Outside the stadium, there are thousands of people gathering at the exits and entrances. They are all obviously concerned about the gigantic dome of green fire, engulfing the whole stadium.

  Someone from the crowd shouted, and the crowd let him through. It was a man in his 20s, and his body was very tall and muscular.

  “Who are you, sir? And what do you want to do here?”

  “I was supposed to be one of the fighters competing in this tournament. But I was defeated by that girl, Ardina-chan! Plus, I am a Believer! Let me use my Faith power to break through this green dome.”

  “OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!”

  The crowd cheered as soon as the man introduced himself.

  “Everyone! Please stand back far from me! Give me a room to use my Faith power!”

  The crowd did as he instructed. The man walks towards the giant fire dome. When he is directly in front of it, he enters his battle stance and prepares himself.

  “HHRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!”

  *SSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH*

  The man’s right arm produces hot steam, and his skin turns slightly red.

  “STEAM STRIKE!”

  *BAAAAMM*

  The man punches with his steamy red hand and hits the giant fire dome. On impact, the steam goes haywire and rages wildly in all directions.

  *ssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh*

  *!!*

  The man and the crowd soon notice that his attack has done absolutely nothing towards the giant fire dome.

  “TCH! This is even harder than Ardina’s invisible being. What on earth is this?” said the man, frustratingly.

  “DON’T GIVE UP!!”

  *!?*

  Suddenly, someone comes flying from above towards the dome as well. It was another man in his 30s, readying his punch that had been engulfed by green lightning.

  *BAAAAAMMM*

  *ZZZRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTT*

  The man punched the giant dome as well, and green lightning runs wild on it, but as a result, it also does absolutely nothing. The man lands near the other man with the steam Faith power.

  “There are many Believers who came here upon seeing this giant dome. Let’s all keep hitting it with our Faith power, no matter how many times it takes to break everyone free!” said the man with his fist raised.

  “Y-YEAAAHHH!!!”

  The two men kept hitting the giant fire dome with their attacks, and then soon after, one Believer after the other came to help them. There are also other Believers on the other side of the stadiums, hitting the giant fire dome as well; there are hundreds of them. Even though all of their attacks do not affect the giant fire dome in the slightest, they kept hitting it without ever giving up.

  “GOOOOOOOO!!!”

  “DO YOUR BEST, BELIEVERS!!!”

  “FREE THE HOSTAGES!!”

  “WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”

  “KEEP GOIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG!!!”

  The crowds are all cheering for them, and their cheers give them the strength to keep going over and over again, even though what they are trying to do is completely futile.

  Meanwhile, inside the stadium. . .

  Alongside Lukia, both the host and the co-host have also stepped out of their seats. Daniel and Radomin have entered the arena next, standing on both of her sides.

  Daniel clenches his right fist, and white lightning sparks from it.

  “We’ll offer you assistance, Lukia-chan!”

  *BAAAAMMMM*

  Radomin summons his giant gold axe, three times his own body size, and slams the bottom handle on the floor.

  “Wahahahaha, I can’t believe that I am going to fight again at this age of my life. The Golden Bull is active again after a long time!”

  “Daniel-san, Radomin-san, I appreciate the offer, but I don’t really need any help! To be honest, you two will end up a burden for me.”

  “Now, don’t say that, Lukia-chan! It’s better to be cautious. This girl is untouched by anyone in this tournament after all, she really is strong!”

  “She probably never fought someone on my level.”

  “Wahahahaha! We’ll see about that! Because, truthfully, I have a really bad feeling about this.”

  “Guys! Let’s group up with Lukia’s team! We’ll stand a chance with her on our side.” shouts Ardina as she and the Pharaoh run towards Lukia.

  They all asked no questions and immediately regrouped with Lukia and the hosts.

  “She is absurdly strong! And she’s only been using her Vein Armor against us!” said Selam.

  “She can dodge or counter everything we throw at her.” said Sylvianna.

  “Both my illusions and Gabrille-san’s blinding light completely unfazed her.” said Phil.

  “Mmhhhh, I’ve never met someone this strong in my life.” said Gabrielle.

  “My punch didn’t even hurt her, and she broke Meli-chan to pieces earlier! DAMMIT!” said Ardina.

