". . .ugh. . ."

  Lily opens her eyes. She sits up and tries to assess the situation. The first thing that she sees is Light, directly punching Martin in the face.

  *sobs*

  Lily felt a sense of salvation. She shed tears as she felt the very glimpse of salvation right before her eyes. She also thinks that there is a slim chance that Martin can actually be taken down.

  Years upon years of defeats and pains felt like it was going to be over. She starts sobbing hard. She's been enduring this for such an unhealthy amount of time.

  She cried. She cries hard. Her tears fall like nothing is holding them back. She is crying like a child. Her cries were so innocent. She cries for quite some time while Light is fighting Martin.

  Martin's body becomes warped and distorted from the punch. After a few seconds, Martin warps away from Light's fist. As Martin warped, Light's fist was repelled back as if it were the recoil of a shotgun.

  Above the sky, Martin reappears and launches straight down towards the ground at high speed. He fell from around 10 meters high. He crashed on the ground, and debris from the building nearby fell and buried him.

  Light is not finished. He jumps high above where Martin is buried under the rubble. Light blackens his right hand, and he moves it backwards, facing the sky. Above Light's back, an entire tall building is floating above him. He swings his hand down, and the building is launched straight down at high speed following his motion.

  The impact creates a big shockwave and shakes the entire city. The building was destroyed into smaller pieces, and Martin was buried even deeper under the pile of rubble. Light jumps back and lands near Lily. He noticed that Lily was crying, and he walked closer towards her.

  "Save your tears for when we take him down, Lily-san!"

  Lily's sobbing stopped. She wipes her tears away and tries to gain her composure.

  All of a sudden, there is a tall building flying towards their location. Light turns around and transforms his right hand. The tall building touches his right palm, and the entire building disintegrates and is absorbed into it almost instantly.

  "She's still preparing herself! Don't be impatient!"

  Martin appeared quite a distance standing against them.

  "I fully expected the Queen of Time to be the one to handle that building. Your Faith power is quite strong. I guess you're not all talk."

  "I thought I told you that flattery doesn't work on me!"

  Lily stood up. She stands right next to Light. Light turns his head towards her.

  "Are you alright now?"

  "*sobs*, my nose is still running and my eyes are still a bit wet, but other than that, I'm fine! Thank you for saving me!"

  "Like I said, save the gratitude for when we actually beat him!"

  "*sobs* okay. . ."

  Martin stares intimidatingly at Lily.

  "You dare oppose me after all this time, Queen of Time? You're one of the few people in the entire world who has taken the closest look at my Faith power."

  Lily feels pressured by his words, so she unconsciously takes a step back. Her body is shaking and trembling. Before her mental state gets worse, Light undoes his transformation on his right hand and puts that hand on Lily's shoulder.

  "Lily-san, you're not alone! Don't get intimidated by him. You have to overcome your fear. I'll stand by your side the whole time! Do this for Michelle-san! Don't forget that we're going to kick his ass!!"

  Light's words reach Lily. She reaffirms her purpose and focuses on taking Martin down. She takes a long, deep breath and lets out a long exhale.

  "I'm ready!"

  "That's what I want to hear. Let's go, Lily-san!"

  Light and Lily enter their fighting stances.

  "This reminds me of the book of Genesis from the Holy Bible! Remember the story of the fall of man? Man and Woman stand against God with the original sin that they've just committed!"

  "Now, now, don't fool yourself thinking that you're God! You have none of His good traits!"

  "That so?" Martin smirks.

  "(Does my Faith power really not work on that boy?)"

  "Drop dead!"

  Martin's word was aimed towards Light. According to his Faith power, Light is supposed to be dead the moment Martin utters his word. Yet nothing happened to him. In fact, something happened to Martin instead.

  "(What is this overwhelming presence? This divine pressure. This is just like. . .Him.)"

  Martin felt a divine presence coming from inside Light, and yet this felt distinct from Light himself. Then, through Martin's eyes alone, he can see something appearing above Light's head.

  "(A. . . dove?)"

  A dove spirit appears only to Martin's eyes. His appearance was accompanied by the sky above opening up and light shining towards the dove and Light, but again, this was all only visible by Martin.

  "(So, You sent him, huh? Alright, let's see what Your plan here!)"

  Lily summons two of her clock-hand swords in both hands. Light blackens and opens both his palms. He starts absorbing the air all around the city, concentrated into both of his palms. The air was compressed so much that it caused friction and heated the air on his palms to a really high temperature in such a short time. All of a sudden, a purple light emerges from both of his palms.

  "(Plasma?!)" Lily wonders to herself upon seeing the light in Light's hands.

  The two purple plasmas grow longer to 1,5 meters in length. Light wields the two purple plasmas in his hands as if they're DIY beam sabers sticking out of his palms.

  Light jumps forward towards Martin. He slashes Martin with his right plasma saber. Martin dodges ever so slightly but completely avoiding any contact. Light rotates his body and swings his left plasma towards Martin's side. Martin clenches his right fist and punches the plasma from Light's hand, and it breaks apart. Light swings his right plasma again. Martin opens his palms to catch Light's plasma, but Lily suddenly comes from the left, swinging her left sword towards Martin.

