As soon she opens the door and depart, she noticed Vehra was sitting at the lawn alone. "She's early," she muttered.
As she approach Vehra, she turned her head to Ying. "Morning, Ms. Hesky,"
Ying shocked for a moment. "Oh...uh hey Vehra,"
As she look around, she noticed Myke having a quick spar with Ming.
"Come, sit right next to me," Vehra said.
As Ying and Vehra sits together, while watching Myke and Ming spar like gladiators, Vehra suddenly ask Ying. "Why would you join Valirion?"
Ying pause for a while before she answer. "Myke told me to meet him...and...yeah I stumble upon it." she said. "I didn't know why."
"Ming told me she told Myke to join you to them."
"Ming?"
"Yeah. She told me that you look...similar to her loved ones." Vehra said. "Someone she used to love the most,"
Ying stay silent. She try to understand what Vehra try to say. "Who?"
"Her own daughter," Vehra said.
"She had a daughter?"
"Was,"
Then Ying look at Ming and Myke again, but this time, both of them seem tired from the spar. Myke laying down on the grass, breathing heavily, while Ming still stands but still seen breathing. "How old is she?" Ying asked then look at Vehra once more.
"I never remember how old she is, neither to myself too."
"Woah...no wonder she acts...old."
Vehra nods slowly. "We put our ages, Ming around 20s, and myself 30s,"
As Ming and Myke arrived, they noticed Ying is with Vehra. "Ying...you seem early," Myke noticed.
"It's kinda a routine for me,"
"I see,"
Then, Vehra stood up, and lend her hand to Ying. "Now, shall we?"
As Vehra and Ying ready their positions, Vehra pull out her long blade. "Remember, this blade is not your fear. It's an obstacle." She said. Then, she walks slowly towards Ying.
She raised her spear, still trembling, yet tries to overcome it. She lunges towards her, then swings upright. Her footwork balance of her movement, and her spear merges the cinders.
Vehra parries it, and strikes on Ying's side. She tries to block it, yet Vehra shift it to the other side. It's a feint Ying didn't realized. Luckily she blocks it, but not a clean one. "Good," Vehra commented. Soon, she push her back while Ying tries to hold her stance.
"Ying! Remember what you trained!" Myke shout from a far.
Then as Ying knew, she spreads her glitches clones, and steps back. As she never knew, Vehra single handly swing her blade with a blow, and a whole clones deletes. "Not enough," Vehra said.
"Fuck..." Then Ying calculates the move while walk in circle, and Vehra followed.
Then, she throws her spear to Vehra, she grabs it, and it fades, and as she knew she could caught Vehra, she vanish as Ying attempt to stab her back. Ying stunned as she didn't hit her yet.
"AT YOUR BACK!!" Myke shout again.
As Ying turn, she parries Vehra as she appeared again. And as Ying goes back, Vehra jumps on air, her blade on air, and the veil blew and her eyes lowers down.
"AVOID IT!!!"
As Vehra flew towards Ying, she rolls over and dodge, and thought it's just that. Soon, Vehra unleashed an unlimited flurry attack dance. Ying dodges, clone herself, and parries as possible, yet Vehra won't stop.
As Myke was about to help Ying, Ming grabs his hand and stop from him to help her. "Ming!"
She shook her head.
As Myke look at Ying again, this time, he saw her effort.
Ying is not fight to win, she's trying to survive Vehra's attack. Even the impossible move like Dancing Embers can be dodge. And herself on the other, avoids it as if she's dancing around the flying blade.
Vehra, tries to find her weak spot, but it took time for her to sense it. Soon, she gives out her final blow. "GHALHASHA!" and a wing like blades spreads, and flies above and spin herself and target at Ying like a bullet. Ying blocks it, and as soon Vehra stands, the wind of sharps blew like a million army.

"YING!!!" Myke shouts, and wanna go there to help her. "YOU MAKING YOUR SISTER TO KILL HER!!"
"Trust her," Ming calmly said.
Soon, he tries to clone himself to help her, but Vehra's blade is too sharp to get near that shatters his clone like a shredder.
But what he realized, Ying still stand, despite she's wounded.
Vehra goes to her, about to swing one last blow, and as soon as she swing it. "Yield..."
A total silence. Ming eyes widened. Myke too. Vehra declare herself yield as Ying's spear is on her throat despite her wound body. "Your fast, as what I expected," she smiled. She lower down her blade, and grab Ying's spear down. "You passed," she nod.
Soon, Ying passed out, laying down on the ground.
Myke release himself on Ming's grip, soon rush to Ying.
"Ying! You okay?!"
She didn't respond. Still fades in vision out to dark.
Myke freeze. His hand soon reach to her face and softly caressing her skin. "N-no..."
Then, Vehra approach, carries her like a child who fell asleep. "Let her rest, Mr. Yarh," she softly said. Soon, Vehra and Ming went back to the tavern, while Myke stands quietly.
At the tavern, both of the sisters arrived, only noticing Hennah drag Jug's leg. "Hennah? Where you going?" Ming asked.
"Usual place, Ming," Hennah answer.
As Ming look at Jug, he's unconscious. "Usual...place..." Ming said flatly.
"What?"
"Hmm," she hummed, no words to say.
"What's wrong with Ying?" Hennah saw Ying passed out.
"She's tired,"
"Oh...I see. Well, tell her I wanna see her as soon she's awakened,"
"Why?"
"Hehe, secret~" She smirk and leaves while dragging Jug out.
As Vehra lay her on the bed, she sits next to her, patting her shoulder and sang a song.
"Menyalha...salta valha ghalhno..Talela zhalthe...Minalh salha-Gha vanya salvhaho..."
