  Brenton's Meeting

  Brenton:

  The private training room had been turned into a board room, now that we are using the private gym to train in. Copies of maps, ancient tomes, desk and chairs were in here. The set up is identical to the meeting room at the library, but this room felt more formal, maybe it was my anxiety getting to me, but I felt I should have been wearing a suit and tie and black patent leather shoes, instead of a tee shirt, jeans and my Hey Dudes. I really felt out of place when Nick came in his business suite but that soon changed because everyone else that came in were dressed more casual than I was. Lolly's hair was still wet, and she is wearing a track suit. Same with everyone else who came in. Once everyone arrived they stood behind their chosen seats and waited for me to tell them they could be seated. This is definitely a boardroom meeting with a casual dress Friday dress code.

  I asked everyone to please sit down. I start by introducing myself to all the new faces.

  Hello and welcome to the Dacul Family meeting. For those who do not know me, my name is Brenton Blackwell. I was taken from my mother and father at birth and raised by monsters to be a monster. I had always known who my real parents were. My true parents are Wayne and Sophie-Ann Blackwell. My dad is the oldest brother of Lyican Blackwell. I know several of you know that name really well. I also have 3 younger siblings. Eric, Lexie and Wren. They are one of the reasons why I called this meeting. The other reason is because of my little cousins, but before I get into those details, I am proud to announce that I successfully recreated Little Vlad's farts. For those who don't know, be glad you never smelled them. We have a strong bio chemical weapon now. Next I would like to welcome all the new members of our family. Our family has grown significantly over the past few months.

  Next, what some of you are about to hear will shock you, it will make you cry, angry, scared at the same time. For those who already know, I apologize for bringing up the horrible acts but for our new family members it must be said. I will start with my siblings' story. Eric, Lexie and Wren are lab created. My mothers eggs and my fathers sperm were stolen from them by the same people who held you captive. While still embryos they were injected with shifted DNA. Eric is Wolf and Wear Bear, Lex is Wolf and Mermaid Wren is Wolf and Dragon. They not only used our parents DNA but used Force Shifting on many people and used their counterparts DNA. We do not know who's Bear, Merman or Mermaid or Dragon they have used. We unfortunately won't find out until they are old enough to shift. Now my little cousins Geneva and Little Vlad are unique. Geneva lost her wolf during birth, saving her twin brother Little Vlad's life. Vlad has 2 wolves living within him, while Geneva has heightened abilities. She is a Vampire, Faerie and Witch Hybrid. Her abilities vary in numerous ways. Killian and Johanna Bathory are cousins and are the grandchildren of Queen Justina's best friend, Elizabeth Bathory. Both have been left in our family's care. Killian has agreed to pretend to be Little Vlad and Johanna and Geneva have agreed to act as cousins. This is so Lyican, Cecilia, Dylan and both Black Magic Doctors won't have Geneva and Little Vlad in their sights. Killian had been giving Geneva blood for years and now the Dracul family has been giving Killian blood. She still smells like someone kin to the Bathory family. That is the reason why she doesn't smell like a member of the Dracul family. We need to find a way to hide Little Vlad's scent because we know for a fact that Lyican and Cecilia plan to destroy the building you all were kept in, and their plan is to come here.

  Fiona I see you are writing but there is no need. Grandmother Elarion would you and Fiona please step forward? Fiona, Elarion has created a potion to cure the curse that was placed on you. I will let Grandmother explain it to everyone.

  Elarion:

  Fiona, this potion will cure the curse as Brenton said but it could also make you violently ill if you have any darkness in you. Do you understand? The only way to get rid of the darkness is to purge it out, but one must want it gone first. Do you understand that? Fiona vigorously nods her head, taking the potion and drinking it all. She starts getting sick and Ashura and I lead her outside. Zyrax follows us out. He doesn't say anything, he just watches closely. Brenton has taken back over the meeting.

  Brenton:

  As I take the meeting back over I gently tell everyone Fiona will be alright. You all have been purged of darkness yourselves you know what reactions the treatment causes. Now back to matters at hand. How are we going to hide Little Vlad having 2 wolves from the evil that is coming our way very soon.

  Lolly stands and says it is dangerous to separate the twins for a long period of time but Elizabeth has agreed to take either Jo and Geneva or just Little Vlad for a month. If it takes longer than that to get rid of the Blackwells then I will take them to Romania.

  Geneva stands next and says, It might be safer if my Yin leaves. If they detect him having 2 wolves, they won't care what bloodline he comes from. They will steal him too, but I think Jo should go with him until she is needed. We can portal her home and portal her back.

  Little Vlad stands and says, I'm good with that idea because the last time I went to Romania with Daddy Yang and I was still able to link with each other. Sorry we never told anyone. Ying and I talked about it and decided it's because we are twins that we are able to have such a connection. I would like to test and see if we can still link with each other before I make a decision and I would like to try it now, if that will be alright with Mommy and Daddy. I want to make a portal and go to my old room at Lolly and Pop Pops home.

  Dianna and Jackson looked at each other and nodded. Little Vlad makes his portal and walks through.

  Geneva jumps up and says. HE MADE IT! We CAN STILL LINK! HE'S ON HIS WAY BACK NOW! WE CAN EVEN LINK WHILE HE IS IN THE PORTAL. HE'S BACK!.

  Just then the door opens and Little Vlad hands Geneva a red very dusty box. It holds a purple teddy bear, he tells her. He got it for her 3 years ago but left it in his room forgotten until now. She hugs him and kisses his cheek and tells him he is the best twin in the world. Little Vlad tells her. I know I am and kisses and hugs her back. He gets serious for a moment and says. Now I know we can still link. I will be happy to go with Johanna anywhere.

  When do we leave? Everyone laughs but he is serious. He says the way I see it we have exactly 2 months but I will be very sad to leave now but if it saves our lives then I will happily go now. Just then Elarion, Flora and Zyrax enter.

  Flora says there is no need for the twins to go anywhere. She and Elarion have been talking and they have come up with a plan. After they make sure it is foolproof, they will share it with us because it will require everyone to be involved. She asked if we could meet in a few days. Everyone agrees. Elarion tells us that there is a way to find whose Shifter DNA was used in Eric, Lexie and Wren. They said they needed to call a meeting with everyone who was rescued. They need to thoroughly explain to them what had happened to them and their counterparts while being held hostage because everyone deserves the truth. Counterparts of shifters can be very protective of their young and this will give everyone a chance of having more powerful shifters protecting the children, if they are their children and are willing to recognize them. Some may not be willing due to their human side or the circumstances the children were born.

  I adjourned the meeting with everyone agreeing to bring the survivors into a meeting in the next few days.
