  Did I Do That?

  Mommy, Daddy, Lolly, Pop Pop came out of their house. My screams alerted them that something was terribly wrong and it was. Lolly asked me to calm down and tell her what happened. I was too shaken up and hyperventilating to talk. I think I did something bad and didn't know how to undo what I think I did. My brother was still as a statue. I think I killed him! Killian and Jo came over to us. He grabbed me by my shoulders, spun me around and we locked eyes. His eyes were calming, I don't know if he was using hypnosis but his eyes were swirling like the hurricane I saw on TV. He was talking but I couldn't hear what he was saying. I remember sitting down and that was all until Catalina, Grayson and Dorian came over. After what felt like forever. I was able to tell everyone what had happened. I started crying again and Killian helped me and told me he checked and Vlad was still breathing, he just couldn't move. Grayson took my hand and lead me to where my brother the statue was standing. He told me to hold my hand out and tell Vlad to move. I did as I was told but it didn't work. Grayson told me to concentrate on Vlad and just do any action my body told me to do. I concentrated so hard I thought my brain would explode. I lifted my pointer finger and said in my mind for him to move. He moved, he really moved. Just like he never was frozen.

  Lou was called to give him a check up and said he was just fine. Vlad was asking why everyone was worried about him, that he was fine. I linked him and told him about me getting mad at him for taking the toy from Jo and I somehow froze him. He told me not to worry. He needed a break from playing anyway and laughed. That is my crazy brother for you. Always so optimistic and happy. And here I was worried sick that I killed him.

  We had a family meeting that night. I was asked if I wanted to start training with Gray, Lolly and Pop Pop to learn how to control my unlocked magic. I think I really need to train just in case it happens again. I nodded my head yes and was told I have to take my training very seriously. I nodded my head yes again.

  It was dinner time but I wasn't hungry. I still felt bad for what I did to Vlad. Everyone sat at the table eating but I was playing in my food. It didn't taste right. It was too sweet. Pop Pop asked me what was wrong, All I said was too sweet. He gave a quick nod and made me another plate. I tried the plate Pop Pop made. It wasn't sweet enough. He asked what was wrong, I told him not sweet. Killian pricked his finger and dropped one tiny drop of blood in my plate and mixed it in my gravey for the mashed potatoes. It tasted wonderful. It was perfect. I ate all my food including my meat that was cut the perfect size. What a day after our birthday we had.

  Dianna:

  I knew by my princess screaming something was deathly wrong, she never screams or yells. Jackson and I rin outside and are met with Justina and Vlad. Killian and Johanna come running up as we were trying to calm Geneva down. Killian grabs her and she starts to breathe properly but all she is doing is just staring at his eyes. I ask if he is hypnotizing her. King Vlad whispers no, he is just using his calming power and also to look in her mind to see what actually happened. Geneva just plops down. Killian tells us what he seen, in her mind and tells us that our son is breathing but frozen in place by magic. He is a bright boy and Justina tells us he is 3 but he is also a Count. He is a Lycan Hybrid; his grandmother is Countess Elizabeth Bathory, her best friend. Beth thought it would be best if the children were around others around their age while she looked into the murder of her daughters and their husbands. The car accident was not an accident. As we were talking Catalina, Grayson and Dorian came up. Gray and Jack are talking and soon Gray takes Geneva over where her twin is standing and starts to talk to her. After about three hours. She finally is able to unfreeze her brother. Lou comes and gives him a check up and clears him. Jackson suggests we have a family meeting, to find out if Geneva can start training early. Usually we wait until the children start preschool or later to train them if we know what type of Hybrid or Pure blood they are. This is the first we heard of a 2 year old showing powers. We always include the children in our discussions. They may be young but their opinions matter too. We ask Geneva very carefully if she would like to start training and explained it wouldn't be easy and she needs to pay attention and focus very hard. She nods her head and I think we all are breathing a little easier than we were when the meeting started.

  Grayson:

  When Jackson called me, I was hoping he was joking about Geneva using magic to freeze little Vlad but when we arrived and I saw it with my own eyes, I knew the one who could reverse the spell was her. Teaching her how to undo a spell she didn't even know how to cast was going to be difficult. To my surprise she broke the spell in 3 hours. Once she found her niche by listening to her body, she was able to undo the spell with ease. I have seen adults struggle for days trying to unfreeze a fly. My niece unfreezed her brother at just 2 years old. I told Jackson he has a very powerful daughter and with practice she would be able to control her power with no problems. The sooner she started training the better. That is when he called the meeting.

  Little Vlad:

  I didn't understand why everyone was worried about me. When Yang linked me and told me she froze me. I was proud that my super genius sis was able to unlock one of her powers. I love her and she didn't kill me so I just made a joke out of it. I knew she was upset and I didn't want her to start crying. She doesn't cry often but when she does the weather changes. I don't think anyone has noticed or not but I do. When she is happy the sun shines but when she is hurt or sad it's cloudy and rainy. Today it was a thunder storm and cool so I had to make her happy. The sun started to shine again and it began to warm up. Another power of hers maybe?
