October 1st,

  Once Gohan and Raditz had finally learned how to sense Ki and how to suppress their power level; Piccolo came up to Gohan, “Gohan you have done well in your training, and have grown into a good fighter. We have about one more month before the saiyans get here so we are going to spend the rest of this month polishing your fighting skills. You are doing well but you still have room for improvement, so Raditz and me will take turns fighting you; no tricks this time, at the end of the month you will have a…lets call it a graduation ceremony it will be a surprise so don’t worry about it for now. You need to prepare yourself mentally, but I know you can do this so believe in yourself Gohan and you will do well.” Piccolo said.

  “Don’t forget you are half saiyan so knowing how to fight is in your blood.” Raditz said

  “Ok Gohan I’m going to be your first opponent, so you better be ready.” Raditz said walking up to Gohan uncrossing his arms.

  “I’m ready Uncle Raditz.” Replied Gohan as he got into his fighting stance.

  Gohan and Raditz both lunged towards each other and struck out with a punch with their right fist causing a shock wave from the impact, Gohan then twisted his body to the right trying to kick Raditz with his left leg, but he missed as Raditz disappeared and reappeared behind him trying to kick him in the back.

  Gohan vanished and then appeared behind Raditz and threw out another right-handed punch which Raditz stopped with his tail by wrapping it around Gohans wrist then send Gohan flying into the ground. “You have a tail too Gohan don’t be afraid to use it because Vegeta and Nappa will use theirs.” Raditz shouted as he flew up high and unched an energy bst from both of his hands, “Double Sunday!”

  Gohan barely managed to dodge it by disappearing and appearing behind Raditz trying to bst him in the back, but Raditz spin kicked Gohan in the stomach before he could attack then hit him in the back with a double fist to the back sending Gohan flying back into the ground.

  “Come on Gohan stop holding back, if you don’t take this seriously then everyone you are trying to protect will end up being killed.” Shouted Raditz as he flew down towards the ground and bsting Gohan in the face with an energy bst sending him into a nearby mountain.

  Gohan got up and looked at Raditz and dusted himself off before taking a deep breath and exhaling, “Ok Uncle Raditz I understand.” Gohan said with a look of determination in his eyes.

  Gohan flew towards Raditz and threw a right-hand punch again as Raditz met it with his own Gohan then used opened his palm to grab Raditz fist and turn to his right to kick him with his left foot again as Raditz used his left hand to grab Gohans foot he didn’t see Gohan’s tail until it hit him in the face.

  Causing him to let go of Gohan and as Gohan nded on the ground, he kicked up off the ground to head butt Raditz in the stomach. This caused him to fly into the air and Gohan flew behind him and doubled kicked Raditz in the back causing him to fly into the ground.

  Gohan then charged up his energy and shouted, “Masenko HA!!” Raditz was hit by the energy beam before he was able to get up.

  “Good job Gohan now you’re fighting seriously, this is how saiyans should fight. Do you feel your blood pumping? Because I do now let’s continue!” Raditz said as he got up and dusted himself off, then he flew up into the air to continue the fight with Gohan.

  Gohan and Raditz would continue to fight like this for two weeks before it was Piccolo’s turn to fight with Gohan.

  October 16th,

  “Ok Gohan now it’s our turn to fight, remember what you learned when fighting Raditz and use what you learned and don’t be afraid to change things up when fighting, use everything you can to your advantage. That’s the only way you will stay alive.” Piccolo told Gohan as they got ready to fight.

  Gohan and Piccolo unched towards each other, and Gohan went with a flying side kick which Piccolo dodged and countered with a punch to Gohan’s back.

  Gohan twisted his body and countered with a spin kick to Piccolo’s face who blocked it with his forearms, then he pushed Gohan back and then stretched both of his arms to grab Gohan and sm him into the ground.

  “I didn’t know you could do that.” Gohan said as he got back up and looked at Piccolo with caution,

  “Use everything to your advantage to win.” Piccolo said with a grin.

  Gohan smiled back and then he threw a big energy bst at Piccolo “Don’t waste your energy, Gohan.” Gohan flew behind the first one as he charged up another one, Piccolo knocked away the first one and got caught by surprise, by Gohan as he released the second energy bst in his face.

  Then he twisted his body and used his tail to hit Piccolo in the chest and followed up with a double axe hand to Piccolo’s head driving him to his knees.

  Piccolo rolled to the side as he used his right arm to grab Gohan by the colr and threw him into the air to catch his breath, “Good job Gohan, you caught me by surprise.”

  Gohan stabilized himself in the air and looked down at Piccolo, “Use everything to your advantage to win right?” Gohan and Piccolo looked at each other before they started ughing.

  Piccolo flew up towards Gohan and threw a punch which Gohan blocked it with his right knee then he countered with a punch with his left hand. Piccolo caught it and then shot an energy bst at Gohan.

  As Gohan deflected it Piccolo appeared below Gohan and delivered a kick sending Gohan flying higher into the air.

  As Gohan stabilized himself Piccolo fired an energy bst from his mouth catching Gohan by surprise as he blocked by crossing his forearms in front of him.

  While the smoked cleared Gohan rushed down to meet Piccolo, who flew up and passed him while smiling.

  Gohan somersaulted and nded on the ground and looked to where Piccolo was but didn’t see him. He sensed him before he saw him and dodged Piccolo’s attack from his right and countered with a spin kick which was blocked with a knee.

  Gohan then used his tail to wrap around Piccolos right ankle and yanked up causing Piccolo to fall to the ground where he delivered a flurry of punches.

  Then delivered a double foot stomp to Piccolo’s stomach unching himself into the air to charge up an energy bst, “Saturday Crush!!” Piccolo received the full brunt of the attack.

  “Hahaha…Good Gohan you are doing a good job, now let’s continue.” Piccolo said as he stepped out of the cloud of smoke caused by the bst.

  Gohan and Piccolo would train like this for two weeks before he told Gohan that it would be time for his graduation ceremony.

  (AN: I know that in previous chapters I talked about how Gohan would spar, but I never went into detail like this chapter, I did that because Gohan was still learning how to fight properly. [especially to dodge] When Gohan trained with Goku in the second chapter I didn’t go into detail for one important reason, Chi-Chi would watch them spar and wouldn’t let Goku get serious out of fear of Gohan being hurt. This led to Gohan not knowing how to properly fight which Piccolo and Raditz corrected over the year and that led to this chapter. When I write more chapters like this, I will only name energy bsts that have a name if they don’t, I will just call them energy bst, ball, beam, etc. I hope you guys liked this chapter I hope to get better as I write more fight scenes as they pop up. I had them learn how to sense Ki and hide their power level off screen because Vegeta learned it off screen and we really didn’t get an expnation, so why can’t I do the same thing.)
