Rolls for this Turn:Personal: Steam GamesThanks to YourFocus Schorly skills take less time and are learned +1 faster while in the North.Expect a more educated North from now on, with the effect increasing over time.

World: BulbapediaPacks of Mightyena and Poochyena have begun living in the Wolfswood, swapping pces with the wolf packs already present.

Since they are from the Pokémon world, they do not fear humans, but will avoid attacking them, lest they turn out to be trainers. As a result of this, the animals kept by humans are less safe than they would usually be from these new packs, as they don’t know how to avoid human settlements like most local wolfpacks do.

  Story:

After being introduced to the rest of your family, your uncle and aunt did their best to continue life as if your addition to the family were nothing unusual.

As part of that, your uncle took Rob to continue his lessons and lordship, though he deemed you a bit too young to need them.

And so with your uncle and cousin occupied, you decided to follow around the next coolest individual and found yourself befriending your bastard cousin Jon Snow.

This mostly involves doing a lot of training in the fields with Sir Roderick, though towards the end of your first month in Winterfell, your cousin was nice enough to have talked your uncle into including you on a hunt with himself and Rob.

During this hunt, you impressed all of them with your archery skills, having managed to catch a hare before any of the others could even see it, much less react.

After the hunt, Jon Snow seems to have recognized you as a peer of sorts, at least in that you're kind to him and have some form of value in the form of your archery skill.

Well, he still clobbers you in any other contest of arms.He has begun making a point of training with you in archery and joining you for meals whenever he can't manage to sit with his father and Rob.

  ---

Otherwise, your timing of winter felt both simir and different from your time in Long Lake Castle.

The first and most major difference is that, unlike Long Lake, where everybody seems to speak the old tongue by default, it seems your uncle runs a more egalitarian castle, where the common tongue is the most popur mode of communication.

Additionally, your lessons, rather than focusing mostly on the North, are focused more broadly on Westeros as a whole under the direction of your aunt Caitlin, who believes that your education up till now was too limiting.

Still, there's always an Ol'Nann who's willing to tell you stories of the North in the old town if you get homesick.

It was partway through these early few weeks in Winterfell that something strange began, however.

Specifically, your uncle started receiving reports from all across the wolfwood of strange-looking wolves that had begun to attack people's livestock.

They weren't particurly hard to fend off, but nobody had ever seen them, and they seemed strangely unafraid of humans compared to the normal packs.

Also, the normal hunters in the Wolves would begin to report that ever since these new wolves appeared, nobody had seen any proof of the regur wolves in the Wolveswood.

There was a lot of discussion about what to do about this, not just because of the threat to the livestock, but because many people were ciming it to be an act of the old gods, showing their displeasure.

  ---

In the end, your uncle authorized local vilges and lords to deal with the wolf problem as they saw fit.Determining that if they truly were sent by the old gods, then the old gods would ensure that they survived.

For his own nds, your uncle organized a hunt in which they would try to reintroduce the fear of men into any packs between Winterfell and the nds of House Cerwyn.

  ---

Calling it a hunt was a bit of a misnomer, given that there were actually dozens of hunting parties all across the part of the Wolfswood nearest Winterfell.

But in the end, several of the Wolves were killed, and the rest were fended off.

However, before the fighting was done, the party included you, your uncle, Sir Roderick, Rob, and Jon.Stumbled across where one particur pack had been keeping its young, but not in time to stop Sir Roderick from killing the st adult of that particur pack.

In the end, it was Rob who convinced your lord uncle to allow you to keep the pups.

After all, your uncle had six children, if you included baby Arya and yourself, and there were six pups who would die without some kind of protection.

And thus you gained a brand new companion. You'll need to think of a name for it…
