A few moments later—
Saamyn sat at his desk with his head lowered, while Ymraan gazed out the window with a strange smile on his face. Mind already three steps ahead. The entire classroom was empty — only the two of them remained. Calm before something moves.
Just then, the door opened, and Rayn and Yuqeen walked in. Yuqeen took out a small sweet box from her bag, extended it toward Saamyn, and said softly:— “Siddarik, this is for you. Happy Silver Days! And I already gave Ymraan’s one earlier.”
Gentleness is never forced. Saamyn took the box and replied in a calm tone:— “Thank you, Hanabirah.”
Rayn looked briefly at Ymraan, then turned to Saamyn and said gently:— “Saamyn, we’re heading to the Indoor Games Club. Do you two want to come? Everyone’s there.”
Before Rayn could even finish, Ymraan stood up quickly and said:— “Why didn’t you say that earlier! We’re coming right now!”
Excitement finally unlocked. Saamyn nodded in agreement.
When they reached the Indoor Games Club, Saamyn noticed that only their close friends were there. Safe space energy. The sound of laughter echoed around the room, mixed with the rhythmic tapping of balls on the tables.
Haarun vs Sa’ut, Riyy vs Nazar — from the way they played, it was clear that the matches were intense and exciting. Competitive pride clashing.
On the other side, the girls had formed their own teams — Rinah and Mayya on one side, Satsuqy and Hinnah on the other.
Their laughter and playful rivalry filled the room with energy. Joy is louder than rivalry. Watching this, Ymraan suddenly said:— “You guys play. I’ll be right back.”
Saying that, he quickly left the room. Something was being set up. Saamyn, Rayn, and Yuqeen sat quietly, watching everyone play. Observers, not participants.
The boys’ matches were full of speed, strength, and precision — the ball sliced through the air like lightning. Instinct over thought. The girls’ games weren’t as fast, but their cheerful laughter made the whole club feel warm and alive. Energy without pressure.
After a while — all the matches ended. One by one, everyone gathered around Saamyn, Rayn, and Yuqeen. Nazar asked in a cheerful voice:— “Saamyn, how many sweet boxes did you get?”
Popularity casually exposed. Saamyn smiled lightly and replied softly:— “A lot.”
Hearing that, Nazar chuckled and said in a playful tone:— “The same thing happened to me last year. That’s why I didn’t even leave the office this time.”
Experience speaking. As soon as Nazar finished speaking, Riyy grinned and said excitedly:— “Saamyn! How about a match with me?”
Ego testing waters. Saamyn didn’t answer. Just then, the door opened again — Ymraan walked in, holding two shiny nunchakus. Rules quietly rewritten. Everyone was surprised. Riyy’s eyes widened as he shouted:— “Hey! We’re here to play table tennis, not to fight!”
Too late to stop it. Ymraan smiled confidently and said:— “I am here to play table tennis.”
Everyone stared, stunned. Before they could make sense of it, Saamyn stepped forward, grabbed one of the nunchakus, and with lightning speed, served the ball into the air. Casual mastery revealed.
The nunchaku spun like a flash of light, and the ball shot straight toward Ymraan. In an instant, the hall echoed with the sounds — whap! clang! thud! It wasn’t a table tennis match anymore — it was art. Sport turned spectacle.
The rhythm, speed, and perfect coordination between Saamyn and Ymraan left everyone speechless,
their eyes wide open, barely daring to blink. Talent without explanation.
The ball touched the table — snap! — and zipped away again. Both of them moved in perfect sync with Bond beyond practice — their nunchakus twirling through the air, the metallic shine flashing in the light.
Ymraan swung first, flipping the ball upward with a twist of his wrist, then, with a perfect shot, sent it flying across the table. Saamyn shifted to the right, spun his nunchaku at an angle, and — thak! — sent it back.
What followed was a storm. The ball barely touched the table; it danced through the air amid echoes of their strikes — clack! thud! smack! clang! It was a symphony of motion, Control inside chaos. as if the two nunchakus were dancing with each other in perfect harmony.