Then Ming joins in, synchronized the rhythm. "...Ralha va-nya talolelha...Vanya ghu...shgulaghu...Barnya valta sharona lha-sadhza talne talole valonisa..."
Then both of them take their notes slightly higher, Ming keeps consistent control the balance of dissonance.
"Ahla talha banyalah-Salha gha vu nu dhzulho voranya- Vonro tolhgha telgha bagh-Henya yalha sarvha talo...NALO TAL GHA SHA SENYA NA-VARA TALGHA NA VA BAGHO-DULHU SURHU TALGHO-ENYA TELGHA SELNA SELTZA, Hamron...."
Both of them sang with almost angelic tone, Vehra keeps her high notes on yet whispering like a feather, while Ming keeps her off tone yet hauntingly beautiful match rhymes.
In light, sight burned into Ying’s eyes as they opened.
She lay on scorched dirt.
Fire was everywhere, dancing in the heatwaves—blurring her vision into trembling ruin.
Then, a sound—not quite words, louder than a whisper, softer than an echo:
“Mi... Hear me, my fellow Elaiviras and Elaiyara, ava sha kula, setty lei ha vur no, na Da gha Harmon,
Harmon hasanata ra fhu, shukhur hal ghu sana fah ha, Lukh shir hai ghu sana fah lha,
Harmonia… Etinati Coshingaru…”
A haunting chant, beautiful and distant.
Ying staggered to her feet.
Around her, nothing but ruins and flames licking the bones of lost grace.
And then—through smoke and light—she saw it.
Wings brighter than an angel’s.
Sorrow deeper than the fallen.
The entity moved, and the ground trembled under its presence.
Terror surged through Ying’s veins.
She turned to flee—and felt the quake of an army.
Legions of Cinders.
Marching toward the angelic figure in blackened armor and eyes blazing red.
Not by hundreds… nor thousands… more than Ying could ever hope to count.
She scrambled under the shattered ribs of a ruin, breath ragged, eyes wide.
From the shadows, she watched:
The entity landed.
Its divine blade flashed—each motion flawless, terrifyingly familiar.
In seconds, whole phalanxes fell, turned to nothing but dust and cinders.
Then—
“LISA!!! STOP THIS MADNESS!!”
A voice from beyond the smoke:
A woman—red hair like Ying’s, but taller, older, radiating a sister’s desperation.
“Lisa?” Ying whispered, pulse racing.
As the figure slowed, its face came into focus:
Red-and-white hair.
Eyes burning golden.
Movements echoing a memory Ying could not name.
“M-Ming…?”
“Lisa… Anita… she’s—”
The red-haired woman’s words faltered.
In a breath, Lisa lunged—blade first.
The woman parried, stumbling back, her voice cracking:
“Lisa’s asleep… it’s Elyssa… Elyssa Fujiwara.”
“NO! YOU’RE LISA!!”
Steel clashed, but Elyssa’s strike severed the woman’s right arm at the shoulder, clean and merciless.
She collapsed, crying out in shock and agony.
“PLEASE… BRING HER BACK!!”
Elyssa’s voice came calm as grave-ash:
“Refrain not… Melania Fujiwara. This world is a test. And Anita will be my next cinders.”
A gunshot cracked the chaos.
A bullet punched through Elyssa’s skull.
She staggered, falling to one knee.
“Lisa… LISA!!!” Melania screamed.
From beyond, a voice—harsh, breaking:
“She’s too dangerous!! You could’ve let yourself be killed!”
A man stepped from the smoke: Max.
“MAX!!! WHAT THE FUCK HAVE YOU DONE?!” Melania cried.
Hidden under rubble, Ying watched, trembling, breath shallow.
Elyssa’s broken body began to glow.
Light poured out—brighter, purer, until the sun itself seemed pale.
Her wings cracked.
Feathers dissolved into drifting ash.
And then, light turned to flame.
Elyssa exploded—shockwave slamming the earth, turning stone to powder.
Melania’s eyes took the blast full-force.
She screamed—hands clawing at bleeding eyes, agony ripping from her throat.
Max sprinted to catch her, shouting—but the world collapsed into darkness.
Everything turned to black.
Silent. Endless.
Ying panicked—heart clawing inside her chest.
She stumbled out from hiding, voice raw:
“MYKE!! MING!? HENNAH!! JUG!!!”
Only echoes answered her.
And in the black: a single figure in white.
Eyes of golden yellow, locked on hers.
Closer… closer—
The entity leaped toward her.
"Ying...Ying?" Myke wakes her up as she uncomfortably move as she sleeps.
"AAAHH!!" She soon wakes up and sits upright. "Myke..." soon she hug him with fear still lingering her.
Myke shook, and soon calm her down by patting her back. "It's just a dream...shhh...it's a dream," he soft her down.
"I-I felt real...I don't know what's going on...I-I-"
"It's just a dream...calm down..." he said.
Then she breaks down. She cover her face underneath his shoulder, afraid if the dream is true. "I saw Ming die...Everyone dies...I'm...scared..."
"It's okay. No one is gonna die today. It's just a dream, Ying. Now, get yourself up."
"Why..."
"I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU FOR FOUR FUCKING HOURS YING!!" Hennah slammed the door with her resent face. "I THOUGHT MING TOLD YOU THAT!!"
"Told me what?" Ying confused.
"Ugh...just meet me down there soon." Hennah sigh then goes down, closing the door harshly.
Ying wipes her face and stands up. "Just be careful," Myke said. "Her training is a bit..."
"A bit...what?"
"Unhinged,"
"I-...I'll get over it, Myke," she said, then slowly goes out the room.
"Yeah...get over is a good answer..." Myke said alone.
And before he left the room, he tidying her bed before heading out.