  “Please lend us your strength, Lukia-san!” said the Pharaoh.

  “I’m going to be honest, guys, I think you’re all just going to end up as a burden for me!” said Lukia.

  “Wahahahaha! Like I said, we need to prioritize everyone’s safety first.” said Daniel.

  “Yeah, let’s get them together, folks!” said Radomin.

  Eissen turned his head towards Mari, and he was surprised.

  “Kh kh kh kh!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”

  Mari is laughing, and her tone sounds very mocking. Everyone who stood against her was very perplexed by her actions.

  “AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! I APOLOGIZE FOR LAUGHING!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!”

  Mari puts her right hand on her face and leaves gaps between her fingers open for both of her eyes.

  “NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE OR HOW STRONG YOU ARE, YOU SIMPLY CANNOT COMPETE WITH ME!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!”

  Everyone’s spirits were crushed upon hearing Mari’s statement, but Lukia remains the only one without a care in the world.

  “How very arrogant! I’ll quickly turn your smile and attitude 180 degrees the other way, Terrorist-san!” said Lukia.

  “Yeah?? TRY ME!!” said Mari with a confident smile and glare towards Lukia.

  *PSHEW*

  Lukia lifts her index finger, and she shoots a very thin water jet stream, its thickness is merely 0.01 millimeters. Mari narrowly dodges the water to the side, but it almost grazes her left cheek.

  “Such an obvious attack! I don’t even need my danger sense for that!”

  “Let’s see how you’re going to react later after I’m done with you!”

  “Tough words for someone who hasn’t landed a single hit!”

  “Well, that’s because I haven’t really tried to properly fight you! I’m warming up!”

  “Then what are you waiting for?”

  *!!!*

  Mari’s danger sense activates, and she immediately raises her left fist upwards.

  *ZAPS*

  *BAM*

  A white thunder strikes from above, but Mari bashes away the lightning backhandedly. The white lightning hits the floor and disperses quickly.

  “I AM GOING TO BE A LITTLE ROUGH, KOBAYASHI-SAN!!”

  Radomin appears above Mari in the air, swinging his golden hammer towards her head.

  *BAAAAMM*

  She narrowly dodges his hammer to the side, and he hits the floor.

  *!!*

  Mari’s danger sense activated again, and she jumped away from Radomin. Turns out his hammer immediately changes shape into golden slime that grows five tentacles with a blade on each of the tips, and they charged at her.

  As soon as Mari lands, Ardina and the Pharaoh charge at her. Ardina turns her right hand invisible, and the Pharaoh rides his giant snake, summoning a cutlass made of yellow rock with fire burning on the blade in his right hand.

  Selam and Sylvianna also charge at Mari. Selam shoots her plasma beams nonstop at Mari while Sylvianna flies forward ahead of everyone with her explosive jumps.

  *DAHK*

  She swings her leg at Mari’s head, but Mari blocks the kick with her right forearm.

  *BOOOOOOOOMMM*

  Her kick explodes on contact. Both Mari and Sylvianna are covered by a thick smoke.

  “(Hmm, her explosion can’t break through my Vein Armor, so this attack was solely for blocking my visions.)”

  Selam’s plasma beams keep hitting Mari, but she is unfazed, no matter how many hit her, so she completely ignores them. Ardina and the Pharaoh entered the smoke, and they unleashed their attacks on her at the same time. Ardina’s invisible being also attacked Mari and entered the smoke as well. Sylvianna also continues her attack on Mari; she jumps ahead and swings another leg towards her face.

  *PSHEW*

  When all of their attacks almost land on Mari, something else that travels faster than everyone else also enters the smoke, and it is aimed at her forehead.

  Firstly, Mari punches Sylvianna on her stomach after avoiding her kick and sends her flying. Then, she grabs the Pharaoh’s cutlass on the flaming blade with her right hand. She grips it and crushes it into pieces, and punches the Pharaoh away on his chin. Then, she stops both Ardina’s hand and her invisible being’s attack with both hands. She crushes her invisible being by crushing it with a grip, then she quickly punches Ardina on her stomach and sends her flying away. All of this sequence happened merely within one second, leaving everyone unable to react.

  “ARGH”

  “URGH!”

  “UARGH!”

