  When Noah returned home with Asuna and Chiyo, he informed Kaede and Suzu immediately, and they dropped what they were doing, showered and changed into their day uniforms, and teleported to meet and hug Asuna.

  Noah made an extra luxurious dinner that evening to celebrate, as the girls caught up with each other, and then Noah took Asuna and Chiyo into his bedroom. And they celebrated in a different way. A lot.

  Chiyo was quite apprehensive at first, but Asuna took the lead, having sex with Noah first as Chiyo watched, and then kissing and fondling Chiyo as Noah cimed her. By the time they were done, the pretty redhead didn't have any reservation anymore about having Noah as her Master, even if her Mistress was still taking precedence over him in her heart.

  That was fine with Noah, and she agreed to sign a sve contract. She didn't benefit from Noah's powers just yet, as he would need to further nurture their retionship, but that was only a matter of time.

  On the following day, after eating breakfast with everyone, Asuna and Chiyo returned to Soul Society to attend csses. Lizel, Reina and Miyabi did the same, heading to Ginsei Academy, and Noah took his smartphone to call Ren.

  "Hello, Commander." he said as she took his call.

  "Hi, Noah." she replied, with a voice that was definitely warmer than a few weeks ago. "Are you still on your trip in Soul Society?"

  "No. I sort of cheated my way into solving that crisis faster than expected. Which means that, if you are avaible, we can resume where we had stopped."

  "Come save me from all this paperwork."

  "On my way." said Noah with a chuckle. He teleported to her, and saw several thick stacks of documents on her desk.

  "Oh, the horror!" gasped Noah, making a cross sign with his fingers toward the desk as if to exorcise a demon.

  "I really should get more people to deal with this." sighed Ren as she sent a message to her squad, informing them that she would be away.

  Once done, she put her phone back into her pocket and rose.

  "I'm ready."

  Noah smiled and took her hand, and they teleported to his basement. Ren immediately started stripping out of her uniform as Noah took her petsuit from his inventory. He assisted her in putting it on and fastened her colr around her neck.

  "Master, how about you remove your clothes as well? Your pet is eager for a treat." she said with a seductive smile.

  Noah grinned as he made his clothes disappear, transferring them into his inventory.

  "Really eager, eh?"

  She pressed her paw-covered hands against his chest, pushing him toward the bed.

  "It's your fault for making me feel this good."

  "Since it's my fault, I should take responsibility and give my cute pet what she needs."

  He hugged and kissed her, then id her on the bed. He opened the petsuit's crotch, lifted her legs to put her into a mating press position, and kissed her as he started thrusting.

  Two hours ter, Ren was snuggling on his p as they watched a movie about some former assassin going ham on those who had stolen his dog and destroyed his car.

  The movie over, Ren started slowly grinding her butt on his crotch, trying to tempt him. Noah smiled and returned the favor by gently kneading her breasts.

  "How was your trip to Soul Society, Master?" she asked.

  "Profitable. I saved a girl from an execution she didn't deserve, restored the missing arm of another, got permission to come and go as I please, healed a captain from what was essentially lung cancer, unmasked Aizen and his cronies and got them on the run. And reunited with my lost lover. Oh, and she had a present for me, in the form of a cute girl she had turned into her pet."

  "That's a lot, for a trip that sted less than two days."

  "On top of it, the female Shinigami who taught me Shunpo talked me into a bet that she lost, and became a friend with benefits, sort of. I think she pnned to lose from the start. So, profitable. I'll share my memories of the important parts."

  Noah let her watch some of his memories, the meeting with Shunsui Kyoraku, the small csh against Tozen, the confrontation in the hall with all the captains watching, and some of the subsequent negotiations.

  Ren nodded when he was done.

  "That's definitely a convenient ability, being able to let me see every nuance and detail far better than any report. You next big step is that Peace Conference next week?"

  "Yes. Unless Aizen chooses to go on the offense suddenly. But there's many things needing to be done this week. First is completing your own training. We're pretty close, I think."

  "Yes. Master. Being a pet is a lot of fun. At least when you are the Master. I don't think I'd like to be in that suit constantly, but it's done a lot of good for my mental health." smiled Ren.

  "I'm happy to hear that. Still, on the matter of things to do. Tomorrow morning, we'll all move out to our new house. Lilith has renovated Hagun isnd and given it to me."

