Riley refused to just sit there and share the moment of silence with her friend like that which is why she opened her arms and took Linnet in who surrendered in her embrace like a kitten cuddling with its mother.

  "Are you mad at me for taking advantage of your wonderful, handsome, and very rich man?" Riley asked while burying her face in her friend's hair which makes her look even more stunning in this new look.

  "Not really... I'm just annoyed because it's always him taking care of me, and you!" Linnet raised her head to look at Riley in the end as if to remind her, "Not the other way around."

  Riley sneakily looked around to make sure no one is looking before cupping one of Linnet's breasts with her hand and giving it a gentle squeeze which startled her friend and said : "We both know that you're going to fix that problem tomorrow, so you better focus on making him feel good before some random bitch from god knows where snatches him away. I really like this lifestyle you know!"

  Linnet moved away and gred at Riley who smiled before touching her friend's blushed cheek with her fingers then gave it a gentle pinch while continuing to say : "Don't forget that I'm pnning to go wild on his handsome friend in the next room, you better not lose to me once again little Linnet."

  "Bryan is mine forever, you just wait and see." Linnet unconsciously said it before realizing that her voice was a bit loud and other dies heard and looked towards them with curiosity and amusement in their eyes.

  Riley smiled wider and continued to sip on her drink calmly after succeeding to push the right button, now she's sure that Linnet wouldn't allow Bryan to wake the following morning without tasting her honey and getting full of the sweet nectar from this stunning flower which bloomed after receiving the right care from professional stylists and experts today.

  "So." Riley of course would never allow the silence between them to reign for too long, which is why she looked towards her friend and broke it.

  "So!" Linnet squinted her eyes while giving that reply, clearly still on edge.

  Riley put down her drink and leaned her head on Linnet's chest and hugged her waist then acted spoilt while grumbling : "I know that you like the guy that's why you become so defensive whenever we talk about him but aren't you forgetting something important here?"

  Linnet hugged her friend back and ran her fingers on her silky smooth hair which looks and feels even more better after the hairstylist did his magic with it and asked : "What is it?"

  "Humph." Riley looked up then buried her face even deeper in these soft breasts while envying Bryan who's going to have the exclusive right to py with them soon, "This Shawn. What should I expect?" She asked.

  "Hmm... Let's see," Linnet patted her friend on the back while recalling the person himself then opened her mouth to say : "He's tall and handsome, he's polite and a few years our senior.   "Is he really all that in one package?" Riley asked dubiously.

  "He's quite the catch indeed and if you behave yourself I might take you to see him tonight once we're done with the medical examinations." Linnet nodded while giving her friend a stern look and a confident smile.

  Riley immediately cheered up and hugged Linnet's neck while saying : "You really are the best friend ever!"

  Linnet enjoyed the heartwarming moment while hugging her friend before patting her shoulder while saying : "Alright. Settle down now, you're choking me to death here girl... that's tough love!"

  "Tehehe..." Riley rexed her arms then kissed her friend's cheek while smiling contentedly.

  Minutes ter Bryan appeared with the small box which he put on the table and picked Linnet from her seat like a feather and hugged her boldly while looking her right in the eyes he said : "You look stunning," Then pushed her away from his body and kept her at arms' length without putting her down so that he could get a better look at her then hugged her again a bit tighter this time while asking : "Is there anything else you want to do in this pce?"

  "No." Linnet was so surprised when her voice came out soft and shy.

  "Riley. Grab that box and keep up." Bryan looked at the other gorgeous companion of his lovely girl and smiled then threw that command while positioning Linnet on his back then walked towards the door.

  "Oh... young love."

  "How sweet they look together!"

  Behind them some of the cssy beautiful dies in the lounge looked enviously while speaking their minds while the rest watched in silence but their eyes dangerously glinted when they fell on Bryan's strong and muscur arms.

  "Want to pick anything before we leave?" Bryan twisted his head slightly to look at the pretty face leaning on his shoulder and asked but he couldn't stop himself from giving her cheek a gentle peck with his lips.

  Linnet chuckled after receiving that kiss and returned the favor then answered : "Me and Riley did buy a lot of stuff today but instead of carrying it around all day we asked them to deliver them tomorrow morning to our doors."

  "Smart, I expect nothing less from my girl." Bryan said then called the elevator before twisting his neck the other side to look towards Riley and whistled softly while adding : "You look amazing Riley! Shawn is such a lucky man."

  "Hehe... you really think so?" Riley twirled while holding her dress.

  "Absolutely, let me know if does anything out of line and I'll make sure to bully him for being blind." Bryan said while getting in the elevator with Linnet who comfortably hugged his neck with her arms and just enjoyed the ride.

  "Why are we going up? Didn't you say we're leaving?" Riley asked once she saw him press for the top floor.

  Bryan smiled widely and asked : "What time is it?"

  "It was 07:25 PM right before we got in the elevator, I happened to see it on the screen of the nearby store." Linnet answered.

  "We're leaving indeed but it's about time we buy ourselves a car, we're travelling in style tonight." Bryan said before looking towards Linnet and added : "There's also something I'd like to ask from you."

  "Of course! A-anything for you..." Linnet answered while feeling as if her soul itself was being absorbed as she stared in his eyes!

  *Tsk*

  Riley clicked her tongue once she saw the look of complete vulnerability on her friend's face, she really felt bad because she's envying the only person willing to share happiness with her and couldn't stop herself from feeling this way even while knowing that it's wrong.

  "Hehe..." Linnet just ughed while sticking her tongue out towards Riley who gred at her in reply.

  Bryan told both of them about the situation with Linda and Alex and how he's pnning for these two to open their own restaurant.

  "I'll take care of it don't worry, there's a perfect spot for a restaurant in the corner next to the two shops me and Riley rented today." Linnet said.

  "The pce itself is big and spacious and there's also a garden on the other side with a long row of benches surrounding it, the building is still new and there's many apartments still vacant so it's going to be very convenient for the couple." Riley added.

  Linnet poked Bryan's cheek while asking : "Why do you care for brother Alex and Sister Linda so much?"

  "They're the closest version of a true family to me, they might not know it yet but for me it already happened. Just like how Shawn is the closest version of a true friend." Bryan said while leaving the elevator and Riley looked at him then at Linnet who shook her head as if to say : "Just don't ask."

  "So... which one are we buying?" Linnet asked while taking a look around at the pce which is full of different brands of cars, her true aim however was to distract him and pull him away from thinking about that life which as far as she knows... only him got to experience living it!
