William Trey, an 18 year old boy fresh out of high school and fresh into college, finds that he can catch a car by waving a hand and encasing it an ice. So, thats something. Not only that, but he's one of 20 people in the world to gain powers like this. And him? he's got water. Most would be dissapointed to get such a supposedly lackluster element, but not Will. Will knows physics, hydraulics, and a little biology. He knows exactly how to make the most of his powers. Hell, he's even got his totally-just-a-friend Selena to help him out along the way as they try not to be discovered. So while the fire elemental torches the forests and the mind elemental enslaves China, Will has to figure out how to make himself strong enough to protect those he cares about and not be caught. Or else, the concequences could be life-threatening.
