  "Calm down, Ms. Petra, Mr. Zakhrov just gave her a hot dog. Nothing more," said Officer Vasquez, trying to placate Annette.

  "A hot dog? You let him feed her junk food? Do you know how unhealthy that is?" screamed Annette.

  "Ms. Petra, what Ivan does during his visitation is none of your business. As long as Mikaela is safe, cared for, and not harmed, we have no issues," said Officer Vasquez firmly.
