After finishing the snack, the Unseen Servants cleaned up the table. Joker left the hall and went to another room, followed by Jarek. Crossing a long hallway with doors spaced apart, Joker stood in front of a door and opened it. The inside looks like a lavish hotel with white walls, intricately patterned doors and floors. A big, comfortable bed, a desk with a laptop on it. The room also has a private bathroom and a large window next to the sofa.
“During your stay at Olzug ??Castle, please take your time here.” Joker turned his gaze to Jarek.
“It looks so luxurious.”
Jarek beamed with excitement. She ran onto the bed and bounced a few times, her whole body enjoying the softness of the bed and seeing how far it could bounce. The quiet room with a hint of vanilla made the bunny-eared female Shapechanger feel extremely relaxed.
"I'm right in the next room. If you need anything, just call me or my invisible subordinates." The black haired boy advised. “There's not really a curfew here, so you can go wherever you want. Just don't be too noisy in the middle of the night."
“I see~.” Jarek smiled and nodded slightly.
“Just take your time to rest, no one here will bother you.” Joker advised, slowly closing the door.
"… Thank."
Jarek replied in a lower, weaker voice. When the door was completely closed, the Shapechanger stretched out on the bed. Her whole head began to feel dizzy, sweat beaded all over her forehead. She struggled to breathe with her chest as heavy as lead, so much so that steam could be seen coming out of her mouth.
“…”
Joker silently returned to his next room. He closed the door, sat on the bed, eyes glued to the black phone screen in his hand. He wasn't sure what Jarek was getting into, but it certainly wasn't pleasant. On the one hand, he didn't want to pry too deeply into Jarek's privacy. On the other hand, he wasn't sure if he should ignore that worry and proactively help or not? Anxiety, curiosity, and uneasiness tumbled in his chest, boiling like a pot of bitter black soup.
RING
Joker was startled when he heard the phone ring. His eyes widened at the text message displayed on his phone. Looking at the sender's name, he was surprised to see it was Albina. Without further hesitation, he immediately opened the message to read and send the message.
[I texted you because I was afraid of being heard, because that person has very good ears.]
[Is something wrong?]
[Do you remember the castle's protective function?]
[What do you mean?]
[Saga probably won't mind, but I think Hawa might have noticed.]
Joker lightly bit his index finger and his eyebrows furrowed. They've noticed, and if you don't give a satisfactory explanation, it's as if you're bringing a suspicious person into the house! After a moment of thinking, he decided to use the simplest words.
[It will be fine.]
[If you say so. What about her?]
Joker was silent for a moment. Albina wondered the same thing that he was equally wondering about. Since he's not someone who likes to use too much cunning, Joker decided to be honest about it.
[She didn't say anything.]
[Just to make sure, I'll prepare some potion for Jarek to make her feel better.]
[You're too thoughtful.]
[Just ask Jarek, Joker is a gentleman. Don't even think that makes me hesitate to do good things.]
Joker read every line of Albina's message, every piece of advice from his sister penetrated his heart. His mouth smiled slightly, his breathing became softer. The boy raised his eyes to look at the cloudless blue sky outside the window. The mind is clear again, as light as the wind.
[Thank you.]
After finishing the message, the black-haired boy then stood up from the bed. The cloud of doubt surrounding his eyes had also been dispelled. His eyes now shone with determination, no more hesitation, no more fear.
“We have to find the old man…”
Joker left his room, his feet walking quickly down the long hallway. He started pressing the call button on the phone and then held it to his ear and waited for the other end of the line.
---Inside the Dungeon, England---
When he reached a deeper level, Allan lay down on the floor with Yona next to him doing the same. Drone streaming game has been temporarily turned off so its helicopter wings no longer rotate. It was completely dark around him, only the flickering light from Yona's robotic eyes could be seen. The whole space was covered by silence, along with a creepy rustling sound, signaling an unpleasant presence.
“Can you two see in the dark?”
Cide was in front of Allan, who was sitting low. Using a pair of night vision glasses, he observed from above. Cide asked in a low voice, putting the finished cigarette in a bag on his hip.
“Can I use the lamp?” Allan replied in a whisper that was barely audible.
“Fine, trees don't have eyes anyway.” Cide shrugged and replied. "As long as you don't use a light so strong that it's blinding to ordinary people, because plants can still sense strong light."
"Clear!"
