The Saibamen jumped back as the group managed to fight them back, “Looks like it’s time to get serious.” Krillin said

  “Krillin!” a voice shouted, when the group looked up, they saw two people nd beside them, one of them was a short white-skinned, person with red circles on his cheeks, wearing a bck hat, tank top, and bck pants. The second person was a tall bald man that had three eyes, wearing green pants, and no shirt.

  “Hey Tien, Chiaotzu nice of you guys to drop by, we could use the help.” Krillin said

  “Looks like the saiyans brought some friends.” The tall bald one said,

  “No Tien, they grew them here, don’t ask I’ll expin ter.” Krillin responded

  “Ok, I’m guessing the guy with the long hair is Goku’s brother, which makes the little guy Goku’s son.” Tien said, looking at them.

  “Yeah, his name is Raditz, and this is Gohan.” Krillin said pointing at them while saying their names, “Piccolo and Raditz trained with each other, and they helped train Gohan like Kami told us.”

  “Hmm…I guess Kami knew what he was doing.” Tien said

  “Enough! Saibamen, attack I want to hear them begging for mercy.” Nappa said

  “Hey, hold on!” a voice shouted as someone, with long bck hair, with a scar across right eye and a x-shaped scar on his left cheek, wearing am orange Gi like Krillin’s nded next to Gohan. “Sorry I’m te.” The man said

  “Hey Yamcha!” greeted Krillin

  “Will you look at that they have seven people now.” Vegeta said looking at Nappa, “I have a proposal folks, how about we have a little contest you seven vs our seven.” Vegeta said

  “We aren’t here to py games, all of you come at us at once.” Piccolo said clenching his fist in anger.

  “Hold on Piccolo we are still waiting for Goku to get here it wouldn’t be a bad idea to kill some time until he gets here.” Krillin said trying to calm Piccolo down.

  “Fine, who’s going first?” Piccolo said

  “I’ll go first, this should be a good warm up.” said Tien walking forward.

  “You go, don’t hold back understood.” Vegeta said looking at one of the Saibamen, who nodded.

  The Saibamen ran forward, and Tien rushed to meet him as Tien struck with an open fist causing the Saibamen to fly backwards, where Tien chased after him.

  The Saibamen nded on his feet and then jumped forward and opened his head and spat out some white liquid at Tien who dodged it, it flew past him towards the group where everyone jumped out of the way. Once the liquid contacted the ground it burned the ground leaving a small trench where it nded.

  “Wow I’m gd you told us about the acid Raditz.” Krillin said looking at the trench, with a hint of fear in his eyes

  Tien nded behind the Saibamen, then they both jumped into the air where Tien elbowed it in the stomach and then chopped it in the neck causing it to fall to the ground defeated.

  “Yeah, good job Tien.” Chiaotzu cheered, as Tien nded on the ground

  “Looks like this batch has some weaklings, Nappa.” Vegeta said,

  “No this is the batch that survived our st battle, they all have the same power level as… him.” Nappa said looking up and pointing at Raditz.

  “Well that expins it we all know how weak Raditz is or was he did manage to increase his power level in a year. haha.” Vegeta ughed

  Tien started to walk back to the group as the Saibamen struggled to get back up, when Vegeta suddenly killed it.

  “Vegeta why did you kill him?” Nappa asked, looking at Vegeta in surprise.

  “He was no longer useful to us.” Vegeta said as the rest of the group looked at him with shocked expressions.

  “I told him not to hold back and since he was defeated that means he wasn’t trying his hardest. Let this be a remind to the rest of you not to follow in his footsteps.” Vegeta said looking at the rest of the Saibamen.

  “I see what you meant Raditz, about them not caring about anything but themselves.” Piccolo said looking at Vegeta.

  “Yeah, but Vegeta is crueler.” Raditz said looking at Vegeta

  “Alright, who’s fighting next?” Nappa asked

  “I’ll go next, I’m tired of being the butt of their jokes.” Raditz said stepping forward

  “Haha oh… looks like Raditz is feeling suicidal.” Nappa ughed as Raditz stepped forward

  “Maybe not don’t forget Nappa he did manage to get stronger; we just have to wait and see how much stronger he got.” Vegeta said

  “That’s fine with me, either way we can see if this batch is defective or not.” Nappa ughed

  “I’m a lot stronger than before, and I’ll prove it. One of you come at me.” Raditz said looking at the Saibamen

  “You go.” Vegeta said pointing at a Saibamen

  The Saibamen jumped towards Raditz, as Raditz dodged and countered with a knee to the Saibamens stomach and followed through with a kick to the chin, sending it flipping in the air.

  Raditz followed it into the air and delivered a double punch to its back, then he grabbed it by its head and feet smmed it down onto his knees where a sickening crack was heard.

  Raditz let go of the Saibamen before destroying it with a Ki bst, as he flew back down to the ground.

