The Spring Waves Ease Old Wildness--part 2

What a stroke of luck! She was doing this for the benefit of all these good men anyway; since she'd become their "Sister", she couldn't let all those calls of "Sister" go for nothing.

Hua Duomei breathed a soft sigh, patted her own chest, and steadied herself.

The bun she'd just done had come loose again, and her black hair was completely soaked through by seawater. Her shiny black tresses wrapped around her neck, draped over her shoulders, coiled lightly around her arms, and several strands drifted on the surface of the sea. She knew this look of hers must be incredibly alluring... ah, it was such a bother for her, being so excessively beautiful all the time!

"Sister... um... our Winged Ship's coming over!" someone reminded her in an urgent voice.

"A-ah Sister, uh... it's too late, Boss, he... he..." The man held his head in his hands.

  "He's here!" He scrambled away.

"What in the world... what trouble have you gotten into this time?" the man asked in a confused tone, which suddenly shifted into a furious roar the moment he caught sight of the woman in the water.

Hua Duomei heard his voice and turned her head. She was still leisurely gathering up her wet hair with both hands, she lifted her pretty face slightly, and came face to face with the tall man standing stock-still at the bow of the Winged Ship.

The man glowered down at her from his higher position, his brows drawn dark and his lips set coldly, his rough face tinged with iron gray. Even his normally soft slightly curly hair seemed to sense the tightly suppressed anger in their master's heart, and every strand stood stiff with tension.

The angrier other people get, the happier Hua Duomei is, and making this good sir in front of her angry fills her with an inexplicable joy and sense of accomplishment.

She smiled, tilted her delicate chin slightly, and sighed in a tone that was half-joking, half-innocent: "When Master Lei Salang isn't here, what good trouble could I possibly get into? Even if I wanted to get into trouble, there's no one here to get into trouble with me!"

  This woman!

Lei Salang's ten fingers almost crushed the rail of the Winged Ship.

His stern jaw moved, about to retort something, but the woman insisted on prodding the tiger right up to the whiskers. Her two thin layers of clothing were completely soaked through; the light summer cloth stuck tight to her body when wet. She knew full well what her shape looked like right now, how... improper it was, but she deliberately kept most of her body submerged in the water, not covering anything up, only slowly combing through that rich glossy black hair of hers.

Every pair of eyes was fixed on her, not a single blink missed, completely falling for her trick.

What made his teeth itch with annoyance was that she truly enjoyed being the center of everyone's attention.

A woman is like a flower, and this one was the king of all flowers. The more people obsessed over her, the more brightly and fragrantly she bloomed, but hidden deep in her heart was a proud chill, as she looked down with a smile at all the people fallen for her.

She was getting better and better at tormenting people, especially tormenting him!

His iron-gray face went straight to black, and Lei Salang simply leaped over the ship's rail. His tall, powerful body sent up a lot of spray when it hit the water, leaving him almost completely soaked too. He didn't care.

The seawater reached his waist. He didn't use any special skill at all, just walked step by step, steady and certain, toward the siren in the water.

The man's dark, heavy brows looked extremely unfriendly, and everyone else knew what was what. They got out of the way as fast as they could, putting as much distance between them and this as possible. The debt has its debtor, whoever stirred up this trouble has to put it out.

"Boss... Sister... uh, heh heh, you're... playing in the water... right, just playing in the water! It's so goddamn hot today, playing in the water is perfect, it cools you off, tempers those fiery tempers!"
