The Creator

  EPISODE 5 — The Creator

  Lee’s Memories

A spacecraft glides through hyperspace. Stars stretch into luminous lines, forming a corridor of light.

Lee stands alone in the command room, staring at a hologram filled with stellar coordinates.

  Lee (thought):

  That race… that planet…

Something about them stayed with me.

Could they be connected to all of this?

  The Warriors’ Refuge

A wide chamber with metal beds and soft lighting. The nine rescued warriors sit quietly—some wounded, others simply lost in thought.

Leon enters, his expression serious. One of the warriors stands, visibly emotional.

  Warrior:

I thank God… boy. I prayed a lot that day before the fight.

Leon’s voice is cold and direct.

  Leon:

  I wouldn’t say that.

If you knew what really took you out of that place, you’d be disappointed in your god.

  The warrior looks confused.

  Warrior:

  What do you mean?

  Leon:

The God I serve appeared to me…

and told me He would take me out of there.

  Warrior (intrigued):

Really? Then… which god do you serve?

  Leon (firm):

I serve the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  Warrior:

  I’ve never heard of that.

  Leon softens his tone.

  Leon:

In every culture, He reveals Himself in a different way.

Has any of you ever heard of the Creator God?

An elderly man sitting in the back slowly stands.

  Elder:

How does someone so young know Him?

  Leon smiles, hopeful.

  Leon:

  You know Him?

  Elder:

There is a prophecy on my planet…

It speaks of a Creator who would devour the entire universe.

It says the deeds of men are no longer pleasing to Him,

and that the universe would lose control.

  He sighs.

  Elder:

I’ve lived a long life, boy.

And I can tell you… the universe has been out of control for a very long time.

  Leon grows serious.

  Leon:

  I saw Him.

Not the Creator… but His Son.

He made a great sacrifice on my planet.

When my race was completely lost in sin,

He became flesh and gave Himself for all of us.

  A second warrior scoffs.

  Warrior 2:

  Nonsense.

Every time a planet is about to collapse,

some fool shows up pretending to be a hero,

just to keep hope alive for those who remain.

  Leon remains calm.

  Leon:

  Maybe you’re right… in part.

But what’s wrong with keeping hope alive

for those who no longer believe in anything?

  Warrior 2:

  I tried being honest once.

And what did I gain? Pain and despair.

The arena—cruel as it was—was a mirror of the world.

  You fight… or you die.

  He smirks.

  Warrior 2:

So I gave up on gods. I live by luck now.

  Let me guess… your hero-turned-god

was killed by the very people he tried to save, right?

Leon lowers his head in silence.

  Warrior 2 (laughing):

  Ha! I knew it.

  It’s always the same.

  Planet Videu

A dark planet of stone buildings and thick fog. Red lights flicker as Lee walks through a narrow alley.

At the end, a staircase descends toward a red door.

Lee raises his hand to knock—

  The door opens by itself.

A voice echoes in his mind:

Come in, Lee. I’ve been expecting you.

Inside, a small hall lit by candles.

At the center, an extremely old woman sits before a table, an empty chair across from her.

  Prophetess:

  Sit, Lee.

  He obeys.

She looks deep into his eyes.

  Prophetess:

  The time has come.

The Creator is about to erase the universe.

  She pauses.

  Prophetess:

I no longer have a purpose in this world…

But the answer to stopping this… lies in the boy.

  Her voice grows grave.

  Prophetess:

  No matter what happens—

  protect him with your life.

  Train him.

And under no circumstances… keep your sister away from him.

She plays a vital role in what is to come.

She closes her eyes… and dies.

  Her body begins to fall.

In a fraction of a second, Lee teleports and catches her in his arms.

His face is pale. Shocked. Silent.

  Videu Cemetery

A dry, gray field filled with black stone graves. Lightning flickers faintly in the dark sky.

Lee stands before the prophetess’s grave.

  Lee (softly):

  What did she mean?

Could that terror… Lim, the Krizardian God… return?

  He clenches his fist.

  Lee:

If he awakens… it will be a disaster.

The Creator God… could He really—

He looks up at the sky, troubled.

  Organization Headquarters

The aerial base of the Organization glows with white lights and metallic corridors.

Lee walks through the halls, passing uniformed members.

He enters a massive meeting chamber.

  Final Scene

  The Xprian Council is assembled.

All leaders sit in a semicircle, wearing ceremonial attire.

Lee stops at the entrance, stunned.

  FADE OUT.
