“You think, your tough little man…well let’s see what you got.” Recoome said looking down at Gohan.

  Gohan set his feet on the ground, clenched his teeth, and started to charge his energy, the ground around him started to shake; “Oh, Recoome you better watch out the kid has a power level of 40,000.” Jeice shouted to Recoome while ughing

  “40,000…no wonder he was able to kill Guldo, but that’s not enough to beat me.” Recoome said as started ughing.

  Gohan ran towards Recoome, as he jumped over Recoome and kicked him in the face, but Recoome caught Gohan’s foot and then tossed him in the air as he started throwing energy balls at Gohan.

  Gohan dodged them as he fired a Masenko at Recoome, Gohan then disappeared and reappeared behind Recoome and fired a Kamehameha hitting Recoome in the back, Gohan saw that Recoome was still standing, after that attack.

  Recoome ran towards Gohan and started attacking him, Gohan struggled to block the attacks, “You never stood a chance kid.” Recoome ughed

  Gohan couldn’t block the attacks anymore as Recoome overpowered his defense and started to nd heavy blows on Gohan, making him cough up blood as each hit nded.

  Recoome then punched Gohan in the stomach causing him to crash into the ground, “I can’t lose…” Gohan said as he managed to get back up again

  Gohan charged up two energy bst in each of his hands before he fired them at Recoome who took a deep breath and exhaled sending the bst back towards Gohan.

  Gohan jumped in the air to avoid it but Recoome appeared and punched Gohan back into the ground, Gohan struggled to get back on his feet, wondering what was taking his dad so long to arrive.

  “I won’t quit I have to keep fighting; my friends are depending on me.” Gohan said as he got back up.

  Recoome than rushed him as he tired to knee Gohan in the face, but Gohan managed to block it with both of his hands, and he used the momentum of Recoome’s knee to send himself flying in the air.

  Gohan came back down and punched Recoome in the face with everything he had causing Recoome to fall on the ground, where Gohan used a flurry of punches on Recoome causing the ground beneath him to start and break apart, as each punch nded.

  Recoome managed to dodge one of the punches and counter Gohan’s attack, “Come on kid, you have to try better than that.” Recoome said ughing as he elbowed Gohan in the face sending him flying backwards and nding on the ground.

  Gohan slowly got back up he saw Recoome sitting on a rock staring at him, “I have to keep fighting for, Piccolo, Raditz, Tein, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha.” Gohan tried attacking Recoome, but he dodged it and flew into the air and fired off a volley of energy bsts, Gohan started jumping backwards dodging the bsts as they almost hit him.

  Gohan escaped into the air, where Recoome appeared and knocked him back to the ground, Gohan’s entire body hurt but he knew that he had to get back up. He slowly got back up, fell coughed up blood and got back up again. “I ha...ve to…keep…fighting.”

  “Wow, you’re still alive, you’re a tough little guy…well time to put you out of your misery.” Recoome said looking at Gohan with surprise as Gohan limped towards him, when Recoome suddenly tried to kick Gohan in the neck, but Gohan barely dodged it as he twisted his body to the side as the kick nd on the right side of his body, breaking his ribs and his arm.

  Gohan nded on his back unable to move anymore, as Recoome walked up to him, and picked him up by his colr, “Well it’s impressive that you managed to dodge my kick, and st this long but this is it, now it’s time for you to die kid.” Recoome said as he raised his free hand and held his palm in front of Gohan’s face charging up his energy.

  Suddenly a sound came from the sky and a bright light flew past them and nded, a few miles away, “I wonder who that is.” Recoome said as he lowered the hand he was aiming at Gohan and stared at where the light nded.

  “Maybe, it’s a Namek coming home from vacation.” Jeice said.

  “Well, they don’t know what they are getting into.” Burter said ughing

  “Da—d…you... made it” Gohan mumbled as he felt a sense of hope rising inside him.

  “Huh…what was that kid…speak up” Recoome said as he held Gohan up higher and brought him to his ear to hear what Gohan had said.

  Gohan saw a glimpse of a light rushing towards him when suddenly his dad was carrying him in his arms, “Gohan…son it’s ok I’m here now…wow you are in a bad shape.”

  “H…ey dad.” Gohan said as he tried to hug his dad, but his body wouldn’t listen to him,

  “Hey son here eat this Senzu Bean.” Goku said as he gave Gohan a Senzu bean, Gohan felt himself get healed completely, all his cuts, bruises disappeared and even his broken ribs and arm were healed.

