Chapter 4 — The Message

  Chapter 4 — The Message

The battlefield was covered in dust and smoke.

The giants were exhausted. Trees had been torn from the ground, the earth cracked open, and the three Krizardian warriors stood victorious over what remained of the resistance.

Leon struggled to stay on his feet. Even with Kairós’ power awakening inside him, he knew they were reaching their limit.

  Then the sky thundered.

A beam of light split the clouds.

The Krizardian of Fire widened his eyes.

“Lee…? What is he doing here?!”

Before anyone could react, a red aura burst across the battlefield. The air itself trembled as Lee appeared.

“I arrived at the right time,” he said coldly.

In a single flash of movement, he crossed the distance between them.

His claws pierced the Fire Krizardian without hesitation.

  The body fell.

He turned immediately — one swift strike — and the Earth Krizardian collapsed beside him.

The last warrior, the Water Krizardian, froze in terror.

  “M-mercy…”

Lee stepped forward to finish him.

But a hand suddenly stopped his arm.

Wind exploded outward, bending trees and shaking the ground.

Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.

Leon stood there, his eyes glowing a deep yellow, the presence of the beast mixed within his voice.

  “No, Lee… not him.”

Lee slowly calmed, his eyes returning to normal. Leon grabbed the Water Krizardian by the collar and pulled him close.

“This planet won’t last much longer,” Leon said quietly.

“Few will survive. I will let you live… but you will carry a message.”

He threw the warrior to the ground.

“Tell your king the Great I AM has returned… and the days of the Krizardians — and the Arena — are numbered.”

The Krizardian fled to his capsule and escaped into the sky.

Inside the stolen ship, Lara activated a holographic system. Images of volcanic eruptions, oceans boiling, and the planet burning appeared across the transmission channels.

Believing the world was collapsing, the enemy never looked back.

In the giant village, celebration erupted. Fires were lit and chants echoed through the night.

  Lee crossed his arms.

“What was that, Leon? You stopped my attack, yet you struggled against them?”

  Leon smirked.

“If you had taken another hour… I would have beaten all of them.”

  Liu laughed in relief.

“Thank you for coming, Lee. Without you, the plan would’ve failed.”

  “Explain everything,” Lee replied.

  Leon shook his head slightly.

“Later. We still have work to do.”

Under Lara’s direction, the giants began installing holographic defense systems around the planet — false toxic clouds, satellite barriers, and blocked transport routes.

  Soon, Giga2 would become untouchable.

That night, beside a large fire, everyone gathered to hear Leon speak.

“We live in a universe where hope seems lost,” he began.

“But why hasn’t the Creator destroyed everything?”

  Silence filled the village.

“Because there are still those who fight for what is right.”

  He looked at the crowd.

“Today I showed mercy. I could have killed an innocent king… but I didn’t.”

He raised his eyes to the sky.

“Jesus said: ‘Those who call upon Me, I will honor.’

From today on, call upon Him. Leave false beliefs behind and turn to the Creator… and this place will prosper.”

  The giants applauded.

Back at Organization Alpha headquarters, the halls were empty.

  Leon looked around in surprise.

“Lee… are there really that many missions?”

  Lee shook his head.

“No. Almost everyone transferred to Organization Beta. Only one hundred agents stayed.”

  Lara frowned.

“And the council allowed it? How are we supposed to run a place this big?”

  Lee sighed.

“At this rate… I should step down.”

  Liu spoke quietly.

“This is punishment for the Xprians who died…”

  Leon smiled.

  “Is anything impossible for God?”

  He looked at Lee.

“You’re not resigning. We’ll recruit. We’ll show them God is still in control.”

For the first time, hope returned to the organization.

  A new phase had begun.
