The people inside the chamber are fidgeting nervously, others sitting with a tense patience. While Keal with an unreasonable face he still doesn't believe it. It's been a week since Keal got transmigrated into this alternative world. He still remembers how he got here. It all started when he was on his way back from a college party. When he was walking on his way back drunk all he remembers was that he was blind by a light like from a truck and the next time he knows he wakes up in this unfamiliar environment.

  Although he doesn't have the memory of the original Keal but thankfully this world still have the internet so Keal be able to find some info about this world but Not only did Keal find out he transmigrated into a younger version of himself in a parallel world full of magic but in this world he was orphaned.

  Keal signed with a bitter expression 'God damn it, I miss my family. I wonder how they are doing after my death. I hope they take it well.' as Keal thought to himself a voice echoes to the room.

  "Attention. The Awakening events will start shortly. When you hear your name, step through the door ahead."

  A disembodied voice, calm and authoritative, echoed through the chamber. This cost the people inside the room filled with excitement. As keal is a bit concerned As right now Keal is at this 'Awakening events' which holded by one of the best academies in this world called the Savior University that allows any person at the age of 18 to 20 can join and train no matter the background.

  because when he gets to this world he was hoping that he would get some cheat like all those other cool novels or manga but after a week he still got nothing. So he was hoping he would at least get some power to survive in this world full of magic.

  "Theon lightsley, please walk into the Awakening room." The voice called on the name as a person slowly got up from his seat as he walked to the Awakening room. The other students were eyeing him as they started whispering to each other.

  "Isn't that the second Prince?"

  "He looks so handsome."

  "What rank ability do you think he will get?"

  "Obviously it a S rank or higher."

  Keal hearing the noises of students he can't help confuse 'damn, so that the Prince but why the heck is a Prince doing here? Shouldn't something as big as unlock his ability be Private, I mean the Awakening room is private but still why is a Prince doing here with us common folks.'

  After a few minutes the Theon comes out of the Awakening room with a happy expression making students think that the Prince probably got a good and high rank ability.

  The Awakening event brings you normally until finally Keal. He slowly got up from his seat as he walked to the Awakening room. The students don't much eye him as he walks because they are too busy celebrating their ability while some are sad and disappointed about their ability which is good for Keal because he doesn't like or want the attention.

  Keal opened the door of the Awakening room and saw two people waiting for him. One was an old man sitting on a chair in a white rope that looked like in his mid 70's with white hair and beard. The old man looks like he is sleeping.

  Another one was a beautiful woman in her mid 20's with black hair and black suit. She is standing next to be a silver crystal ball of some kind.

  "Hello, Keal cambell, right." Said the woman calmly.

  "Yes," Keal said nervously.

  Lisa smiles gently to try to help calming Keal down. "It's fine, Don't be nervous. My name is Lisa and I will be your examiner today and your future teacher. Don't worry about him. He is just a guardian just in case something bad happens." Lisa pointed at the old man in white rope.

  'Well shit, Now I worry even more about the fact something bad could happen.' Keal thought to himself.

  "Please put your hand on the Mana crystal." Lisa said as she pointed to the silver looking crystal ball.

  Keal obeyed, his right hand trembling as it made contact with the cold, smooth surface. His hand was shaking nervously.

  "Calm your mind," Lisa coached gently. "Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and draw the energy into your inner world."

  'inner what??' Keal was confused but he followed Lisa's instruction regardless as he closed his eyes and tried to feel this so-called inner world. He was expecting darkness, and for a moment, that was all there was. Then, in the vast void in his mind's eye, he saw it—not one or two but three tiny pinpricks of light. One was a white color light, second was a purple light and finally the third one was a mystery silver like color.

  "When you are in the inner world you should see a single light in the void right now, just think and guide the mana from the crystal inside into the light." Said Lisa.

  'Only a single light but I see three which one should I give it to, you know what fuck it let just give that white one since it looks safe then the other.' Keal thought before he guided the mana to the green light as he watched, mesmerized, as tendrils of blue energy streamed from the crystal through him, feeding the one of the green light, causing it to swell with a gentle, potent warmth. A corresponding sense of power bloomed within his chest.

  Keal slowly opened his eyes to see the Awakening stone that his hand was on disappear like it wasn't there.

  Lisa smiles kindly "Congratulations, your Awakening is finished. Now you are at an Apprentice level. Please call on your stats window you just need to think and it will appear so what ability you unlock and its rank."

  Keal looked confused but he allowed and said 'stats window' in his mind but before him instead of a blue screen, it was a red screen.

  "Did you open your status window if you did please show us status window so we what your ability and what rank it is" said Lisa

  Keal looks at his window again and it still says error. He doesn't know what to do, his mind gone in a panic mode 'Should I tell them what I see. no, what if I told them and they find out I am not the real Keal and start experimenting on me or worse. Maybe I'm just overthinking it.'

  The old man in white rope opened his eyes and sensed Keal hesitation so he said in a calm but more demanding tone "Student Keal, don't just stand there just show us your stats window so we know what your ability is for us so we could continue to the next students."

  Keal got a bit scared as he was about to say what he just saw, Lisa 'smack' the old man's head before saying "Stop scaring the new students, principal."

  The so-called principal rubbed his head in 'pain' by Lisa smack and said "but-" he was cut off by Lisa who raised her hand being the old man. Keal stood watching this in confused form when he heard that the principal of the Savior University was one of the top most powerful mages in the world but from what he saw wasn't up to his expectation.

  'Maybe I shouldn't judge a book by its covers,huh.' Keal thought to himself before Lisa turned to him and smiled then said "Don't worry about the old man he was trying to test you."

  The old man 'coughs' and tries to get his dignity back. "Yes I am sorry about that student Keal, it was a test you must know you should never show anyone your info even to us." Keal nodded understanding.

  "But we still need to know what your ability and rank is so we know what to teach you. Please try to put your hand in this device." The old man looks at Lisa before she takes out and offers Keal a flat screen device of some kind. Keal slowly puts his right hand on the device as he suddenly feels some energy scan through his body.

  After all is done, Lisa looks at the screen "Congratulations, student Keal it seems like you get a healing type ability and it ranks is (B)."

  "Okay, boy. Now, return to the hall and await further instructions." The old man waved his hand and dismissed Keal. As keal gave a grateful nod. He turned and walked out of the room, the door clicking shut behind him.

  As he gets back to his seat, a blue screen appears on him.
