The others started to dash towards the dorms, even if their bones felt like they were about to give out. The six still ran as their lives depended on it, quickly dodging trash cans, benches, and other miscellaneous objects in their way. Their bones were about to shatter with every lunge, hurdle, and step. Even if that were the case, they still persevered to get away from the guard.

"Guys, are we almost there yet?" said Kian through the communicator, gasping for air and taking deep breaths between every other word

"Well, it seems we are only a few minutes from entering, so please continue running as fast as you can." Said Hope was still talking elegantly, even if he was also tired from trying to make it in before curfew hit.

"So none of you decided to take the stealth option i guess." Said Isaiah through his communicator in a mocking yet joking tone, while perched on the branches of the large trees in the courtyard, jumping from tree to tree through the shadows, evading the guard's sight.

"No, dude, we did not," Marv responded with a joking tone and used his gravity magic to float as fast as he could, even if he was still tired from travelling.

The group, even if they were split up, was still arguing through the use of their communicators. As the six made it into the building, they decided to hide and wait for the guard to finally leave them alone.

"Come out, boys," said the guard calmly in the seemingly empty building. He continues to look for the boys and tries to just talk to them normally.

"You know what, I don't get paid enough to deal with this crap," said the guard, tired from chasing and searching for the boys. Now leaving the building to continue to patrol the outside of the school. As the boys see this, they come out of their hiding spots happy but also still a bit terrified of nearly getting caught, taking a few minutes to recuperate. After that, they quietly make it up to their room so that they can properly rest for the day.

"So you guys got any plans for tomorrow?" asked Jash to the other, remembering there were still no classes tomorrow.

The others started to think if they really had any plans for tomorrow, but one by one they showed that they didn't really have anything planned for tomorrow apart from looking into the tapestry Jash found at the antique shop in the city.

"So, basically, we finally have a day of rest just to ourselves for once!" said Marv, excited, now getting ready to go to bed

One by one, the boys started to doze off, but little did they know that someone was watching them. In the corner of the room their was a small robotic lizard with cameras for eyes, and the person was seeing through these was a hooded figure grinning, but this grin vanished when suddenly the camera went offline.

"Who did this!" shouted the Hooded man with anger nearly breaking a small part of his desk.

In the boy's room, lurking through the shadows, where the lizard robot was a figure whose body was half-submerged into the shadows on the wall, but his torso and above still being physical, now holding the now crushed robot. The man was not tall but not exactly short; he had dark hair and seemed to be grinning playfully at the camera. It was none other than the principal of the school.