Allan crawled quickly to Cide. He sat up and used the light on the gun to shine down into a deep place like a hole. Under the light, he saw a huge flower full of sharp thorns, the pistil looked like a mouth, and underneath it were vines crawling like snakes and centipedes. The unfortunate humans caught by it will most likely become chicken nuggets for it to gnaw on!
“It's big enough to swallow us at the same time…” Allan shivered looking at that Plant Monster.
“According to common sense, I will use as much fire as possible to burn this group, although it will not be easy.” Cide smirked as he turned his eyes to the boy. "So, are you confident in turning it into a trophy?"

“Try it and you'll know right away!” The gamer boy in armor gave a thumbs up.
“This plant looks more dangerous than the previous Man Eater Plants, we have to be more careful!”
Yona came next to Allan. The girl gave her analysis after observing the danger level of that huge Tree Monster.
“I think even if you two can't win, you still have enough strength to retreat.” Cide pulled out a Sniper Rifle and aimed it at the Tree Monster. “The Greater Man Eater Plant is stronger than those saplings, so don't hold back.”
“Aye aye captain ~.”
Allan raised his hand in front of his forehead and replied cheerfully. He started the drone stream and then jumped down from above. Instead of shooting, Allan used a knife to stab the Tree Monster's head!
---!
The carnivorous creature shook violently, its thorny vines immediately rose up. They are as fast as snakes, jumping out of their hiding place and baring their fangs towards their prey. Allan jumped back, completely escaping the death of the Greater Man Eater Plant in the blink of an eye.
“…It's so thick!”
Allan looked at the tip of the knife under the barrel of the gun. Although the blade cuts very well, it is too short, so the stab wound is too shallow to really harm the enemy!
Boom
The vines once again target Allan. He ran all the way away, completely avoiding the same fate as the ground being punched into countless holes!
“This one is much faster than the others-”
Whoosh
Kong
“Gah!”
While he was running and commenting, something else flew in suddenly. It collided hard with Allan's helmet, his head was tilted to one side by the force, his legs suddenly lost balance. Because of that, the English guy fell to the ground! He groggily tried to stand up, but the thorny vines of the Greater Man Eater Plant were too close!
Bang bang bang bang
When the vines were an inch away from him, a series of bullets shot down from above. The Tree Monster's body parts were punctured, repelled, and failed to grasp its prey.
“Are you okay, Allan!” Yona cried out in worry, her hand still pulling the trigger to launch electric bullets at the enemy.
“Go back quickly!”
Cide shouted in annoyance, his hand continuously reloading each shot. Understanding that the two's help should not be wasted, Allan immediately ran far away from the Monster. The large tree creature was distracted by the cover fire, it began to turn its head towards Allan's two companions and spit something from its mouth.
Crack
A series of seeds the size of an orange flew out from the Greater Man Eater Plant's mouth. They fly at high speed, creating small, deafening explosions and forming blinding smoke and dust. Behind the layer of smoke and dust, holes in the cliff where Cide and Yona were standing were riddled with holes!
From the mouth of that giant flower, hundreds of seeds shot out like rain. Each seed, as big as an orange, tore through the wind, hitting the cliffs around where Cide and Yona were hiding. With each impact, they created deafening explosions, causing both people's ears to ring. Thick smoke and dust rose, obscuring vision. They made Cide choke, his eyes stinging and he couldn't help but cry. Yona was not affected much because she was a robot. She pulled the Hunter's hand back, avoiding the flying seeds. When the smoke and dust cleared, the cliff where the two people stood before was now filled with holes like a honeycomb.
“CIDE, YONA!”
Allan shouted, the nerves in his head stretched like strings on a guitar. Seeing that his teammates were in danger, he immediately pointed his electric gun at the Greater Man Eater Plant. His finger pulled the trigger repeatedly, countless shots were fired, creating a shower of electric sparks that blinded the entire space. The seeds flying like bullets were broken in mid-air, and countless holes were punched all over the tree trunk of that giant creature. The carnivorous plant's body struggled to react to pain and danger. It immediately switched its attack priority to the metal-encased prey. The entire vine was strong and sharp, all the seeds in its mouth were immediately released at the same time.
Bang bang bang bang
The vines are as impressive in size as pythons. The number of seeds is as much as the rain of cats and dogs. However, the bullets were filled with high-voltage electricity in larger quantities, flew faster, and were more aggressive. The Greater Man Eater Plant's attack, compared to Allan's fury, is like comparing rain to a storm!
