Hey everyone! I wanted to post my post-book message as a chapter this time around. Here marks the end of the two completed volumes of Obsidian Gods and now we enter uncharted waters.

  Books 3 and 4 are in differing states of completeness because of a key part of my writing process. I tend to write each POV character from start to finish and sometimes, like in the case of Karim (you'll meet him soon) I wrote all of his chapters from 3 and 4 in one shot.

  Now that I have your attention

  As for what I have done now it's exactly this:

  - Karim -> complete!

  A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

  - Jara -> complete!

  - Oscar -> in progress

  - Saul -> not started

  - Karim -> complete!

  - Jara -> not started

  - Malcolm -> not started

  - Saul -> not started

  Also, looking at the lists above you may have noticed some obvious character absences. This is because Books 3 and 4's timelines run in tandem with books 1 and 2. So, don't fret! Miran, Tolly, and Nora will all be returning in Book 5

  So where is this all going? I have some clear plans for both books 5 and 6, and some very loose plans for what happens next. I had originally envisioned this series as a 7 volume beast, but that number is by no means a hard fast cut-off and may add or remove a book or two if the story shakes out that way.

  That's all for now. I'll be posting a bit differently this time around. Since I currently have only Karim and Jara complete in book 3, and will be working on Oscar's for this month's Writathon, I will be releasing those as they become available, meaning Saul's chapters will be released at a later date when I circle back to write them! If this is a wack release strategy, please do let me know.
