She says with a definite tone as a giant fireball flies past them.
“Don't run!” Josh yells out to them.
“It's futile since we will catch you guys anyway!”
After a few more seconds of chasing and two more fireballs, a deck appears in Josh's hands and three cards pop out. Josh can't see the faces but he touches one card. 10. Josh teleports in front of both Annabeth and Violua, punching both of them and causing them to stop dead in their tracks and forcing them to have to fight them.
“Tough luck.” Josh taunts.
“Now you have to fight.”
Annabeth reacts first.
“Bear!”
Then throws a right hook at Josh and knocks him back into a tree, splintering it.
“I always forget how annoying that rough kai is”
He says while pulling himself up and pulls the fortune deck out of his pocket.
He draws the top card and gets a six. He rushes back at the two of them and gets behind them, then he kicks them towards the other second years.
“This might be overkill but they still have more experience so I might as well.”
Silvana says as she folds her hands with her thumbs sticking straight up.
“Kai release. The r-”
Everyone stops in their tracks. Tien speaks first.
“This kai. I thought he was too far away. It's-”
Annabeth and Violua finish his sentence at the same time.
“Sirius!”
Sirius Drops down in the middle of everybody. His gray eyes stare down every one of them seemingly all at once, sending a chill down all of their spines. His black hair reflecting the sun off of it. His white skin catching a slight tan from the sun.
“I hope I'm not late.” He says to the third years.
“Return to base and make sure the flag is still there. I'll keep them away and steal the flag.”
His teammates nod and immediately run off. His eyes dart towards silvana, then he almost looks to just appear behind her in the second year's eyes.
“Even with your kai release being better at fighting for dominance since it doesn't damage and only buffs, you won't beat mine. You'd only be wasting kai. I advise against it.” He states as he grabs her arm and throws her at a tree.
She gets Lifted off her feet effortlessly and tossed into the trees, breaking 2 before she stops. Sirius then throws two of his chakrams at Tien and Sam.
Tien can save the chakram though they will still be only slightly faster than him because of how they work, so sending them after him shouldn't Be a threat. If he even chooses to load it at all. I need to keep Sam away too. Even if he can't keep up with me physically, if I get hit that Kai craft is annoying to deal with. I am able to handle Josh and Luna in a two versus one. This should be over in 20 seconds or less depending on their guard.
Sam and Tien struggle to keep the chakram from damaging them too severely but it is a near impossible task for them. They lack the speed to keep up with it, let alone defend. Sirius dashes at Josh and Luna, roundhouse kicking with his right foot and making Luna bash into Josh and both are sent fifty yards away.
Luna attempts to land a shot on Sirius with a Fireball As he kicks her. But it doesn't even graze Sirius. Josh uses kai reinforcement last second instead of an attack so he doesn't get knocked out of commission like Luna.
I estimated Luna to be able to fight after two hits and be out by the third. She went for the sacrifice play. Unlike her usual character. Sirius thinks to himself. it just makes my fight easier I guess.
He is suddenly in front of Josh and grabs him by his foot and slams him to the ground, then punches him twice in the face. Everyone is out of commission. Silvana is on the floor unable to fight for a good bit because of Sirius's spiky kai.
Sam and Tien are too cut up to even try to land a hit. Luna can't hope to attack due to not reinforcing with kai, and Josh just got his face pummeled and is face up in a dent in the ground. Sirius goes to grab the flag off of Josh.
Less than 20 seconds. I far overestimated. Only 6 seconds. He thinks to himself as the other two chakrams return to his hand to complete the trio.
Mending kai style, sometimes shortened to mks, heals the body from almost anything depending on how much kai you have. If enough time passes without being healed or it is poorly healed, mks will still regenerate it but it will leave a scar. Mks can hit at any body part but stems from the soul, where kai resides.