Ymraan twirled his nunchaku once more, flipping it downward, Saamyn instantly countered from the opposite side, then spun backward and, bending low, lifted the ball high into the air.
For a brief second, the ball hung still —then both of them moved at once again. Time held its breath, The sound of spinning nunchakus filled the air, the table, walls, and floor seemed to tremble under the rhythm.
Finally, both struck at the same time —The ball grazed the net, dropped, and the nunchakus came to a stop midair.
The entire room fell silent. Awe replaced sound. Only the faint swinging sound of the two nunchakus remained — as if their motion hadn’t completely ended yet, just waiting for the next round to begin.
Everyone was astonished after witnessing Saamyn and Ymraan’s incredible match — but Satsuqy kept staring at Saamyn with a faint look of suspicion. Doubt officially awakened.
A few moments later, their game came to an end. When Saamyn and Ymraan returned to the group, Saamyn gave a small, calm smile and said softly:— “It’s already evening. We should head home now.”
Exit before questions. Everyone understood what he meant, but the amazement on their faces hadn’t faded yet. Slowly, they all began following Saamyn toward the exit.
Just then, Ymraan said in his usual straightforward tone:— “You guys go ahead. I’ll stay here for a while.”
Side quest unlocked. Everyone looked confused. Rayn frowned and asked:— “You want to stay at school at this hour?”
Before Rayn could say more, Saamyn replied calmly:— “That’s fine.”
Silent trust. Hearing that, Ymraan didn’t answer Rayn and quietly walked away.
Everyone exchanged puzzled looks — no one could understand what was going on.
But Satsuqy was still staring at Saamyn with that same, strange look of doubt.
A few moments later, everyone left the school grounds. Satsuqy was walking a little behind the group when she suddenly stopped. Decision made, Her voice, calm but serious, called out from behind:— “Siddarik, can I talk to you for a moment?”
Everyone turned to look at her. Tension quietly spread. Saamyn replied softly:— “Yes, of course. What do you want to say?”
In a firm tone, Satsuqy said:— “I want to talk to you alone. Not here… behind the school.”
Confrontation requested. Her words left everyone stunned. Riyy, in particular, looked completely shocked — it was written all over her face.
If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
After a brief silence, Saamyn answered in his usual calm voice:— “Alright.”
Saying that, Satsuqy started walking toward the back of the school, and Saamyn quietly followed her.
Watching them leave, Nazar turned to the others and said plainly:— “Alright, we should get going too.”
Then, without hesitation, he held Rinah’s hand and started walking toward the gate. Unspoken confirmation. Rinah’s face turned bright red, a shy smile spreading across her lips.
Seeing the two of them, Riyy whispered under her breath:— “I can guess what’s going on between those two… but what’s happening between Saamyn and Satsuqy — I have no idea.”
The mystery deepened. Meanwhile, when Saamyn and Satsuqy reached the back of the school, No witnesses now. Saamyn spoke in a calm voice:— “Now tell me, what did you want to ask?”
Satsuqy immediately spoke in a firm voice:— “Who are you, really?”
Truth demanded. Hearing that, nothing rattled him, Saamyn smiled faintly and asked calmly:— “May I know why you’re asking me that?”
Satsuqy let out a long sigh before replying:— “First of all, your appearance. You say you’re not a Royal, but when someone looks at you… you seem like pure Royal blood.”
Instinct recognizing power. Then she paused for a moment and continued:— “And then, the way you talk and behave. I don’t think anyone has ever seen you raise your voice or lose your temper. You speak to everyone so calmly, so politely — no anger, no haste.”
Control beyond age. At the same time, Yuqeen whispered softly to Rayn:— “I think they’ll take a while. Let’s girls sit under that tree for a bit.”
Quiet escape from tension. Rayn nodded in agreement. The storm left behind. As the girls walked away, Riyy said in a slightly trembling voice:— “Why are they taking so long to come back? I’m getting a weird feeling… say something, guys.”
Anxiety creeping in. Hearing that, Rayn, Haarun, and Sa’ut exchanged glances — and then all three of them broke into mischievous smiles. Chaos intentionally brewed.