  “You know I’m not even that mad about that one dying, because it looks like Raditz finally managed to get stronger than the Saibamen.” Vegeta said chuckling to himself

  “Yeah, too bad he’s still a weakling compared to us huh Vegeta.” Nappa said

  “Hey good work.” Krillin said

  “Yeah, you showed them.” Yamcha said

  “Yeah.” Raditz said as he walked back to the group.

  “The rest of you better do better than those two or else understood.” Vegeta said looking at the rest of Saibamen, who nodded their heads in fear.

  “Alright, who’s next?” Nappa asked

  “I’ll go.” Gohan said as he stepped forward

  “Are you sure you want to fight Gohan; this is going to be dangerous, there is no shame in letting one of us handle things.” Krillin said

  “Don’t coddle the boy, this is what he trained for.” Piccolo said looking at Krillin

  “Yeah, he’s a saiyan, it’s in his blood to fight.” Raditz said looking at Gohan with a smile

  “Don’t listen to them Gohan you are still a kid you don’t have to prove anything to anyone, ok” Krillin said ignoring Piccolo and Raditz.

  “No, I have to do this, Krillin I have to prove to myself that I’ve grown over the year.” Gohan said looking down at his clenched fist.

  “Don’t worry if things look like they are going sideways I’ll jump in alright.” Raditz said.

  “Ok fine I can accept that.” Krillin said with a sigh

  “Gohan believe in yourself and in your training and you will win ok.” Piccolo said giving Gohan a nod.

  “Don’t let your guard down ok.” Raditz said

  “Yes sir.” Gohan said stepping forward.

  “Come on now this isn’t fair sending a runt to fight, the Saibamen wont even break a sweat.” Nappa said

  “Oh, I don’t know Nappa don’t forget he’s a saiyan so he should put up a good fight.” Vegeta said with a grin. “You go and remember don’t hold back, I want a victory or else.” Vegeta said pointing at a Saibamen

  Gohan moved his right foot forward a little as he inched forward watching the Saibamen closely, the Saibamen lunged forward. Gohan sidestepped to the right and punched the Saibamen in the head sending it flying, Gohan followed it as the Saibamen recovered and opened its head to spit acid again.

  Gohan jumped up to avoid it as the acid flew below him, Gohan attacked from above by firing two Ki bst at the Saibamen who jumped back to avoid them.

  Gohan nded on the ground and then chased the Saibamen and tried to kick it, but his foot was caught, it tired to grab Gohan with its other hand, to bring him closer to it.

  “Get lose Gohan if it grabs hold of you it’s going to try and self-destruct!” Raditz shouted as he was about to jump in to help him.

  Gohan then used his tail to smack the Saibamen in the face causing it to let him go as Gohan distanced himself by kicking off the Saibamen as he watched the Saibamen closely to see what it would do next.

  Raditz sighed as he saw Gohan managed to get loose, “Good job Gohan, don’t get caught by it, because once it has you in its grasp, it’s difficult to escape its clutches.”

  “Oh man, I thought he was done for.” Nappa said with a ugh

  Gohan looked at the Saibamen then fired two Ki bst from both of his hands causing the Saibamen jump up in the air where Gohan fired two more bsts then vanished as the Saibamen dodged the other bsts.

  Gohan reappeared above the Saibamen and kicked it in the head sending it crashing down before following with a “Saturday Crush!” the bst hit the Saibamen disintegrating it.

  “Kid was pretty good; this fight was better than the other ones.” Vegeta said looking at Gohan with a smile

  Gohan then flew back down to the ground and nded in front of the group.

  “Good job Gohan your dad would be proud of how strong you have gotten.” Krillin said smiling at Gohan

  “Man, so you are Goku’s kid, you did good, you are almost as good as your dad.” Yamcha said ughing looking at Gohan

  “Yeah, I think he’s stronger than Goku when he was younger.” Tien said giving Gohan an approving nod.

  “Good job Gohan looks like all that training paid off; you did good.” Piccolo said with a smile

  “I’m proud of you Gohan.” Raditz said ruffling Gohans hair

  “Thank you.” Gohan said with his head down rubbing the top of his head.

  “I guess I’ll go next.” Krillin said

  “Hold on Krillin let me go instead, I want to show these guys that we earthlings aren’t pushovers.” Yamcha said

  “Well, I’m an earthling and so is Tien so they should know that, so I got this don’t worry.” Krillin said.

  “No let me handle this, you been wished back before, I haven’t so if anything goes wrong, we know that I can be brought back, so let me handle this ok.” Yamcha said looking at Krillin

  “Alright, he’s all yours.” Krillin sighed, as Yamcha stepped forward.

  (AN: I hope that I can do these chapters justice like in the anime. Gohan was able to fight the Saibamen and kill it because he trained with Piccolo and Raditz and they would have stressed the point that if he doesn’t take things seriously then he will wind up dead.)