  “Dad, you finally made it, I tried my best to fight those guys, but I couldn't win, they were too strong.” Gohan said as his dad stood him up and patted his clothes taking off the dust.

  “Your mom would kill me if see saw the shape you are in; yeah, I can tell they are strong but leave everything to me ok.” Goku said as he stood up and smiled at Gohan, as he and Gohan walked towards Krillin

  “I tried my best, to fight that big guy but he was too strong dad.” Gohan said

  “I can tell son…Vegeta is in bad shape too, did the big guy take the three of you out, seems like he’s tough.” Goku said looking over at Recoome.

  “Here you go Krillin a Senzu Bean.” Goku said giving a bean to Krillin who was healed as well.

  “Yeah, those guys are too strong…we have never faced something like this, we couldn’t win even with Vegeta helping us. I don’t think we can win even with your help; things have been crazy since we nded on this pnet. I don’t even know where to begin.” Krillin said looking at Goku

  “Hold on, let me try something, just rex I’m going to try and read your mind.” Goku said putting his hand on top of Krillins head, “…So, that’s what happened, I understand everything now.”

  “How did you do that dad?” Gohan asked

  “I don’t really know I trained at 100x earth’s gravity, and I felt something change in me, and I guess this was it. You guys did an amazing job, I’m proud of you guys especially you Gohan, you have gotten so much stronger Piccolo and Raditz would be proud if they could see you now…hey Vegeta catch and eat this.” Goku said as he tossed a Senzu Bean to Vegeta

  Vegeta caught the Senzu Bean and looked at it before eating it as he got up healed as well, “Goku why did you do that, we still don’t know if we can trust him.” Krillin said as he looked at Goku in surprise.

  “I have a feeling we are going to need all the help we can get.” Goku said looking at Krillin

  Goku stated walking towards Recoome, “You guys stay back I’ll take care of these Ginyu guys ok.”

  “Your dad is crazy if he thinks that he can beat them all by himself. That training must have gone to his head.” Krillin said looking at Goku

  “No…my dad can win this I don’t know how I can tell but I feel like my dad can and will beat them.” Gohan said looking at his dad.

  “If you say so Gohan, we just have to wait and see I guess.” Krillin said as he turned to look at Goku again.

  “Hey, guys what’s his power level?” Recoome shouted at Burter and Jeice,

  “It’s 5,000 you can take care of this guy easily.” Burter said checking his scouter

  “What only 5,000…man this won’t be that much fun, the kid over there had a power of 40,000 and it seems like you are weaker than him.” Recoome said as he suddenly charged towards Goku trying to attack him, Krillin covered is eyes in fear of seeing Goku get hurt.

  Gohan kept his eyes open because he had a feeling that his dad would win, his eyes widened in surprise as he saw his dad disappear and reappear behind Burter and Jeice, “Hey where did Goku go…Gohan did you see where you dad went…Gohan hey.” Krillin asked Gohan after Krillin opened his eyes and saw Goku was no longer standing where he was before, and Recoome was looking around as well.

  Gohan couldn’t answer Krillin as he still couldn't believe what he saw, Krillin waved his hand in front of Gohan’s eyes, “Earth to Gohan are you listening to me?”

  Before Gohan could answer Burter and Jeice’s shouted as they turned around and saw Goku was behind them, “How did he get over there…wow” Krillin shouted in surprise, “Wait… did you notice him move Gohan?”

  “Yeah…barely I think I noticed him a couple of seconds after Vegeta did.” Gohan said as he got over how shocked he was at what he saw.

  “That’s incredible, Gohan, I didn’t even see him move…you said Vegeta noticed him first, man I don’t want to know how much stronger he’s gotten.” Krillin said looking at Vegeta.

  “You guys have caused enough damage, leave now before it’s to te.” Goku said effortlessly dodging Burter and Jeices attack before he nded in front of Recoome.

  “Leave…haha you are a funny guy; you might be fast but that doesn’t mean anything to me.” Recoome said as he started to charge up an attack as the ground started to break apart as, “Full Power Eraser—” Recoome shouted before Goku appeared in front of him and elbowed him in the stomach causing Recoome to fall over clutching his stomach.

  “Wow…one hit and Goku won, I guess you were right Gohan your dad might be able to win this.” Krillin said.

  “What how’s that possible there’s no way Recoome would lose to a guy with only a power level of 5,000” Jeice said looking at Goku in surprise.

  “He just caught Recoome off guard…. come on Recoome get up stop pying around.” Burter said as he started to get worried that Recoome wasn’t moving.

  “Leave this pnet now or end up like him, this is your st warning.” Goku said looking at Burter and Jeice.
