Philipp Jugglers

“That’s the guy!!” shouted Riuluk, “Why have I not thought about it before! A guy who can predict the future, that is what the Wizard of Nature meant...how stupid have I been! I was going around asking people if they knew someone who could tell my future, not any future...of course, they were looking at me like an idiot! Ahah!” said Riuluk,

He then turned his head to the new form of Baka and Burin...

“We have to go there immediately! Follow me!” shouted Riuluk, “actually...you look better than goblins, but is this really necessary? I do think people will notice you with this stone armor, you look like...I do not know, you just do not look normal...” said Riuluk,

“How boring you are, dwarf...boooring, yes, trust us...Do not trust us...yes, he can trust us, maybe better like this? No, you think it is better, nono...it is better...”, said Baka and Burin.

They put their hands down to their torso and closed their hands strongly...they pushed their fists and so turned also their skin to stone.

“Eheee..this good ha? Yes, good Baka, very good!” said the creature,

“Oh no...this is even worse! How can I walk by with such a...”

“Oh, nice golem you have, Sir..” said a dwarf passing by...

  “Oh, thank you!”, replied Riuluk...

“You need to change! Wait...did that guy just say nice golem? I guess it could work! Hahah! You are right, you little fools, you could be a golem, and I could be an Enchanter!” said Riuluk happily,

“How should I call you now?” asked Riuluk,

“Mmmh..The knight of stoneeee...ahahahah! Oh, oh oh...nono, better the Greeeat Knight of Stoooone...” laughed Baka and Burin,

“Ok, nevermind, I will just call you golem from now on...” said Riuluk, annoyed.

“Now follow me to Hamlet number 86! It shouldn't be so far away, since we are now at 67!”

They both ran to the Hamlet; nobody paid them too much attention, only some kids on the street pointed at the Stone Knight and said 'golem' between them. Next to the stairs, as you walked up to the auction cloister, you could see 5 bells: three were made of stone, one was blue, and one was pink.

Riuluk rang the pink bell and waited while still trying to regain the breath spent running.

From the stairs ran a steward, a boy dressed in pink. He had some multicolored jester shoes with jingle bells. He had a blue hat with pink feathers. Once he arrived in front of Riuluk and the Stone Knight, he immediately made a very fancy bow.

“Hail, hail to you, adventurers of dreams and answers...you are welcome to the house of the Great Magicus, the one who will predict your future lives and struggles, the one who will predict all your needs...the one who...whatever, just enter, I am over this too-long entry line...” said the boy from happy to annoyed, lowered his shoulders, brought down his hat...

“Just enter the pink door to the left!” said the boy, walking back up the stairs, tired.

Riuluk and the Knight just looked at each other. The stone Knight started to laugh like an idiot while Riuluk was very scared to enter. They both walked the stairs while the Knight was still laughing. He then patted the boy on his back, and they both arrived before the boy at the pink door. The door was open, and they did not know whether to enter. The boy arrived at the door.

“Come on...just enter...” said the boy, tired.

They all entered the apartment of the hamlet. The boy put his hat on the coat rack and went behind a very tall table. He sat on a bar chair, took a feather pen, and looked at them.

  “So...your name?” asked the boy,

“My name is Riuluk, Cloud Dwarf...son of...”

“Yes, yes, just the name...did not ask all your genealogy”, said the boy, drained,

“Ok, sign here...if you want to ask the great...magicus...about the future of your golem, you need to give us also the name you gave to the golem”, said the boy,

“Oh, nono, no worries...I will not ask questions about my...golem”, replied Riuluk,

“Fine, now that you have signed...this basically serves in case you will do stupid things after knowing your future, you cannot bring us on trial for letting you know stuff you then tried to change...understood?” asked the boy,

  “Sh...sure...” replied Riuluk,

“Ok, great!” said the boy, jumped off the chair, and went to a big curtain behind him.

“You may enter the realm of the Great Magicus!” he bowed to them while opening the curtain from a side to let them pass...

Riuluk and the golem entered the room. It was so weird...

The walls were pink, the furniture of sofas and armchairs around, like in a bar, pink as well. The tables, at least, were white, carved in bone with some fancy lamps. On the left and right side two bars with liquors and beverages. Some tropical plants here and there, and on the other side, a small patio with a stage. At least the stage was not pink but made of unpainted wood. On it, there was a table with a pink tablecloth, two barstools with pink cloth on them, and a big crystal ball on the table. Behind the stage, two pink curtains.

They were alone in that room, and they both looked around, surprised and also a bit disgusted by the atmosphere. The crystal ball grew brighter, and some clouds formed inside the writing... please, sit.

