I apologize for the radio silence over the past month. I know you're eagerly awaiting Volume 3, but unfortunately, its release will be delayed slightly.

  My focus has been entirely on Volume 1—specifically, refining it for publication as an ebook on Amazon Kindle. This is a completely new venture for me as a writer, and it's been a challenging process to ensure the manuscript is polished without drastically altering the core plot.

  The last month has involved extensive editing: refining the manuscript, adjusting story beats for better flow, and adding supplementary scenes to smoothly bridge Volume 1 into Volume 2. I have to say, editing is far more demanding than writing! It's been quite the undertaking.

  I've just completed the final edit. Now, I am simply waiting for the commissioned cover art. Once I have that, I can publish the book on Kindle, which I'm tentatively planning for December 28th.

  Rest assured, I haven't forgotten Volume 3. While I typically avoid strict outlining, I'm trying a new approach for this volume. It won't be a rigid plan, but rather setting a clear start and end point and defining the core premise. After that, I'll return to my usual writing cadence. I'm not sure if this new method will be a success or lead to burnout, but as in life, you have to stumble to learn to stand up.

  Consider this my little rant to relieve some of the pressure built up from the editing process.
