The War That Changed The World -3

  3rd Person PoV

Meanwhile, on the execution platform, Kazuma, Jin Woo, Klein, Yoruichi, and Robin were in the midst of their own battle against the nine mutated God Knights.

The corrupted forms surrounded them, moving with disturbing speed despite their impossible anatomies. Mouths opened across their bodies, teeth spiraling inward like endless pits. Limbs bent at angles that felt grotesque to look at, claws extending from places that shouldn't have joints.

"Guys, follow the plan. Take your positions!" Klein's voice cut through the chaos, his Seer abilities flaring. Threads of fate became visible to him alone, probability lines spreading like an invisible web across the battlefield.

"Jin Woo and Yoruichi will take the frontline, Robin and I will support with ranged attacks! Kazuma, watch our backs and provide support when needed!"

Youruichi smirked. " Oh my, Klein kun has become so commanding. I rather like it."

Klein blushed despite his attempts to stay calm. " Please keep your teasings for Kokabiel."

Kazuma shook his head. " Lucky bastard."

"Focus guys! We're in the middle of a fight!" Jin Woo's shadows erupted around him like a living tide. "Igris! Tank! Engage the enemy!"

The massive shadow soldiers materialized, each one radiating power. Igris charged forward, his blade gleaming with purple energy. He met the first God Knight's strike head-on, their weapons creating showers of sparks that lit up the platform.

The mutated Knight screeched and pressed its attack, multiple arms sprouting from its torso to strike from multiple angles.

Igris blocked three strikes, dodged two more, and counterattacked with devastating efficiency. His blade carved through corrupted flesh, but the wound regenerated almost instantly.

Yoruichi vanished with Shunpo, her speed so great she left afterimages. She appeared behind another Knight, her body crackling with electricity. "Shunko!"

Lightning erupted around her as her fist drove into the Knight's spine with devastating force. The impact created a small crater in the platform, cracks spreading from the point of contact.

The Knight screeched and twisted, its body bending backward impossibly, joints rotating in directions that shouldn't exist.Claws came at her from three different angles simultaneously.

"Tch! That's not a nice thing to do, attacking a girl like that." Yoruichi backflipped away, the claws missing her by inches. One claw actually cut through her afterimage, dispelling it.

"These things don't move like humans at all! It's like fighting something from a nightmare!" She complained with wry smile.

"Because they're not human anymore! I'm guessing it's parasitic takeover or something like that." Klein fired three shots in rapid succession, his Seer abilities guiding each bullet to strike vulnerable points.

His gun wasn't normal, it was enhanced with his Beyonder powers and modified to fire spells and elemental attacks now, each shot carrying more power than it should. Klein

One Knight's eye exploded in a spray of corrupted mess. Another stumbled as its knee joint shattered. The third shot hit a Knight's skull, creating a massive crack.

But even as he watched, the wounds began healing. "Aim for the joints! They regenerate slower there! Focus your attacks! That should slow them down a bit."

"Mil Fleur!" Robin's voice was calm despite the chaos. Hundreds of arms sprouted across the nearest Knight's body, each one coated in Armament Haki. "Clutch!"

She twisted, and the Knight's neck snapped with a wet crack that echoed across the platform. It collapsed, twitching. But within seconds, the corruption began healing it, vertebrae reforming, flesh knitting together with disturbing speed.

"They regenerate too fast!" Robin frowned, her tactical mind working. "We need more firepower or a way to prevent their regeneration!"

"On it!" Kazuma charged forward, his sword coated in uneven Haki that showed his still-developing skill.

The blade glowed with energy as he activated his abilities. He ducked under a claw swipe that would have decapitated him and drove his blade into the Knight's torso. "Drain Touch!"

Energy flowed from the Knight into him, visible as streams of light. The corrupted flesh withered where he touched, turning gray and brittle. The Knight screeched and pulled away violently, its regeneration disrupted for the first time.

"Nice one!" Jin Woo's shadows surged forward, forming into spears. "Rulers' Authority!"

Invisible telekinetic force grabbed two Knights and lifted them into the air. They struggled, their multiple limbs flailing, trying to grab onto something. Jin Woo clenched his fist, and the pressure intensified.

The two Knights were slammed together with devastating impact, the collision creating a shockwave. But they simply reformed, their bodies too corrupted to care about physical damage, bone and flesh rearranging themselves.