Rayn, pretending to look serious, came closer to Riyy, Lie dressed as concern, he said softly:— “I think Aokam took Saamyn behind the school to confess her feelings.”
Jealousy trigger pulled. At that, Riyy flinched, her face turning red with anger as she snapped:— “What nonsense are you talking about! How could Satsuqy possibly confess to Saamyn?”
Possessive instinct exposed. Before she could say more, Haarun came up from behind and said playfully:— “Why not? Saamyn’s handsome, gentle, intelligent, strong, calm — he’s perfect in every way! More than half the girls at school are crazy about him. So why can’t Aokam confess?”
Unintentional damage. As Haarun finished, Sa’ut added bluntly:— “And you’ve never told Aokam about your own feelings either. She’s still single — so honestly, it’s totally normal.”
Reality hits without mercy. In their words, all the color drained from Riyy’s face. Her mind went blank, and she just stood there, frozen like a statue, Heart short-circuited.
Meanwhile, behind the school…
Satsuqy’s Hunter mode activated, she spoke again in a deep, steady voice:— “You’re unbelievably intelligent, and you possess knowledge that shouldn’t even be possible at your age. But as far as I know, truly intelligent people always avoid attention. Yet you’re deliberately drawing everyone’s eyes toward you.”
Saamyn’s eyes were completely calm, his face carrying a faint, mysterious smile as he quietly listened to her words. Predator pretending to be prey.
Satsuqy took another breath and continued:— “I heard that during the exams, you finished all twelve papers perfectly in just twenty minutes. That’s almost impossible — especially for Lumynara High. You could’ve taken more time if you wanted, but you didn’t.”
Impossible made casual. She paused for a few seconds, then spoke again in a serious tone:— “And one more thing — what you did the day after you all joined the school… that wasn’t a small thing. But you handled it as if it was nothing.”
Power normalized. Then she looked straight into Saamyn’s eyes and said in a deep, unwavering voice:— “You’re far too intelligent, but you’re letting everyone notice you on purpose. You could’ve hidden everything if you wanted. Yet you’re allowing things to unfold in a way that makes us discover the truth ourselves.”
Her gaze locked firmly onto his. And finally, she said:— “Now tell me… who are you? And why are you letting us know so much about you?”
Mask challenged. Saamyn stayed silent for a while. The air around them carried a faint chill; somewhere in the distance, a bird called out — the only sound that broke the stillness.
Slowly, he lifted his head and looked at Satsuqy. His eyes were calm, yet deep within them, an unseen storm was quietly raging.
In a composed voice, he said:— “Pay attention, Aokam. Not everything you see is the truth.”
Half-warning issued. Satsuqy kept staring at him, surprised. Saamyn took a few slow steps, then stood straight and spoke softly again:— “If you ever learn who I truly am… you might not recognize this version of Saamyn anymore.”
Threat wrapped in calm. He paused for a brief moment, then smiled faintly:— “But I know this much… you’re not thinking in the wrong direction. It’s just that the time hasn’t come — to know everything.”
There was neither pride nor fear in his voice — only a strange serenity. Satsuqy was about to say something, but Saamyn stopped her gently and said in a calm tone:— “Just remember this — people only know what I allow them to know.”
Absolute authority. Then he turned around. His blue hair fluttered lightly in the wind. Exit with dominance. As he began to walk away, he looked back once and said:— “Remember, the deeper a truth is buried, the harder it becomes to see.”
Final mental blow. With those words, Saamyn walked away slowly, leaving behind a cloud of unanswered questions and an eerie silence.
Satsuqy stood still — it felt as though even the air around her had grown heavier.
But then… Saamyn stopped again. He turned back, his expression unreadable—“Forget about me for a moment,”
Conversation hijacked. He said softly:— “Let’s talk about you all instead.”
He paused for a moment, then continued in a slow voice:— “There’s someone in your heart… Riyy.”
Heart exposed brutally. Satsuqy froze. His face filled with shock; his eyes widened in disbelief.
In his mind, he thought:— “How does he know? I’ve liked Riyy from the beginning, but I never let anyone notice… not through words, not even through my eyes.”
