Even with Alexander and Diana's superhuman agility and dexterity, they were still far from the level of true tango professionals.
However, their synchronicity and the glow with a certain mysticism of |Ascending Flow| captivated the audience, even with some mistakes.
Knowing Diana wasn't comfortable with this type of situation, Alexander led the group to the table, where they could spend the night eating and drinking in a calmer and more reserved manner.
After spending a few hours occasionally talking with the strangers who came to his table, to promote the Twin Combats Academy, Alexander took advantage of a moment when people were distracted and left the party with Diana's family.
As soon as he arrived at his house, Alexander said goodnight to Diana and her family and collapsed on the sofa.
The day had been long for everyone, but much longer for him.
Upon seeing Alexander lying on the sofa, Diana's family also made their preparations and went to sleep—after all, it had indeed been a long day.
After a few hours of rest and making sure Diana's parents were already asleep, Alexander—who hadn't slept—opened his eyes and used |Sneak| to go to Diana's room without making noise.
Waking up still a bit drowsy and slow upon being touched, Diana took a while to realize it was Alexander who was trying to wake her in the middle of the night.
As soon as she realized this, she instinctively tried to scream, which he skillfully prevented. "I'm sorry for waking you up like this, but we need to talk."
"I'll wait for you outside," said Alexander. "Try not to take too long or make noise."
After a while—when she recovered from the shock and calmed down—Diana appeared at the door and went to Alexander with her face red.
"What is it, Alexander?" asked Diana, over the hiss of the night wind.
"There's no easy way to say this," sighed Alexander, reflecting on their entire situation. "I'm leaving. Today. Now."
Diana's red and slightly smiling face immediately lost its color and her ears drooped. "You're leaving? Where to? Why?"
"I don't want to lie to you, but I also can't tell you the truth," replied Alexander. "Not here."
"Then I'm going with you," said Diana without any hesitation.
"This time I can't take you with me," replied Alexander, able to see what lay ahead. "But I guarantee it has nothing to do with you."
Upon learning that this time he wouldn't take her with him, Diana began to cry.
For the first time in that world, he felt a real ache in his chest.
"No. I don't want this…Please… don’t leave. Don’t go," begged Diana, crying hard.
"I'm truly sorry, but I can't stay," said Alexander, trying to be strong.
"Then at least tell me why you're leaving," asked Diana.
"I already said I don't want to lie. Not to you," replied Alexander, his heart began to ache intensely. "The truth isn't so simple for me to tell you here."
"Then let's go somewhere where you can tell me," said Diana.
"We can't do that, Diana," replied Alexander. "We would have to move away from the city and your parents would be left without any information while we 'disappear' in the middle of the night."

Realizing she couldn't do that to her parents, Diana began to cry even more—that broke Alexander's heart even further.
He wanted to wipe away her very last tears, but he felt that if he touched her, he might not be able to let her go.
"I'm sorry… I know it's cruel of me," sighed Alexander, unsure whether to tell her or not.
However, in the end, he gave in. "I owe you at least the truth for our time together… But not here."
"I'm going to leave Ocean with you," said Alexander. "Meet me at your family's house, but don't tell anyone besides your parents that I'm leaving... I don't want people here to know I left so quickly."
"You promise you'll show up?" asked Diana, wiping away her tears.
"Yes," assured Alexander. "But the truth isn't simple. Be ready."
"I will be prepared," said Diana, sad, but full of determination.
"Take it. It's Ocean's identification," said Alexander as he handed her one of the medals from his adventurer's cord.
Diana seemed to want to talk more, but before she had the chance, Alexander used |Ascending Flow|, |Sneak|, and |Concealment| as hard as he could and disappeared as if he were a dream, or nightmare.
He knew that if she kept talking, he wouldn’t be able to walk away.
Taking advantage of these same skills, he left the academy and Twin City without being noticed.
When he had moved far enough away, he deactivated them and began to run without looking back.
He was afraid that if he looked even once he might end up regretting it and going back.
After confirming there was no one behind him, at least that he could sense, Alexander adjusted his trajectory towards Iron Hammer City.
As he wanted to get as far away from Twin City as possible before sunrise, he continued running for a few hours while drinking the potions that had been provided to him.
Upon feeling the first rays of sun hitting him, Alexander began to look for a private and quiet place to stop and evolve.
After searching for several minutes, he found a small but sturdy cave in what seemed like a relatively safe area.
He poisoned it along with the surrounding area with as much poison as his goblin form could produce.
Alexander knew that some creatures couldn't resist their own poison, but he wasn't afraid. His enhancements (Poisonous Body II) and (Poison Resistance II) would protect him from himself.
After returning to the small cave and stabilizing his breathing, Alexander cleared an area and took out what he would need for his 3rd evolution.
Any other creature wouldn't try to evolve if their physical and mental condition wasn't at its peak.
However, he barely needed to manage his own evolution, since it was the system that did it, he didn't need to worry about that.
With everything ready, Alexander checked his status one last time and began the preparations for his evolution.
