The comet was a mirror image of the one the Doctor had seen in his dreams: Comet Swift-Tuttle.
?The year was July 1862. Two American astronomers, Lewis A. Swift and Horace Parnell Tuttle, discovered the celestial body simultaneously from two different locations. In honor of their discovery, the comet was given their names.
?With an orbital period of roughly 135 years, it returned in the autumn of 1992, burning brightly enough to be seen through mere binoculars. Its next approach is predicted for mid-August, 2126.
?The nucleus measures 26 kilometers in diameter. Scientists predict that even if a direct collision is avoided, a near-miss could cause Earth’s surface temperatures to skyrocket to nearly 2,000°C.
A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.
?According to the archives of the Koro-kan(Tiger-Lock Mansion), the comet was visible to the naked eye as far back as 574 B.C. However, due to a series of historical purges and lost volumes, the records remain tragically sparse.
?As Clamo sifted through the documents with the Professor, he spoke up:
"Don't worry. I saw a dream where Toraemon(nickname of Byakko) saves the world!"
?This fox is lying through his teeth, the Professor thought. But fine... I suppose I should hear him out.
?Byakko interjected, "Clamo, what’s your endgame? Do you intend to become my disciple?"
?"That’s exactly why I came here!" Clamo replied.
?"You’ve got a fragile frame," Byakko noted, sizing him up. "You’ll need to train—and train hard."
?"I’m in your hands, Master!"
?And so, the following day, the true ordeal began.
Breathwork, strength training, swordsmanship, and self-defense—the Doctor and Byakko began to hammer every ounce of discipline they knew into the frail young man.