Privacy violated. Stammering, Satsuqy quickly asked:— “How did you find that out? Even Riyy doesn’t know!”
Saamyn smiled gently and replied:— “You’re good at controlling your expressions. Even when you talk, you never let anyone sense what you truly feel.”
After a short pause, he added softly:— “But perhaps you don’t realize — your smile gives everything away.”
Defense cracked. Saying that, Saamyn slowly walked closer to Satsuqy. Then, in a calm voice, he said:— “You’re afraid to confess because you don’t know what’s in Riyy’s heart. So let me tell you this — Riyy loves you too. She just can’t say it.”
Hope detonated. And with that, Saamyn turned and began walking away. Satsuqy stood frozen, his heart pounding. His cheeks flushed red, and he felt a strange, bubbling happiness inside him.
Blushing, he called softly from behind:— “Siddarik… What should I do now? And you still haven’t told me — who are you really?”
Saamyn stopped, turned slightly, his eyes calm and his lips curling into a mysterious smile:— “Go to the school rooftop. You’ll understand the rest yourself. And as for me… I may look human, but what I truly am — that’s for you to imagine.”
Saying this, he walked away into the dim light. Satsuqy stood there silently, realizing Saamyn wouldn’t say another word. Still, without knowing why, he began walking after him — perhaps to find an answer… or perhaps to understand the new feelings awakening within him.
At that moment, Riyy’s mind was in complete turmoil — she looked like someone sinking into depression.
As she stood there, the others noticed Saamyn walking toward them… but Satsuqy was heading back inside the school building. Seeing Satsuqy go back in, everyone was confused — except for Riyy, who noticed something others didn’t: Satsuqy was blushing.
Riyy’s eyes widened, and her whole body went cold. Panicking, she turned to Rayn, Haarun, and Sa’ut, her voice trembling:— “I-I’ve known Satsuqy for a long time… but I’ve never seen her blush before!”
Hearing that, the three exchanged mischievous looks and started grinning. Then Rayn, pretending to sound serious, said:— “I think Saamyn and Aokam kissed.”
Riyy was speechless. To make it worse, Haarun smirked and added casually:— “Yeah, that’s what I think too.”
Right after that, Sa’ut chimed in with a calm, teasing tone:— “Girls might not blush for other things… but they always do after a kiss.”
That was the final spark — Riyy’s anger burst beyond control. Just then, Saamyn walked up to them. Seeing him, Riyy trembled with rage, tears glimmering in her eyes, and shouted:— “Saamyn Siddarik! You’ve crossed the limit of my anger!”
Saamyn replied calmly:— “Everything’s fine… but it looks like you’re crying.”
As he said that, he noticed Rayn, Haarun, and Sa’ut trying to hold back their laughter. Saamyn thought to himself:— “So, these three are the ones who started this fire.”
Riyy was about to yell again, but Saamyn suddenly let out a soft laugh. Seeing him laugh only made Riyy angrier.
Then he stopped smiling and said in a calm tone:— “It’s not what you think. Nothing happened between Aokam and me.”
Riyy shouted back, furious:— “Then why was Satsuqy blushing?”
Saamyn replied gently:— “Because I told her something she’s been holding in her heart for a long time.
And right now, Aokam’s on the school rooftop — waiting for you. She has something to tell you.”
Hearing that, Riyy’s anger slowly faded. She took a breath and said:— “Alright… but first, I need to finish something.”
Then she turned to Rayn, Haarun, and Sa’ut with a dangerous smile and said:— “I don’t know why… but I suddenly feel like breaking your bones.”
Haarun, trying to sound brave, took a step forward and said:— “You can do whatever you want — but first, we’re gonna do this!”
The next moment, Haarun bolted away, shouting:— “Rayn! Sa’ut! Run!”
But when he looked over his shoulder, he saw that Rayn and Sa’ut had already taken off long before him.
From a distance, Rayn yelled back while running:— “We’re gone! You’re on your own now!”
Seeing that, Haarun’s face twisted in frustration, and he started chasing after them.
Behind all three of them came Riyy — furious, blazing with rage, sprinting like a storm.
