Chapter 41
“Orc Rituals”
The forces gathered behind Ian
“Lord… where are we?” Chris asked
Ian smiled “The World of Death”
Chris was shocked “But how did we get here?”
“Through Cerberus gate” Yassin commented with a sigh as he looked around
“Have you been here before?” Ian asked
Yassin nodded “My memory is fragmented, but I have been here”
“Yassin… what is a Hero?” Ian had wanted to ask this question for a long time
“A Hero… they are the pillar that ended the Ages of Darkness and allowed humanity to live Across the entire world, there are 99 human Heroes—no more, no less—with unique skills and a very high level of grade (talent)
That is why each Hero is considered an effective strategic resource on the level of kingdoms… and only kingdoms possess us,” Yassin said
Ian nodded in understanding “Then I will rely on you a lot in the future”
“It is an honor, my Lord”
Ian smiled and moved forward
“Follow me,” Chris ordered, and the forces advanced
Rooooar—
The white tiger roared
At the front
They were still on the shore when suddenly a black bear with a long tail leapt in front of them
The tiger moved swiftly and roared at it
The tiger’s roar
The bear staggered back from the roar and fell to the ground
The tiger attacked it and tore it apart beneath its claws and fangs
The bear died and dropped a total of two swords and a strange gray coin bearing the image of a skull
Death Sword
Common
Property: “Devours Life Force”
Ian was surprised, and an idea appeared in his mind, He ran the sword across his arm
A small wound appeared from the sword’s pass… and suddenly Ian began to feel weak, as if his life was being drained
This is wonderful
Ian smiled, then thought of something else, He took the sword and gestured to Chris “Come”
Chris held a common sword, and the two fought
Clang—
“Did you feel it?” Ian asked
Chris nodded, surprise appearing on his face, and he fought with greater courage
“What’s going on?” Boban asked

“The swords…” Yassin said, surprised for a moment, then smiled “We’ll gain a bit more power”
Soon, cracks began to appear on Chris’s sword, then it shattered, while Ian’s sword remained 100% intact
“Excellent,” Ian praised
“Lord… with these weapons, the army’s strength will increase by about another 30%”
Ian nodded and felt pleased before picking up the coin
Death Coin:-
>Meet the Death Merchant to spend it and obtain special items<
Ian understood “So even in this world there is a special currency”
“Yes, but only one tier of currency, unlike our world,” Yassin said
Ian nodded “Good… let’s move… I want to flatten this forest”
“As you command” Chris led the forces while Ian and Yassin stayed in the rear
“Will you tell me about this world?” Ian asked
“My knowledge is superficial, my Lord,” Yassin said “I have forgotten many things, but I will remember them when I see them, or once my strength increases, All I remember are some unique characteristics of the World of Death… The World of Death is a vast ocean, or rather, a river… the Yellow River that symbolizes hell or death, The second is the islands, which symbolize life”
“You don’t mean this river,” Ian pointed to the ocean behind him
“It is, my Lord… try putting something alive into it,” Yassin said
Ian took out a fruit and threw it into the river
The water was clear… Ian saw through it strange groups of fish, coral reefs, and lights… it was an ordinary sight you would see in any river or ocean
But Yassin treated this river/ocean with extreme caution and fear
The moment the fruit touched the water’s surface, it evaporated and nothing remained of it
“How is that?” Ian was shocked
“Do not be surprised, my Lord… below the water is alive, and above the islands is alive… but this is for the dead As for the living, this is a place of death, Entering the river means your death… eating the beasts here means your death as well”
But Domino and his wife fed me the corpse of a beast from here, Ian fell silent for a moment “Pass these instructions to the soldiers… I do not want any accidental deaths”
“As you command” Yassin bowed
The two moved at the rear to watch the army’s operations
The army had grown stronger now, and there was no longer any need to waste time or plan schemes
Direct combat that ended with total annihilation of the opposing side
Bears… monkeys… deer… groups of lions… packs of wolves
Corpses and items piled up behind them
The corpses were not living flesh that could be eaten, and so Ian left them because… they would return to life again
But the items—how could he leave them?
Ian tried to collect them, but Yassin smiled and said, “Leave this task to my donkey, my lord”
The donkey brayed
Yassin laughed and placed the items on the small cloth laid on the donkey’s back… and strangely, it kept all the items with complete ease
“Your donkey is amazing,” Ian laughed and tried to inspect it
Hero’s Mount
Monster (Donkey)
Rank: Legendary
?????
There was nothing else
This was not the first time Ian had inspected it… but the result was always the same
Even Yassin had no answer—or rather, did not want to answer
The army continued its march and grew accustomed to organization, management, and combat formations, becoming better and stronger

Outside
Yora was doing her work when she suddenly saw forty-three individuals standing before her—specifically women… the same women who had previously been used as toys
“What is the matter?” Yora asked
She had a lot of work and could not afford to waste even a single second
“We want to become soldiers, Chief ” one of them said
“Soldiers?” Yora was surprised “But the lord ordered that you be workers”
“I discussed it with the girls, and we want power… we do not want to suffer the same fate as before,” said the girl at the front“
Hmmm” Yora thought for a moment, then nodded “Good… we’ll make it a surprise for the lord”
Then she added in her mind—It wouldn’t be bad to gain more power… a corps! Specifically, a Shadow Corps

Far from the village
Two bad things were happening
The first was in the Orc Village
On the altar in the middle of the village stood two orcs—one muscular and imposing, the other mysterious and tall
The tall one, whose long eyelids reached his chin, held a staff bearing dozens of different skulls and began speaking in the orc language…“King… tell us… who moves against us in the darkness…”
The strange orc began chanting obscure words, and then the heads on his staff lit up
Behind him stood a totem of a ferocious orc pointing his great sword toward the sky as he sat upon a massive three-headed wolf the size of a mammoth
This was the Orc King—or rather, the progenitor of the orcs
Shonan
Beneath the statue were dozens of creatures… goblins, elves, and even humans
They screamed and writhed like rats
They tried to flee, but to no avail
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR
Suddenly, life surged into the statue It leapt onto the pile of bodies and the feast began
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
The screams of the sacrifices rang out
The meal ended, and the statue returned to being a statue, but it left behind a few strange words on the ground in the orc language
The tall one read them and said with a frown, “The Imps”
>>>>>>>>>>
On another side
There was a valley… a valley filled with imps
Their number exceeded three hundred—short ones… unafraid of death… thirsty for battle… barbaric to the extreme
They came from the east… the orcs were in the west… and Titan Village lay in between
Danger was closing in on Ian from every direction
