  The book first told him about how to focus on the natural energy around him via meditation, and then one must do something that would change them forever.

  It was finding their "Core" inside of their body, opening it up, and letting it fill with the natural energy, causing a transformation that is called "Core Evolution." When the transformation is complete, one would have harmony with the "Natural Energy" or "The Energy," and then their will and mind power would not have much of a hard time controlling and wielding the energy.

  Without this being completed, one would be able to use even the simplest application like Fingerbolt.

  "The meditation and techniques to open the core are simple enough; I just need to focus on the natural energy and direct it with my willpower." Ironel said to himself and then closed his eyes for a moment after he read the explanation.

  "The energy around it goes straight to my core," he whispered and visualized his heart and then brain and his organs.

  After some time later, his heart starts beating faster, and his head starts to get some numbing pain.

  A second later, he felt like something was cracked in his head.

  A popping sound that is pretty loud resonated within his head.

  "It was not that hard."

  Ironel knew that this popping sound symbolized the opening of his core as it was told to him in the book.

  He then focused again, this time starting to gather the energy all around him and then inside him.