"This is annoying," Kazuma muttered, blocking another attack. Then his eyes lit up with an idea, a grin spreading across his face. "Wait! I have a skill I haven't used yet!"

"Don't do anything stupid Kazuma!" Klein warned, shooting another Knight that tried to flank them. His precognition was working overtime, showing him attack patterns before they happened.

"When do I ever do anything stupid?" Kazuma's grin widened, and he activated his skill. "Steal!"

His hand glowed with white energy and shot toward the nearest Knight. The skill connected with a flash of light, and suddenly a black sword materialized in his hand, the Knight's weapon. The blade was corrupted, pulsing with dark energy.

"Ha! It worked!" Kazuma spun the stolen blade, testing its weight. "Let's see you fight without your weapon, you ugly bastard." He targeted the other mutated creatures, stealing their weapons and making them helpless.

But his skill wasn't finished. It activated again automatically on the female God Knights nearby, drawn by some incomprehensible logic. Instead of weapons, several pieces of lacy fabric materialized in his other hand.

  Panties. Delicate, lacy panties.

Despite the God Knights being mutated eldritch horrors with barely recognizable humanoid forms, despite them having mouths where mouths shouldn't be and limbs that bent in impossible directions, he'd somehow managed to steal their underwear.

Complete silence fell across their group for a heartbeat.

Then Jin Woo burst out laughing, his usual serious demeanor breaking completely. "You degenerate panty thief! Even cosmic horrors aren't safe from you! What kind of perverted skill is that?!"

"It's not my fault!" Kazuma's face went bright red, visible even in the chaos of battle. "The skill has a mind of its own! I was aiming for their weapons! This is bullshit!"

"Sure you were," Yoruichi smirked, using the distraction to deliver a devastating spinning kick to another Knight's head. The impact sent it stumbling. "That's what they all say. 'Oh, I didn't mean to steal panties, it just happened!' Very convincing!"

"I believe you, Kazuma," Robin giggled, her arms strangling two more Knights simultaneously. But her eyes were dancing with amusement. "But perhaps you should aim more carefully next time? Maybe focus on the weapons specifically?"

"You guys suck!" Kazuma threw the panties away in disgust, his face still red. "I'm a serious fighter! This is slander! A blatant Character assassination!"

Klein bit back a smile while shooting another Knight, his usual serious expression cracking. "Focus! We still have seven more to deal with! You can defend your honor after we survive!"

Yoruichi saw her opening. The Knights were distracted by Kazuma's antics, their coordination broken by confusion over their missing weapons and undergarments. She reached for her zanpakuto, her expression becoming serious, focused.

"Time to end this properly." She drew the blade in one smooth motion. "Sing: Tsukuyomi no Mei.(Moon-Calling Thunder)"

The blade transformed, becoming elegant silver with a crescent-shaped guard that caught the light.

Lightning ran along its length, but it made no sound. A silent electricity that seemed to exist between moments. The blade hummed like a distant singing bell, a sound that was felt more than heard.

"Let's finish this." Yoruichi vanished with Shunpo, moving so fast she left multiple afterimages that lingered. "Getsuraikō!" (Moon-Thunder Flash)

She appeared behind three Knights, her blade cutting in a single elegant arc. Nothing happened for a couple moments.

Robin looked curiously. " Did it work?"

The Knights started to turn, confused, ready to counterattack.

Then they fell apart, sliced cleanly through at impossible angles. But the wounds didn't bleed, they sparked with silent lightning that crackled in colors that shouldn't exist.

The cuts existed in a space between dimensions, in a place where physical matter couldn't reach.

One Knight tried to regenerate, but the dimensional cuts prevented it. The corruption couldn't bridge a gap that existed outside normal space, couldn't heal what had been severed from reality itself.

Kazuma looked awed. "That's the most 'Omae wa mou Shindeiru' shit I've seen! That zanpakuto is hax!"

Jin woo nooded with respect. "So that's how she gets when being serious. Perfect for assassination.

  "Kage-nari!" (Shadow Echo)

Yoruichi's afterimages solidified into constructs made of moonlight and plasma. They weren't mere illusions. they were real enough to touch, to fight, to kill.

Each one moved independently, attacking from multiple angles simultaneously.

The Knights screeched and tried to adapt, but they were designed to fight normal opponents in normal space. Yoruichi's attacks came from angles that shouldn't exist geometrically, at speeds that defied tracking even for enhanced perception.