  "I remember when you told me we couldn't reach that pce anymore. Did she intend to give it to you all along?"

  "Yes. It will be a much more secure pce, and the timing is perfect, since I'm starting to make some really strong enemies. With only myself and the girls who share my abilities having access. I don't think even Tenka would manage, and she went to that isnd before. After that, I need to tie up some loose ends."

  "Loose ends?"

  "Reted to the Devil King War I told you before. That guy Lost, one of the most dangerous candidates, must be waiting for me to call him, and I don't want him to lose patience and come at me. It might be troublesome if he found some of my girls first. I don’t want to have to resurrect them ter."

  "Resurrect?" asked Ren, frowning.

  Noah froze, realizing his mistake.

  "…Damn, me and my big mouth. Don't repeat that to anyone, ok? At some point in the not too distant future, if all goes well, I'll be able to resurrect people, for a cost. The first thing I'll do with it will be to resurrect a few deceased parents of my girls. Kyouka's mom and dad, among others. But I want that to be a surprise, and it would be torture for them if they had to endure the wait while knowing about it. Cire and Kyouka know, but Akeno, Koneko and Kuroka don't."

  "I'll pretend I didn't hear anything. But could you add Toshihiko Myouga to your list, if it doesn't cost you too much?"

  "Who is he? A retive to Riu Myouga, I expect, but her husband? Brother? Son?"

  "Her husband. He taught me a lot."

  "I'll add him to the list. But back to discussing Lost, killing him also means securing the four female candidates I set my eyes upon before they start going after each other or are targeted by other candidates. Thankfully for me, the training of the fifteen former nuns is going well enough that they don't need seven trainers anymore, so I can use the fallen angels to deal with the devil candidates while I take care of you and whichever Chief will be next. I'm thinking about Bell. With Physical reinforcement and Shunpo, she'll be quite terrifying."

  "How about asking Kyouka to train Varvara?" suggested Ren.

  "…That's a good idea. Kyouka's a natural dominant, I'll sure she will like it. And Varvara will grow to like being a submissive faster if Kyouka is the one teaching her."

  "You have your work cut out for you then, Master. Make sure I get a room in Hagun Isnd, not too far from yours." said Ren, before she kissed him.

  "Master, how about another round before you go deal with those matters, and I return to the dreaded paperwork?"

  "I was wondering when you were going to ask." grinned Noah.

  "And once I grow my influence some more, I'll lean on the government to simplify the paperwork you have to deal with or get you some secretaries."

  Ren snorted cutely. "If you want me to fall for you, those are the words I need to hear!"

  "Noah! This pce is even bigger than the main Gremory House!" grinned Rias as Noah showed her and the rest of their peerage around his new… home.

  "Is it? Just wait until you guys see the rest of the isnd!"

  The immense structure they were in, four floors high and three floors deep, was even bigger than a football field. The outside appearance of what he could only call a Pace looked like a modernized version of an old Japanese castle. Several rge pools and gardens surrounded it. And from the inside, the building was already furnished with a tastefulness that would make any interior designer sigh with envy. Everything, even the wooden boards or carpets on the floor, was of a high quality, and enhanced with self-cleaning and self-repairing. The Pace might not even require maids to be maintained. Coupled with Noah's self-cleaning clothes, the house chores were basically limited to cooking and washing dishes.

  Moreover, this pce didn't have only one Pace. A dozen slightly smaller paces, each with a significantly different architectural style, were spread around the isnd. If Noah judged by the huge total number of rooms avaible, Lilith somehow expected him to have a harem in the four, maybe even five digits!

  Noah might be greedy, lustful, and possessive, but he didn't pn to go that much overboard. He didn't want to reach the point where he would have to require most of his girls to wear a name tag.

  A more reasonable expnation was that most of those Paces would one day be used by multiple generations of Noah's retives. There was an option in the Yin-Yang store to grant immortality, and only immortality, to his descendants, as long as they signed a Soul Contract with him.

  "Ufufu. If the size is any indication, we would do well to secure a room in the same wing and floor as Noah while we can. I call dibs on one!" cheerfully decred Akeno. But Noah shook his head.

