  Seeing his newly upgraded and obtained skills, Akhenamen was filled with a sense of.. duty, unity, power like never before. His mind suddenly felt hammered by medicinal theories over cell restoration, at a level that would shock any doctor or chirurgeon back on Earth.

  Even atomic physics that he had once struggled to remember and understand with Syllena’s help was now elementary knowledge to him, he realised his Stellar Core creation and Atomic Fusion theories would need a lot of re-work to work properly!

  And as he looked around him, he saw two floating orbs, each looking like some advanced spherical shaped drones, his new Arc-Lances. Their name was quite long, he would just call them his GAALs from now on.

  

  [So that’s a dad joke? Worst one I’ve ever heard!]

  “Come on, that was a bit funny!”

  Akhenamen laughed warmly and looked toward his new GAALs, they looked like floating eyeballs which had the ability to spread their robotic outerframe into an X shape behind them to gather energy and fire Gauss Annihilating Pulses.

  “Display my new Arcana and Sight stats, Syllena. And the description of the Cygitek class, and the newly evolved traits.”

  Syllena simply sends a crying emoji on his interface, making him laugh, wondering if she had learned this from watching some of his memories.

  If he was correct, he believed all his current objectives would one way or another need to let him reach Cygislax. From Syllena’s body to his own personal quests, objectives and now even his promise to Ascylla… It seemed all roads led to Cygislax.

  And just as he was thinking about her, her voice would ring in his non-existent ears.

  

  [Argent Sovereign… if we may propose, we could help you upgrade your current…backward… frame to a greater one using the Prototype?]

  “Would it bring me to the [Legendary] status right away? That feels like too quick of a sudden increase in power. Too easy.”

  

  [You’re correct, we can help you put on this new body but we will have to restrain it to the [Epic] rarity for the current time until you reach level 30 and succeed in upgrading your class to the [Legendary] rarity.]

  “That works for me… send the instruction or guide me with the process.”

  While Akhenamen could have just touched the prototype and looted a part, with Ascylla’s help and guidance, as she was one of the main reasons the prototype had been achieved in the first place, he was able to guide his own soul and being into this new body.

  Just as he felt his power rising as the System linked itself to his new body, he felt that very same power got restrained as swiftly for him to not suddenly shoot to the Dominion rank. He knew doing that without any mastery of a divine law would end very badly.

  “Syllena, show me my new status.”

  Staring at all the changes, Akhenamen felt his stats surge, he was ready to get a massive headache and faint once again. However he was lucky as Ascylla was able to dilute the pain by filtering the information. He had to admit having Ascylla as an ally was surely gonna be of a massive help. She was a treasure trove of information on Prothean and Cygilites technology and apparently had basic language traduction function so she’d be able to allow him to understand the different languages of this world.

  He just hoped it didn’t evolve so much that even Ascylla would be unable to help him.

  He was also realising another thing, he might be able to increase his stats seemingly without limits but it seemed his first real limiter had appeared : his lack of Law mastery. Until he mastered one or more he would be stuck as a Beyonder and he was pretty sure reaching the Authority level would require a high understanding of a law.

  It was high time he read that new Law tab as he left the Prothean complex alongside his new companion Ascylla.
