Despite looking quite crazy, because of his small robot killing spree, he had gotten enough EXP to level up.

He opened up his status window, pressed the level up button and smiled seeing the changes to his status.
[Are you smiling? We feel happiness but your eyeball-face makes it hard to know if you are.]
“Yes I am!”
Now that he knew that waiting for the parts necessary for his [Rare Robotic Body] was simply not possible until level 10, he had truly no reason to keep himself from leveling up as fast as possible.
And seeing stats get higher and higher was truly addictive
“Why am I a Common Elite? It has to be because I’m too weak to be an elite but too strong to be Common.”
[Maybe you’re just not as unique as you thought?]
“Fuck off Syllena.”

“Where did you even learn that emoji? How many times did I say to not go through my memories without my consent?”

However, as re-read his stats he realised a problem. His perception had gone from a 12 to a 10.
“Syllena?”

“I see. Do you think it is possible for me to gain new traits by training myself into doing a certain action or by accomplishing something important? I remember a few novels I read when I was younger, doing just that.”
[We don’t know, but that would make things too easy.]
“What about if I remove every Advanced GS-Bot body part, would my stats stay upgraded?”
[No, you would lose the stats granted by the [Complete GS-Bot] Trait.]
“Alright… Last question but what is the maximum level?”
[It is level 100]
“Thank you Syllena. You’re the best.”

David laughed softly and started to run around to find some more robots to clobber. Thinking about what his Class Quest could potentially be about. The speed and strength he showed would have frightened anyone.
A tiny short robot as fast as a horse at full speed and as strong as a gorilla, sending Scrap-Bots flying into pieces.
“Technomage…maybe about the gnome’s ancestors? An alien race? I don’t feel like a Technomage right now, more like a tiny gnomish robot barbarian.”
His club would slam in every Scrap-Bot he saw. And if he instead found an Advanced GS-Bot he would use his [Data-Break]. 1 experience from a common GS-Bot or 20 from the Advanced GS-Bot, it didn’t matter. It was experience all the same.
He now needed 100 experience to go to level 4 and most likely 200 for level 5. Since his second level the experience only seemed to double every time. Which would very quickly reach massive sums.
As for attracting the Gnome's attention by killing so many Scrap-Bot? Well that was a possibility but David looked truly no different from any other Scrap-Bot and the sheer heat in the day would make it hard for a living being to go down in the Scrapyard.
“Until now I went from [Common] to [Uncommon], I suppose it keeps going with the typical stuff : [Rare] → [Epic] → [Legendary] → [Mythical] → [Ascendant] → [Divine]. Or something alongside those lines.”
[We do not have any information on this subject, sorry.]
“It’s alright don’t worry.”
CLANG! His bat slammed into a Scrap-Bot, finally reaching level 4, his path was blocked by literal piles of Scrap Bots everywhere. He had done an absolute slaughter. But he had finally received the long awaited notification.
[LEVEL UP!]
A low rough sigh escaped his robotic speakers soon after.
“The experience doubled again.”
[200 more kills incoming! We bet you can’t do it in under 3 hours!]
“Oh? You’re on!”
David started his slaughter once again. Revitalized by Syllena’s bet, he didn’t even bother looking at his status window since he knew that he was still not strong enough to face an Advanced GS-Bot without his [Data Break].
He had to remember that one mistake and it was all over for him, he didn’t really wish to try fate and end up dying because his mind got erased by that damned system.
Scrap-Bots flying left and right, if some higher entity was watching him, like that strange Color, they are no doubt bored. All he has been doing since he got here is spamming [Data Break] and smashing stuff with a pipe bigger than he was tall.
It took David around 3 hours or so before finally reaching his goal. He had run through almost 10% of the Scrapyard which now lay filled with literally hundreds of fuming broken Scrap-Bot.
He had only met two more Advanced GS-Bot during his massacre, both victims of [Data Break].

“Finally! Open my status, Syllena!”

The ground started to shake, like an earthquake, a massive bulge lifting the earth as it moved under; it was big, even a hundred meters away, or so it could easily be seen. The earth rumbled under the power that lurked below.
[We would advise you to run David; we have no idea if that is a fully robotic being.]
David was more than okay with running away from the being that emerged from the ground.
The beasts looked like an enormous worm-like creature with its hide covered in thick copper and bronze plates linked by black cables, moving what seemed like potent acid through them. The creature was eyeless; its large maw seemed to be made of four plates of electrified bronze, two huge ones acting as the lower and top parts of its mouth, and two smaller plates, one on each side of the beast’s maw.
And inside was a complex array of chainsaw-like teeth constantly turning whatever was in its maw into scraps. Or finer scraps. And at the end of its robotic exoskeleton was a massive blade, slightly thinner than its body, which seemed to be attached to the exoskeleton. It was at least one hundred feet long.
“...[Analyse]...”
“Fuck…”