  "Nice try, but no. To avoid disputes among who get which room and be fair to the future additions to our family, we will use the same system we already do for seating at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only, we'll switch every few years instead of every day. And the first assignment will be decided randomly by drawing papers on a hat or something."

  "I understand." nodded Akeno. "Still, it will be good for us. We'll be able to cim rooms retively close, while future members of the family will have to take the closest free rooms."

  "Yes. Anyway, as you guys see, the first floor is devoted to common areas like kitchens, living rooms and libraries. The second one has many media and pyrooms of various kinds. The Pace somehow has its own ultra-high bandwidth internet connection with very low tency, don't ask me how that's possible."

  "Even stranger, that connection somehow allows to connect on the internet networks of multiple worlds. The computers in the medias rooms have an app installed that acts like a switch. There's only the internet of this world avaible for now, since my previous one is still in stasis, but that will change in time."

  "And the third where we currently are, fourth and fifth floors are full of rooms, each with their own bathroom and walk-In closet. The first basement floor is for storage, mostly meant for the food we'll grow on the many fields beyond the gardens, the second basement is for, a few special interests, let's say… And the st floor is a rge, reinforced training space, for when you want to train, and the Arena is taken."

  "Hey, Noah. I know I'm not your Queen at the moment, but would you mind if we move in early?" asked Rias.

  Noah smiled. "Of course not. From now on, this is also your home, and that hold true for everyone in the peerage as well.

  "Even for me, Noah?" asked Yuuto with a grin, only to be sharply elbowed by Tosca.

  "Yuuto and I will stay in the house Rias gifted us." she said, daring Yuuto to challenge her. He wisely decided not to.

  "As you wish. You can still come to train or py whenever you want. Just call one of us, and we'll teleport you in." nodded Noah.

  "Yes, thank you." smiled Tosca.

  "Let's continue the visit. After that, I'll help everyone with moving in."

  Noah continued the visit along with the group. It was also his first time walking down those hallways, as he had just used Promise previously to quickly learn the Pace's yout and content of the rooms.

  Lilith really had pampered him with this not so little gift, as the Pace cked nothing. There were even a few theaters and spas in the basement's second floor. His system had informed him that the fields dotting the isnd were magically enhanced to grow food more quickly, and the soil would never end up depleted of its nutrients. Lilith had improved this isnd to be capable of supporting thousands upon thousands of inhabitants.

  …

  A few hours ter, Noah returned to the mansion in Ginsei city, now almost empty. He took his smartphone and called that guy.

  "Hello?"

  "Hi. Is this Lost Joudou… the Death Arcana?"

  "Joudougahama, yes."

  "Yes, sorry. I have a bad memory with names. This is Noah Enfield, the Magician Arcana."

  "Ya called at st. I thought ya were trying to ditch me. I was getting angry about it."

  "Again, I am very sorry. And thank you for being patient. I'm just very busy, to the point I can't even go to school anymore. When do you want us to face each other?"

  "Why not tonight? Let's get this over with."

  "Okay. Let's say, midnight, inside Ginsei Academy?"

  "Fine with me. Let's meet in the courtyard behind the main building."

  "See you ter." nodded Noah.

  As he put the smartphone back on his pocket, Noah sighed. He had accrued a rge backlog or girls waiting for be trained. Even though some were not aware of it. That was a rge issue, severely limiting the time he could devote to self-training in Hueco Mundo. His leveling speed had been pretty good the first few weeks after his arrival in this world, but has seriously gone down recently. The main cause for it being that he was spending too much time seducing and ensving the girls around him, and not enough time grinding. That needed to change.

  He wanted get at least a few of them started on their training before the peace conference, where he could expect to capture a few more girls.

  And part of his issue was due to him being too greedy for Yang Points. Seekvaira's time magic would help, but even after she gave him a few demonstration and pointers, he would need more time to be able to replicate her magic, or even better, create magic items that could do it. Until he could understand more accurately the nature of time, or just make Seekvaira his, by any means necessary, to acquire her bloodline magic, he would have to rely on something else.

  After some pondering, he sighed. He had the solution under his nose the whole time. He just was too greedy, and wasn't using his sves enough. He decided to capture Rinne, Yokata and the Sannou twins, four girls part of the Death group, before they had a chance to turn on each other.

  Noah took a futon from his inventory, spread it on the empty floor, and decided to take a nap. The next day would be a busy one.