  *!!*

  But then Mari was suddenly grazed on her right forearm when she was in the motion of punching Ardina. She lands on the floor and checks her hand. Everyone was surprised when they saw Mari bleed, given the fact that none of their attacks had any effect on her whatsoever.

  “Looks like I broke through your Vein Armor. What happened to your danger sense?” said Lukia with a proud smirk.

  She was the one who shot another water jet stream traveling at a very high speed at her earlier.

  Immediately, Radomin, Daniel, and Gabrielle charge at Mari.

  “GO EVERYONE!” shouts Phil.

  Radomin and Daniel were under some sort of delusion that was put by Phil. They are currently feeling that they are far stronger than they actually are, and those illusions boosted their raw emotion so much that, in turn, increased the output of their Faith power by a significant margin.

  White lightning is sparking violently across Daniel’s entire body.

  “WAHAHAHAHA!!! I’VE NEVER FELT LIKE THIS MY WHOLE LIFE!!”

  Radomin, on the other hand, has his body grown more muscular by a significant amount.

  “FOR REAL!! THANKS, PHIL-SAN!”

  “Hm hm, don’t mention it.”

  Gabrielle was blind, so he was immune to Phil’s Faith power. He simply grew a pair of wings and summoned his angelic being. All four of them, excluding Phil, cornered Mari in the center. They all came from four different directions with their attacks ready.

  But before they even swung their attacks, Mari reacted first. She kills Gabrielle’s summoned being by punching a hole in its head, she knee-strikes Gabrielle on his chin, she grabs and stops Radomin’s golden hammer, and then she kicks him in the chest and sends him flying, and lastly, she accepts Daniel’s lightning strike in her face, the lightning zaps her entire body, but nothing happens to her.

  “EEEHH?”

  *BAAAAAM*

  “UAAARRGGHH!!”

  She punched Daniel in the face, and he was launched away.

  Selam is currently airborne, high above the sky with both of her arms glowing bright pink, ready to unleash a big attack.

  “PLASMA BLAST!”

  Selam shoots two plasma beams towards Mari below. She catches those two beams with both of her hands and grips them, trapping them inside her palms.

  *ZZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG*

  The plasma beams exploded, but their explosion was contained inside Mari’s palms. Only its bright pink light escapes through her skin.

  “W-WHAT?”

  *!!*

  Mari immediately jumps up high to the same elevation as Selam.

  “Go down!”

  She grabs Selam on the neck, and she falls and drags her down with her towards the arena.

  *GRAAAHHHKKKKK*

  When Mari lands on the arena, she slams her against the floor, and the impact cracks the floor in a small radius around her body. Selam immediately loses consciousness on impact.

  *!!!*

  Mari’s danger sense activates. Lukia shot another water jet stream from her finger at her. This time, she clenches her fist and punches it, and it splashes everywhere on contact.

  Mari immediately rushes towards Lukia afterwards.

  “Not so fast!”

  Lukia shoots another water jet stream from her finger, but Mari easily dodges it to the side. She jumped above so fast that she looked like she had disappeared.

  “(W-Where did she go?)”

  Lukia was panicking a bit.

  All of a sudden, Mari appears directly behind her. But Lukia quickly creates a ball of water, rising from below, and traps both of them inside.

  “GOTCHA!! YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE UPPER HAND JUST BECAUSE YOU’RE THIS CLOSE TO ME?”

  Lukia is able to speak normally despite being underwater.

  “. . . .”

  Mari did not say anything. She raises her right hand to the side and summons her giant scythe.

  Mari slashes Lukia right across her chest in front of the audience, though there seems to be no blood coming out at all. The ball of water that trapped them immediately burst and splattered on the floor. Mari lands on the floor while Lukia falls to the floor motionlessly. She doesn’t move anymore.

  Everyone either had their jaws open or covered their mouth at the sight that they just saw. Their biggest hope of taking down Mari just drops to the floor as if she’s already dead.

  A deafening silence was echoing throughout the entire stadium. Only the breeze of the wind can be occasionally heard. Mari smirks and puts her giant scythe to the side as she puts her hand on her face again, leaving gaps between her fingers for her eyes to see.

  “EVEN AMONGST THE SEVEN JUDGES, MY FAITH POWER IS THE ONLY ONE SPECIALIZED FOR KILLING!!”
