The sniper lifted both his hands above and erupted a giant fire dome in the middle of the deep woods.

The sniper points his palm at me and shoots a flamethrower that moves at 100km/h towards my face.

I swapped places with a bullet that I shot in front of me, and I appeared directly below him. I quickly point my gun upwards.

My bullet was supposed to hit him in the head, but I saw him emitting a small amount of but strong flame from the side of his head, propelling it away from my bullet’s trajectory in time to actually dodge it. This guy is so clever with his Faith power. I may have underestimated him.

I throw a bunch of grenades upwards towards him, about 15 grenades this time.

The grenades exploded, but once again, he propels himself away from the grenades quickly and narrowly dodges the explosions.

This time, though, I followed after him. Right as he was about to stop to turn towards me to regain his vision of me, I shot a bullet and swapped places and appeared right above him.
“GOT YA!!”

This time, I actually caught him off guard. I immediately did my spinning axe kick and kicked him down towards the ground in his head. He falls down and crashes quickly towards the ground in just three seconds.
*KKKRRRRRKKK*
“AARRGGHHH!!!”
He hits his left shoulder against the ground, and it gets dislocated a little bit, causing him immense pain immediately. His shoulder bone also cracks a bit from the impact.

Everyone immediately enters their battle stances and activates their Vein armors as well. They all also summoned their weapons in their hands.

“Close combat is not an option against an Elemental type Believer?” said Robert.

Everyone except Diva runs forward towards the man.

If I’m not mistaken, if the Source was damaged to a certain degree, an Elemental type Believer would lose access to their Faith power for an entire minute, but in exchange, the body part that became the Source cannot feel pain; no matter how badly damaged it got, it will eventually heal to a normal state on its own after an entire minute since the last time it was damaged.