One afterimage kicked a Knight's head. Another appeared above and struck downward. A third materialized from the Knight's own shadow and struck from below. The Knight couldn't defend from all directions at once.

If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.

  "Meigetsu no Inazuma!" (Full-Moon Bolt)

Yoruichi swung her zanpakuto, and a luminous white arc shaped like a full moon flew forward. The attack was beautiful, elegant, and absolutely lethal.

It cut through two Knights, and their corrupted energy simply dispersed like smoke in wind. The attack hadn't just severed their bodies, it had cut the concept of their energy, severed their connection to whatever eldritch power controlled them.

They couldn't maintain coherence, couldn't exist without that fundamental connection.

The remaining Knights tried to coordinate an attack, rushing her simultaneously from multiple angles. But Yoruichi was already gone, appearing above them.

"You're too slow." Her blade came down, and silent lightning erupted across the platform.

Within minutes, all nine God Knights lay defeated, their bodies twitching but unable to regenerate from the dimensional wounds. They'd been cut from reality itself, and no amount of corruption could bridge that gap.

"Nice work!" Jin Woo grinned, genuinely impressed. Then his expression turned accusatory as he pointed at Kazuma. "Unlike our resident panty thief here."

"Fuck you!" Kazuma pointed back angrily, his face still red. "At least I don't go around banging my family, you stepmom fucker!"

"WHAT DID YOU SAY BASTARD?!" Jin Woo's face went red now, his shadows swirling around him in agitation. "That's completely different! And we're not even—we didn't—it's not like that!"

"Oh really? Then why do you hide it so much and don't let us visit your world? What kind of sick harem are you building you freak! "

"You shut your mouth before I shut it for you!"

"Bring it on, Sasuke-lite emo bastard! You wanna go?!"

They charged at each other, fists raised, both their faces red with anger and embarrassment.

Klein sighed and prepared to intervene, but Robin was faster.

"Seis Fleur." Six arms sprouted between them, physically holding them apart with surprising strength.

"Boys, please. We just won a difficult battle. Let's not start another one among ourselves."

But she was giggling, clearly amused by their antics. Her eyes sparkled with mirth.

Klein felt something strange as the battle concluded. A warmth spreading through his body, strength flowing into his muscles and bones.

His spiritual energy felt denser, more refined. He looked at his hands, clenching and unclenching his fists, feeling the power.

"I'm getting stronger," he murmured, wonder in his voice. "The battle... it's making me stronger somehow. I can feel my Sequence abilities deepening."

"That's how it works in this world," Yoruichi sheathed her zanpakuto, her breathing steady despite the intense fight.

"Combat accelerates growth here more than anywhere else. The stronger the opponent, the faster you improve. It's why people here can reach such absurd power levels."

Kazuma, still being held back by Robin's arms, paused in his struggle with Jin Woo.

His face was swollen from a few landed hits, a black eye already forming.

"Hey, Yoruichi-san! What's your zanpakuto's abilities anyway? I never saw it when I watched Bleach! The anime never showed you with a proper zanpakuto! I thought you were purely fan service."

"That's because it's rather troublesome," Yoruichi admitted, a slight frown crossing her features.

"It didn't listen to me before I achieved perfect control. Tsukuyomi no Mei has always been... temperamental. I had to buy Perfect Weapon Control from the chat group store for 10,000 points before coming here just to use it properly."

"Ten thousand?!" Kazuma's eyes widened comically. "That's... wait, that's actually reasonable for zanpakuto mastery. Damn, I should also save up for something like that. Maybe buy Excalibur or something!"

"What's your Bankai?" Jin Woo asked, his curiosity overriding his anger. His shadows settled down, no longer agitated.

"I read that zanpakuto has two releases. If your Shikai can cut through dimensions and create those afterimages, your Bankai must be insane."

Yoruichi just winked, a playful expression. "I'm saving it for a special occasion. Can't show all my cards at once, can I? A woman needs some mystery."

"That's so unfair!" Kazuma whined like a child. "You can't just tease us like that!"

Robin sighed and chuckled. "She literally is a tease, Kazuma."

Youruichi retorted. " Unlike you, I'm open about it."

Their banter was interrupted by a booming voice that shook the entire battlefield, cutting through every other sound.

"BWAHAHAHA! You pirates think you can just do as you please here?! This is Marineford!"

They turned to see Garp walking into the center of the plaza, surrounded by thousands of pirates. His Conqueror's Haki made the air itself feel heavy, oppressive.