  Martin catches Light's plasma, but his right hand is immediately cut by Lily's left sword. Light remade his left plasma and thrusts it forward towards Martin's stomach. Lily does the same, but using her right clock-hand sword as well. They both pierce Martin's stomach. Immediately, they swung their weapons out of him, cutting him open, detaching his torso and his lower body. Light also immediately swings his right plasma and cuts Martin's left hand as well.

  *!!!*

  Martin's detached left hand and right hand suddenly move on their own and grab Light and Lily by the neck.

  "URGH!!"

  "URKH!!"

  Martin's entire body fixes itself, and both of his hands regrow, but his detached hands are still floating and holding Light and Lily around the neck.

  “Creating plasma from compressed air. Interesting technique you got there!! You've been studying?" asks Martin to Light.

  "Just from videos on the internet!!"

  Light and Lily were lifted upwards high towards the sky above. About 10 meters high from the ground, Martin suddenly appears in front of them.

  Light uses his plasma to stab the detached hand and sever it in two and freeing himself from the hold. Lily does the same but with her clock-hand sword. Martin points his open palms towards both Light and Lily.

  "Boom!"

  From his palms, a shockwave of air blasts them both diagonally towards the ground.

  Light defended against the attack by crossing his transformed arms while Lily summoned multiple layers of her clock-shield, yet they still both blasted away, but received minimal damage. Light transformed both of his feet, and he landed safely on the ground. Lily uses time stop on herself right when her feet were 0,1cm away from touching the ground.

  "You okay, Lily-san?"

  "I'm fine!!"

  Martin teleports to the ground a distance away from them. Light and Lily walk forward towards him.

  Lily's hair changes into light blue, and her pupils into that of a clock. She accelerates herself and starts jumping and tossing around, ricocheting on the buildings and the road surrounding Martin randomly in a large loop. Light gathers the fabric of space on his feet and warps towards Martin. He appears in front of Martin directly and is already throwing his punch. His blackened fist is also imbued with the distorted fabric of space. As his punch is about to land, Lily suddenly runs towards Martin as well and reaches him in no time. She times herself so that her punch lands at the same time as Light's.

  Lily was running around as fast as she could in laps to gain momentum and increase the mass of her punch. Both of their punches connect. Martin was blown away by the combined power of space and time.

  Martin was blown 30 meters away from them. His body landed after a lot of bounces on the ground. The momentum from both punches was underwhelming, but that was because Martin uttered some words quietly before their punches connected.

  "LET'S KEEP GOING, LILY-SAN!"

  "YES!"

  Light puts his right blackened palm in front of him and gathers rocks from the debris and rubble of the destroyed buildings. The rocks formed a massive and perfectly round sphere that is four times the size of an adult human male.

  "Lily-san, accelerate this!"

  "Understood!"

  Lily manipulates the time of the giant rock sphere. Light pulls his hand backward, and the massive rock sphere floating above his palm follows his motion. Light throws the giant rock sphere as if he's a baseball pitcher. Lily accelerated time on the rock sphere and made the rock sphere go forward at a speed faster than the speed of light. The rock sphere caught fire due to friction with the air, and it became a small meteor.

  Normal human eyes cannot possibly see this massive rock sphere coming at the speed it was thrown. The giant rock sphere landed instantly on the ground where Martin is standing and creates a giant explosion, but before the explosion harms the entire city due to its massive size and mass, Lily has erected multiple of her clock shield forming the shape of a giant dome around Martin a few milliseconds right before the meteor explodes, trapping the explosion and Martin inside.

  The timing was tight, but the Queen of Time pulled it off with no effort. The explosion was contained within the dome-shaped clock shields, but as a result, it exploded multiple times due to the raging heat energy having no escape and no way to expand. Lily makes the dome of the clock-shield smaller and smaller until it disappears along with Martin and the explosions.

  "Lily-san, that was deadly, but. . ."

  "I know, he won't take any damage even after all that."

  *!!*

  Martin suddenly appears behind Light and Lily, as there's not even dirt or a burnt wound after all of those attacks.

  "Air geyser!"

  From Martin's body, an explosion of air occurred, and it blasts Lily away. Light has his automatic transformation that protects and absorbs the air explosion, making him completely stand still in place. However, after Martin's attack was completely absorbed, Light jumps away and lands next to Lily, who's also completely unharmed by the air explosion.

  "I've been observing your Faith power for a while now. Is that telekinesis, gravity manipulation, magnetism, or something else? But then again, those black spheres earlier don't seem like the ones I mentioned. Is that some kind of black hole? I legit never knew there exists a black-hole-based Faith power that is a transformation type."

  "Again with the lack of knowledge?"

  "Arrogant! Be careful now, because my hands are Godly."

  Martin teleports again, and this time, he appears in front of them. He catches them both on their faces with both of his hands, and they are glowing in golden light. Light's face automatically transformed on contact. Lily was also captured, even though she was reacting to his grab. She somehow still lands on his grip.

  "(What did he do to her? I was for sure saw that she dodged that.)" Light asks himself.

  "(What is this? He never used this on me before!)" Lily asks herself as well.

  The golden light on Martin's hands is shining brightly. Light was unaffected, but Lily was blown away from him, and she crashed into a random store in the city.

  "What a nuisance!"

  Four tall buildings suddenly appeared above Martin and Light. The four buildings fall fast and crash into them, creating a gigantic amount of mess and lifting a lot of dust into the air.

  Martin realizes that Light has disappeared from his grip. He has escaped to the store as well at the last second, where they regroup inside.
