"I am talking to you human!"
After an innocuous blink, Iker found himself once more in midair among burning debris, atmospheric gust, and opposite to the pegasus. Unsure as to where he should use his newfound wings gaining mass or the uncertain mobility of this spirit form, Iker sank a few meters before flapping his wings precariously.
"I know you could have beaten me earlier, but like this you stand no chance against the numbah one pegasus!" Pegasus yelled. "Fork Monica over!"
Eddying smoke and kindling embers passed over Iker as he stabilized himself while also focusing on attaining mass in his left hand. I just need to land one punch.
Upon that thought, a rainbow blast brushed past Iker. The physical flesh, bone, and feathers he manifested thus far became ash, now having to rely on his spirit keep him afloat.
"Nice try. You're trying to buy yourself time aren't you little trickster?" Pegasus yelled.
"I haven't said shit to you!" Iker yelled back.
"Now you have!"
Come to me colonel! I mean Iker! Uzi beseeched. I can make that smart radiation in your flesh body turn to flux. I have the source code of the dagger.
You said your name was Uzi? Where are you?
Certainly not knowing how it yet worked, Iker was left with no choice but to noclip in a random direction upon another sudden blast from Pegasus. Beyond the earthward ship remnants was where Iker found himself, the shadow of the most intact part of the spaceship and its larger severed chunks wasting no time to descend further towards the sea of smog and clouds below.
Upon that second attack from the flying horse, Iker had noticed Pegasus had to make that laurel-like formation every time to conjure a rainbow blast. Moreover Pegasus would have to stop flapping his wings, thus having to sink for a few meters while casting the troublesome beam.
Where are you damn it?
About a kilometer from the destroyed hangar falling around Iker, an explosion surfaced on the descending spaceship. Its echo took a second to reverberate across the relentless skyhigh air, but there was no mistaking the two silhouettes of the araks within the effulging aperture. While Pegasus incinerated the falling floors, crates, and fighters that were Iker's saving grace, Iker spotted the shadows of levitating crates, the daggers dancing around an octodextrous assassin... and his own levitating and severed flesh body.
Iker dived. Flapped. Noclipped. Drifted. Swooped. Whatever it took to stay away from the incessant rainbow blasts leaving behind a charred stench.
I failed in converting it. I had to just... separate you into further pieces. This should be enough flesh material.

Am I that good at using kaya form? Iker asked.
Yes. How much do you remember? Do you know who Iggy is? Uzi asked.
Who? Iker asked.
Okay, I got my answer. Thank you boss, Uzi replied. Come to me. Your body will remember what we need to remember.
The foremost currents in the sky made it hard to fly especially with Iker's inexperience, but it was more reliable than noclipping. There had yet to be any logic to the esoteric ability compared to mobilizing two new feathered limbs. However, the last of the descending debris protecting him was shot away by Pegasus, now leaving him an open sky target between Pegasus and the falling spaceship. The teenage boy's nervous system outside of his soul thankfully did not come online yet, but that would mean he also had no idea how much mass had regenerated in any of his hands. His regeneration had a proclivity for his new wings, maybe he should use those to attack Pegasus instead.
Should I fight him or should I take my chances getting to Uzi?
Iker at the very least learned how to surf currents, and he did that very thing to dodge another rainbow beam. From a quick glance towards the shooting horse it seemed he was debating whether to risk coming closer or not. Pegasus was aware, somehow, that Iker's mind was twenty-four years old, which was the age where he already mastered kaya form, thus he would be deadly in close-quarter combat. However, he had barely any flesh to use kaya form with. He was just floating flux, and as someone who could not tap into anagami form, that was a problem.
Fuck it. I am going to Uzi.
That mere thought cost Iker more regenerated flesh, adding more ashes to the adrift debris and the subsequent beam attack. Pegasus did laugh until he had realized that the blast only brushed Iker, however for that moment in time the heat from the beam was like the kind from a volcano eruption. Without possessing the body for it, Iker was sure he got a shot of adrenaline from that brush with death. The current went opposite to Iker's destination however, and him relying on it to dodge two more rainbow beams from the relentless pegasus set him further back.
Upon the discovery that the current had a different destination in mind, Iker entered into kaya form with whatever bone and flesh he had. He was able to leap several stories high to attempt piercing Pegasus with his wings forward, however, Iker phased right through the flying horse. After another laugh from Pegasus, he tilted upwards to shoot the teenager in an upward momentum, however, the boy noclipped once more, unintentionally getting further from the sinking ship.
"IKER!"
The remnants of the hangar was now deep in the clouds and smog below, and Iker found himself flying among arak futon beds and decimated sleeping quarters from the ship. Past the crack of burning bedsheets he found Uzi creating a makeshift escalator made of crates starting from the spaceship's aperture from earlier. Behind ve Wexil was not far off while octuple wielding physics-defying daggers. Uzi was risking it all to get Iker some flesh and he had to make sure that it would not be for nothing.
"I got you now!"
Now Pegasus was several wingspans away from Iker, however the boy improvised with the light furniture and sheets surrounding them both. Flapping his wings in a specific way got several sheets to cover the horse's vision, and a futon smacked him across his snout for good measure. He blasted through them, but the makeshift distraction bought Iker some time to be far away from the blast range.
Iker realized that he was always noclipping in panic.
I'll try... just relaxing.
Flux was good usually to reacting to thoughts that come from a fight-or-flight response, but in the case of this spirit form. The more Iker committed to imaging his direction rather than willing it, the more his noclipping went towards the desired destination. And in between Pegasus that was throwing a tantrum towards the smoking bedsheets, and the assassin Wexil closing the gap on Uzi, Iker and Uzi met among the topmost and levitating crates in the sky.
However, when Iker fused with his dismembered body, he fell into another dream.