But Riuluk and the golem were not paying attention to the crystal ball, so they did not notice it and started touching the furniture to check which fabric it was made of.

The crystal ball wrote again with bigger characters...PLEASE, SIT!

No eyes for Riuluk and the golem on the Crystal ball, so they started to check the liquors of the bars. A voice from behind the curtains.

  “Come on, sit!”

Riuluk and the golem turned to the stage. They saw an arrow in the crystal ball pointing to those chairs. When they finally sat. The two curtains opened.

“Voilà! Here is the Great and fantastic and splendid and amazing and charming Magicus!!” said the guy,

Riuluk and the golem were both mouth open. In front of them, a man with a pink and white dress with a mantel. Ostrich feather white boa on his wrists and the top part of the mantel. He had blonde hair made up using some chalk and a shiny golden earring in his right ear. Some black beard and moustache shaped carefully around his face.

“I am heeeere...to predict your future!” said Magicus,

“I guess we can go...” said Riuluk to the golem,

“I am the one who will show you the way...the great way of the greatest ways! The way to heaven and pa-ra-diiiiiseee,” said Magicus,

He then made an awkward dance...

“Tutuda..tututuda!”...and finally sat in front of Riuluk and the golem while touching the Crystal ball that, at his touch, became pink.

“Aaaaaah, noooo...sob, sooobb...nooooooo” magicus started to cry,

“Why you, you fat dwarf...came here to make me predict your fu-tu-re!” said Magicus while grabbing Riuluk’s cheeks with his hands,

“And who is this strange creatureeee? Looking for loveee maybe?” asked Magicus again, happy this time,

  “Ehm...dear Magi..cus..” said Riuluk,

“Yeeeees!” said Magicus while looking Riuluk in the eyes again with a sad face,

  “I am here to...”

“To know your future, of course! Shalalalalaaaaa...the floweeers of heaaaven are clooose to meeee...” Magicus started to sing, not paying attention to him,

“Gosh...for Lord Kloud! I am here on an important matter! I am looking for a funny guy who can predict the future...” said Riuluk, annoyed.

  Magicus started to dance again...

“Are you the guy?” asked Riuluk,

“Of course I am the guy...the dude!” replied Magicus,

“Not in that sense, of course, you are a funny guy who predicts the future, I mean...are you the funny guy who predicts the future who will help me?” asked Riuluk,

Magicus sat down, putting his head in both hands...

“I am the guy yessss....the guy who will make you feel bet-ter!!” said Magicus while singing the last two syllables...

“No, I mean...are you the guy the Wizard of Nature sent me to?” asked Riuluk finally...

“Aaaaaah!” Magicus screamed and jumped on his stool. He then ran behind the curtain...some moments of silence...

He then brought his face out of the curtain...

“Who did you just say?” said Magicus, annoyed and serious.

“The Wizard of Nature...” replied Riuluk,

Magicus walked back to the table with his chest up, this time serious and fearless, like a King. He then put both fists on his ankles...

“Is this a scaaaam? How dare-you-speak-to-me about Wizards? Are you crazy?” asked Magicus while putting his right hand on his forehead in a very theatrical way,

“This is not a scam, the Wizard of Nature told me I should have travelled to Duerth Merkath. In this city, there was a funny guy who could predict the future who was going to help me find the new Wizard of Fire!” shouted Riuluk.

“If you are not that guy, then at least come here and sit down, and let me know with your crystal magical ball and your magical skills, where I can find this guy!” shouted Riuluk more.

Magicus sat down slowly...he put his head in his hand.

“I liiike you, dwarf!” said Magicus,

  Riuluk sat down, arms crossed.

“Well...but...who can tell me you are not a spy...yes, a spy from the enemy!” said Magicus,

“You ask me? Don’t you predict the future?” asked Riuluk,

“Oh! Uh ah..hehehehe!” laughed Magicus, making stupid faces...

“Enough...what about this!” said Riuluk, taking off his jacket, the orange awakened stone of fire!

“Iiiiiiih!” screamed Magicus while fainting to the ground...

The golem looked at Riuluk, unwilling to help Magicus. Magicus immediately jumped back on the chair...

“Ahhahahahah!” he laughed, “how you have such a miracle!? Buaaaahaaaaaahaaaa” he started to cry,

“The Wizard of Fire himself gave it to me. I am Riuluk of the Skies, right hand of the Wizard of Fire, protector of the Innocents. Are you the guy I am looking for?” said Riuluk proudly.

“Indeed, master protector...you are very courageous and like to risk, I see...well chosen you are,” said Magicus, becoming serious and almost dangerous with his eyes. He then put his hand beneath his jacket and rolled a pink stone on the table...

“...and I am Philipp Jugglers, the Wizard of Emotions!”