---!
That tree monster struggled hard, its body full of holes, oozing out tree sap. Both the floor and walls shook strongly with the tree's body, but no rock or soil collapsed. As much as that creature was injured, it still showed no signs of stopping!
Phung
A shot came flying, it collided with the trunk of the Great Man Eater Plant, and then that Monster became a living torch! The entire cave area was now lit up, the darkness was repelled.
“If you see a tree, burning it is the fastest.” Cide landed from above. His mouth grumbled while holding a cigarette, dust stuck all over his body.
“Cide!”
Allan looked over at his customer. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw no visible injuries on Cide's body. The next second, he quickly looked around to find his sister.
“Sorry Allan, I couldn't protect your drone…” Yona landed on the ground, in her hand was the stream drone that was dented and motionless.
“Yona!”
Allan quickly ran to Yona, placing his hands on his sister's small shoulders. When he saw that there were no injuries on the robot girl's body, his hands stopped shaking and his nerves were no longer as tense as guitar strings.
“It's good that Cide and you are okay…” Allan smiled softly, touching his soft cheeks covered in mud and sand with both hands.
“But drones…”
Yona lowered her head with sad eyes as the drone stream could no longer work. It took a few seconds for Allan to understand the problem. He remembered that his sister was a robot, a mechanical device that could be said to be a relative of robots. Compared to humans, an electronic device that completely stops working is no different from losing a pet.
“When we get home, we can ask Elina to fix it.”
Allan's helmet disappeared, revealing a small, reassuring smile. With one hand he gently stroked his sister's head, the other hand put the streaming drone into the Bag of Holding.
“Surely mama can fix this guy!”
Hearing that, Yona's eyes regained their glow. Meanwhile, Cide sat by the rock and smoked a cigarette, his mouth making a clicking sound. In his eyes, this brother duo is too sentimental. Although he felt it was a bit of a waste that these two rookie Hunters held so much power, he also found it convenient that it was easy to ask for help from gullible people like Allan and Yona.
“Can we continue yet?” After smoking a cigarette, Cide exclaimed.
“Okay, we're ready.” Allan stood up straight, his helmet returning to cover his head.
"Good." The Hunter scowled and put the sniper rifle back in his pocket and pulled out the revolver.
“Are you not injured?” the British boy wondered.
“Except for breathing in a little dust, I'm still fine.” Cide shrugged. “Compared to something my wife bothers me about, this is still leisurely and boring.”
“Eh, you have a family?” Allan blinked a few times in surprise.
“I'm too famous, so just bear with it~.” Cide shrugged, smirking.
“Your wife must be a wonderful person.” Yona couldn't help but be curious and spoke out loud. "If we have a chance, can we meet her?"
“Yeah, that's great, but we got divorced a long time ago.” Cide sighed and walked deeper into the hallway.
“Eh?”
Allan and Yona cried out at the same time. The confusion and awkwardness made it difficult for the two Allans to say anything further.
“Why did you and your wife have to divorce?” Contrary to her brother, Yona asked innocently.
“Just a disagreement, it's a normal thing for couples.” Cide replied in a monotone voice.
“That sounds quite sad…” Yona said in a low voice. "Can't we overcome conflicts together, but we each have to go our separate ways..."
"For adults, that's the best way to keep both sides from making things more difficult for each other." Hunter explained in a practical way.
“Every house has its own scene.” Allan gently patted his sister's head and reassured her. ”The most important thing is that they can continue moving forward with a more positive mentality.”
"Really…"
Hearing that, Yona had to accept that truth. Even though it is a robot and understands many issues, with the mentality of a child, adult issues are still something very complicated to understand.
“You understand.” Cide looked outside his head at Allan. “As an adult, if the family cannot get along, separating is the way to avoid causing more trouble to each other. If you get married in the future, just remember that advice."
“I'll keep that in mind, but…” Allan thought for a moment in silence and then continued. ”I believe that if I have a wife that I love with all my heart, she will have the same feelings for me. At that time, the two of us can sit down and talk and resolve the conflict peacefully together."
“Well, whatever you like kid.” Cide sighed, his mouth grimacing bitterly. "But don't dream too much and then get depressed when disillusioned."
“Wow, that's difficult.” Allan chuckled behind his helmet, he and Yona followed behind Cide. ”Because I'm a Dreamer~.”