"Oh shit," Kazuma paled, all traces of his earlier bravado vanishing. "That's freaking Garp! The guy who fought Gol D. Roger. The man who could have been an Admiral but refused. We're fucked if he targets us."

"Calm down," Klein adjusted his monocle, threads of fate showing him possible outcomes. "He's not targeting us. His attention is entirely on Whitebeard and Kaido. We're beneath his notice for now."

"Still," Jin Woo's shadows swirled around him protectively, ready to defend at a moment's notice. "That level of Haki... he's on a completely different level from everyone we've fought so far. Maybe even stronger than the God Knights combined."

Robin released Kazuma and Jin Woo, her expression serious now. "Should we retreat? Kokabiel said to stay safe."

"No," Yoruichi shook her head, her battle instincts telling her something. "Kokabiel is counting on us to handle things here while he deals with the Herald. Kazuma and Robin knows the people here, so they can suggest whom to help .

We stay and observe. If things go south, then we run. But for now, we hold our position. Jin Woo and I can still fight."

Klein nodded. "Yes, it would be rather pitiful when our leader deals with the biggest problem while we just hide."

Kazuma grumbled. " Hey! Who made him leader! I'm the admin!"

Klein didn't even look. "So go and challenge him for the matle of leadership. We already decided he is the best guy to lead us during missions."

Jin Woo scoffed. " A panty thief like you wants to be leader? "

"Still better than you , incest lover!"

"That's it! I'm gonna beat you till beg for mercy!"

Youruichi looked at Robin who sighed and went to help Klein separate them again.

After separating the two of them, They watched as Garp began systematically dismantling the pirate forces, each punch sending multiple enemies flying, each movement efficient and devastating.

Sengoku watched from his position, his Buddha form still active but not attacking.

He'd seen the God Knights transform into those corrupted monstrosities. Seen these strangers defeat them with coordinated teamwork. Seen one of them, that terrifying being called Kokabiel, restore Whitebeard to his prime with a casual touch.

His tactical mind was working overtime, calculating odds, analyzing threats, planning contingencies.

"The only way the Marines can claim victory here," he muttered to himself, his voice barely audible over the chaos, "is if either Whitebeard or Kaido falls. Preferably both. But with Garp entering the fight at full strength, with that Kokabiel person's unknown powers..."

He watched his old friend approach the two Emperors, fists clenched, Haki radiating like a physical force that distorted the air.

"This could go either way. We might win. We might lose. Or we might all die here if that Kokabiel decides we're his enemy. Here the hell did these people come from?"

The thought of Kokabiel sent a chill down his spine. He'd seen what one blink from that being had done to Akainu. The casual, almost disappointed way he'd delivered that devastating attack was not even something Roger or Whitebeard could do.

If that guy decided the Marines needed to be destroyed, Sengoku genuinely didn't know if they could stop him.

"We need to survive this," he whispered. "That's the first priority now. Survival."

He looked at the strangers who were also watching the battle unfold. " We need to reach an agreement with them if the marines want any hope of coming out on top."

Just then, Garp boisterous laughter came to his ear.

"Bwahahaha! You punk ! You think you can sneak up on me?" Garp grabbed Jack's face who snuck off and tried to sneak attack him.

Jack growled and punched Garp. " Let me go old man! Yours days are over! This era belongs to the Beast pirates!"

Garp didn't even faze." No matter the era, the seas will always belong the Marines justice! Let me show you the true gap between us brat! ". His hand turned pitch black with armament haki as he cracked Jack's skull.

  "Blue Hole!"

A devastating blue aura spread from Garp as Jack struggled fiercely in his grip, before being launched at the ruins of the Marine headquarters. He howped in pain as he was embedded deep into the ground.

The impact sent dust and debris flying all over. The shockwave knocked out the nearby beast pirates.

Sengoku had a confident smile on his face, thinking, with Garp and the others here, they can actually win. Maybe there is still hope.

Then a vein popped on his head as he realized where Garp threw Jack. " Garp you bastard! Did you have to demolish our headquarters when fighting! Even the pirates didn't do so much damage ! "

Garp laughed awkwardly while digging his nose. " Bwahahaha! Didn't that blonde kid already destroy it when beating Sakazuki? I'm just properly cleaning up the area foe rebuilding."

Sengoku sighed. "I'm retiring after this."

Unknown to them all, the final battle was about to unfold at that moment, somewhere far away.
