Chapter 119: Rajans Penalty

Steel screamed against steel. Sparks burst into the air like dying stars as Euly and Domain clashed again and again. The frail elder was gone, what now faced him was a blur of youth and precision, each swing of her sword carrying lethal weight.

"She's fast," Euly muttered under his breath, parrying a brutal overhead slash. "And stronger than she has any right to be."

The duel was no longer a one-sided mockery. It was a symphony of violence , each clang of their blades echoing through the fractured plaza as the Zoner District burned around them.

Two swords. Two wills. One fighting for people, the other for order. Bronze against glass.

Euly stepped back, breath misting. "Alright... let's end this."

He raised his bronze sword high.

"Bronze Sword — Art of The Knight Kydron Copper Sparking Centapede!"

  EULY ABI: 65%

Euly unleashed his Sparking Centipede, the massive beast of pure light erupting from his blade in a streak of burning energy. It roared through the air like a storm of molten electricity, hurtling straight toward Domain.

Domain lifted her sword, her voice calm yet sharp:

  "Penalty, Fish Eye."

  DOMAINN ABI: 72%\

As the centipede drew near, she placed one hand over her eyes. Her vision distorted, the world warping into a wide, curved reflection — the beast now seen through a fisheye lens of her own making. Slowly, she reached into her eye and pulled free a circular shard of glass, glimmering with her Philo's eerie power.

With a flick of her wrist, she tossed it forward. The centipede lunged, and the moment its sparking eyes met the glass, it saw her.

It attacked the illusion instantly, striking the glass head-on, and vanished, completely absorbed into the reflection.

But before Domain could exhale, Euly was already upon her.

He appeared in a flash, his copper armor glowing with heat, and drove his sword forward. The blade tore through her abdomen, the impact sending her crashing violently into the remains of a collapsed cross-bridge.

Euly's voice came low, his stance unshaken:

"This woman is dangerous... whatever she did, she neutralized my Sparking Centapede."

Domain gasped, coughing up blood. Her hand trembled as it pressed against her ribs — completely shattered.

But instead of panic, she smiled faintly and whispered,

  "Rajan Penalty."

  DOMAIN ABI: 67%

A surge of power enveloped her body. Her wounds healed in an instant, blood evaporating as if time itself obeyed her word.

She stood again, brushing dust from her torn cloak, her steps slow and deliberate as she faced him.

Euly tilted his head, eyes narrowing through the glow of his sparks.

"That book of yours... it grants you tricks unlike any power I've seen. You keep saying 'Penalty', so I assume there's a price to pay each time you use it."

Domain smiled thinly, eyes half-lidded in eerie calm.

"As I told you before..." she said, voice soft and cold,

"Do not try to understand my Philo." With a single sweeping arc, he unleashed a colossal wave of Abi, a blinding blue surge that roared forward like a tsunami, splitting the air with raw force. Buildings trembled as the wave closed in on Domain.

  But Domain didn't flinch.

Her expression was serene, almost bored, as she flipped open Rajan's Penalty.

  "Reflection."

The instant the word left her lips, the wave turned, bending midair as though reality itself had changed its mind. The Abi surge reversed course, racing back toward its source.

  "What the—?!" Euly gasped.

  "Bronze Shield!"

A massive bronze wall materialized before him, intercepting the redirected blast. The collision detonated in a concussive boom, hurling Euly backward. He tumbled across the cracked pavement and skidded to a stop, coughing as he pulled himself up.

"No... that can't be right..." he whispered.

  Then his heart froze.

Across the battlefield, standing where Domain had been, was him.

"What... what is this...?" Euly muttered. "How... is that me?"

He spun around, and someone was standing beside him too. Same armor. Same stance. Same breathing. Same eyes. but then it morphed into a femboy verison of himself.

Euly's pulse roared in his ears. He swung his sword wildly, steel clashing against steel.

  Clang! Clang! Clang!

Every parry, every strike, it was mirrored perfectly.

  "Who the hell—?!"

Then he saw it. The reflection dropped its blade too... and crawled backward in panic, just like he did. It smirked and blew him a kiss.

Euly "What's going on, I would never wear something so ugly."

He slashed his blade sending a wave of sparks.

However he swapped bodies and he was the femboy version of himself. Fear and confusion in his eyes. He was both of them at the sametime.

"No... no, no, no..." Euly stumbled, crawling away from the him coated in copper knights armor. "What's happening?!"

Domain walked toward him slowly, her steps measured and calm, as if she had all the time in the world.

"This is my Philo," she said gently. "Once you are inside it, you cannot escape."

  "Your... Philo?" Euly breathed.

"You are an inferior being," Domain said, eyes sharp with contempt. "You misjudged me because of my age, failing to understand that I was only setting the conditions to execute you."

  "Conditions?" he spat.

"Yes," Domain said, holding up three fingers. "Three, to be exact.

First: I must establish a clear difference in our power, so that I may mirror your strength.

Second: I must learn your combat style, so I may recreate it.

And third..." She smiled thinly. "I must convince you that you are not who you think you are."

Euly's breath hitched. "I know who I am!"

"Do you, I don't think so, the moment you doubt yourself I decide what you mirror?" Domain asked softly.

Suddenly Euly became a rock, yet he was a femboy and a Zoner kngiht all at once.

Euly "Impossible, how am I a rock! this cant be real!"

Then, next to her, Zoner knight Euly appeared, perfect in every detail.

Euly stared in horror as Domain calmly grabbed Zoner Knight Euly by the face... and kissed him deeply, her tongue sliding into his mouth.

"What... what is that—!?" Euly screamed.

  It was him. Kissing her.

Yet he was standing across from himself as the fem boy and on the ground as the rock watching it all play out like a movie, he was the actor, the audience and teh critic.

"Which one are you?" Domain asked, her voice a dagger in his mind.

"No... no! That's not me!" Zoner Knight Euly clutched his head as Abi crackled violently around his body. "I am me! YOU OLD HAG, I WOULD NEVER KISS SOMEONE LIKE YOU, I AM EULY AN ARTISTS AND A ZONER KNIGHT!"

Euly gained power of his orginal body. And charged in for one final strike.

His fury peaked, and with a roar he surged forward.

  "Bronze Sword — KILO THRUST!"

Euly launched forward like a rocket, his sword drawn back, ready to pierce through her skull. The wind screamed around him, this strike would end her.

  "Mirror, Left." Domain whispered.

And in that instant, everything changed.

His sword, his entire stance, shifted mid-charge to the left, twisting his body awkwardly and leaving his right flank wide open. He barely had time to gasp before Domain stepped in.

  SHNK!

Her blade plunged through his heart.

  THE WORLD WENT SILENT..........

Euly's eyes went wide. His breath caught in his throat. For a heartbeat, he didn't say a word. Then his lips trembled. He pulled the blade out of himself, slamemd the blade into the ground and kneeled. He poundered the short life he lived and wondered if he ever did enough.

As he took his last breaths, he uttered one name.

  "...Gravixor..."

His body remained still, unmoving even in death.

He had passed away kneeling, a silent monument to his everlasting duty, a knight who held his vow until his final breath.

Domain stared at the fallen knight , her face calm, almost wistful.

"You were such a handsome man," she whispered, wiping her blade clean. "It's a shame."

She turned away as the sounds of distant screams echoed through the burning district.

"Another Zoner knight falls," she murmured. "And order continues its march."

  To be continued...
